Myers is a wonderful community for my Grandmother and their residents. They have watched out for her and made her feel like her family has enlarged. They have been very helpful and supportive in every way. As far as the food goes, my Grandmother said it was too much seasoning, no taste, and she doesn't like it. It always smelled good and tasted good to me but she didn't like it at all.

I recently visited a friend at Myers Apartments and was very impressed with their new renovations! It looks like they redid the entire building!! I love the new floors and dining room! I would recommend stopping by!

5 to all. What we like the most about the community is the friendly people, and the cleanliness. Also the helpful and pleasant staff. Yes, we would recommend Heritage and Resorts of Augsburg community to other families based on the experience so far.

It is filled with caring, friendly professionals, it encourages resident participation in activities and it is spotless. . I would definitely recommend. The building is nestled in an adorable town which makes visiting a pleasure.

So far our experience is positive. Staff is nice. Very accommodating and helpful. Just need to get better in responding with work service call. Still waiting for somebody to take care of some minor issues in the apt. Overall experience so far is wonderful.

Food was good lots of choices. Staff was great. They had plenty of activities. They had weekly trips. I would highly recommend Clara Barton. Rooms were big. Price was right.

I recommend Deer Creek Lodge. The people or individuals who work there are great! Everyone is nice. It's the food I don't agree with. Still, I give it a 5

The director was very helpful in the application process, showing the rooms and all around wonderful with any questions/solutions in helping my mom.

It really is a 5 across the board. I'm glad we found it. The value, first of all - comparable places would have run us 33%-50% more for less space and less independence. Allowing my grandmother to be as independent as possible was and is still important, and she has that now. The space in her apartment is clean, functional, and pretty. The staff is always willing to chat and answer questions. [name removed] in particular has been wonderful, and the PTs call me periodically with updates. The meals are good. She complains about there being too much food.

I have been here for a little over a month and am very much enjoying being here. It is very affordable and offers a lot of things to do. Staff and other residence are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

They are very Helpful, knowledgeable and Caring. The cost is very very reasonable. The rooms are very spacious. The food is Good. The staff is AWESOME!! I would highly recommend!! Facility is very clean. Great day trips.

When trying to decide a spot for my grandfather to live, we were stuck on options. When Heritage of Clara Barton was suggested, we had a great tour and the staff were nothing but kind and went above and beyond what we needed to help get my grandfather into the situation he needed for success. We are so satisfied with the services provided in conjunction with what the facility has to offer. A clean room, good care, great food and an atmosphere that allows for my grandfather to have the resources he needs to do well and succeed. He is doing well and is socializing again and getting a space together with friends and allowing himself the ability to do well and thrive. That is all we could ask for. If you need a space for a elder loved one, this is the spot. You won't be disappointed with the care provided.

I recently toured Heritage of Clara Barton with my mom as we prepare for her move. She’s mostly independent but needs a bit of assistance and reminders, and this facility seems like the perfect fit. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facility was spotless. During the tour, we peeked in during lunchtime—the food smelled so good. I also noticed a brand-new bus parked outside, and I was told the residents enjoy weekly outings, which is such a great perk. We’re excited to move my mom in at the start of the new year. I feel confident she’ll be well cared for here!

As a family member, what would've been a very stressful situation turned out to be the biggest sigh of relief. Our family had to act quickly and make decisions a few months ago. Every person we've met through the process has been so helpful. I'm thankful for this community for my dad and he has adjusted well. All the residents and staff are friendly and kind. The meals in the dining room are delicious. There are fun activities all day long! The building is spacious and so are the apartments.

My mother was in this facility last year. Unfortunately, I had to transfer her to be closer to me in another state. The care at Harbourview DOES NOT compare to any senior home that we have experienced. The care is exceptional. My mother met alot of friends while at the facility and I can see the difference in her mood now. If I move back to NJ, hands down I will definitely bring my mother back to Harbourview. The nursing team is phenomenal. [name removed] and [name removed] director of nursing are always available to help us any time of the day and also very accessible through email. The health aides always made sure my mother's room was organized and clean. They always did their best to convince my mother to engage in activities. [name removed]never failed to paint mom's nails. [name removed]from the kitchen was always going out of her way make sure my mother was happy with her meals, as picky as she is. It was such a great experience!

I must say i have known of Harbour View formerly knows as Hudson Hills for a while now so i was very hesitant to bring my mother in there for rehab after she had a fall at home. Let me start by saying i was very surprised to see all the amazing changes it has gone through, the care my mother received was incredible, the rehab team was amazing, the nursing team was attentive and very caring, they always communicated with me about any changes and improvements on my mother status. I highly recommend this place and rest assured if my mother needs more rehab or long term care this is the place she will go to.

Our mother is at harbourview senior living ALF. The staff members are truly warm and caring. The DON and Charge nurse are very informative and always giving us updates. They treat each resident with love and respect. Each staff member is attentive to our mother needs. After a short time there, they knew her likes and dislikes. We visit often and see that she is clean and well cared for. She always has hair well groomed. They have a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. It always nice to see my mother participating. The facility is very safe and secure. The building is always clean. Her apartment is always neat, clean and laundry done. The staff is always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The nursing and medical staff explained step by step what was needed. They were always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. We highly recommend Harbourview senior living Assisted living for your loved one.

My dad is a resident at Harbourview Assisted Living. Prior to his move in to AL, he was in subacute rehab at Harbourview as well. Admissions was extremely helpful with guiding us step by step during his transition. It is a great feeling to see how far he came along after being in and out of the hospital, thanks to the nursing and rehab team. The staff is extremely attentive to his needs and are always available to discuss our concerns. They care for the residents with grace and compassion.
