Park Senior Villas

The staff and it feeling like family. Plus Mom not being a client but family and wanting the best for for her. More time needs to be spent on the meals with a look at the vegetables too including greens.

Park Senior Villas was a very positive experience for my mother when she had to relocate from a previous "assisted living" facility to a memory care unit at Park Senior Villas. She was 93 years old and passed away from complications from a stroke but in the time she was at PSV, she was happy and loved the staff she encountered on daily basis. She enjoyed the common areas, inside and outside, and enjoyed the interactions she had with other residents and all staff. From a family perspective, we appreciated the staff and management team in keeping us informed of everything related to mom's care. We strongly recommend PSV for senior living.

We Love Park Sr Villas. Our family is so thankful to the caregivers working there. Our mother has been lovingly cared for since 2022. That is the year we celebrated her 100th BD. The staff welcome our family visits and treat us all with care and respect. They have a wonderful policy at PSV about allowing meals at no charge for family mbrs by a simple call to tell them the number of meals needed early in the day. The consistent care of our mom is shown by the level of skill of the caregivers they employ. We are so thankful!

We appreciate the small community and personalized attention to her care and the compassion and caring shown by the staff. Food menu was originally excellent. But loss of the main chef resulted in rather bland offerings.

Park Senior Villa has some of the same issues as most other senior care facilities. All of them see revenue more than people but I do believe Park Senior Villa is unfortunately one of the best in Tucson. I probably would have only given 3 stars but for one amazing caregiver named [name removed]. To loose this angel of a man would be a tragedy. My mother had late stage dementia and anxiety and depression would escalate when [name removed] was not there. Mom and all residents loved his cooking and care. Issues such as falling would only happen when he was not there. I truly believe he should be paid double and recognize for his exceptional service. “Momma [name removed]” as he called her and my family can never thank you enough for making her smile till her last breath.

What we like about the Park Senior Villas is the separate villas they have for the residents there, it is all very homey. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

I love it. The community has changed but still happy where I am. All is good or was when [name removed] was there he has been gone for almost 2 years all I know. My husband had wonderful care.

We liked Park Senior Villas. Mom was generally unhappy being in ANY assisted living facility, but everyone there was very kind and dealt with her anger and confusion with understanding and compassion.

What we like most about Park Senior Villas is the activities and the care of the staff. With the activities they have bingo, exercise, and musical entertainment. We would recommend Park Senior Villas to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

What we really like about Park Senior Villas is that each villa is small with only a dozen or so residents. The staff is very attentive and there is a good ratio between staff and residents. Several of the staff members are superb human beings. Based on our experience we have already recommend this community to other families and will continue to do so.

[name removed] does an awesome job and truly cares about the residents, as well their families. She is kind and thoughtful, plans activities and invites community stakeholders like the neighborhood fire department to join as well. Great job!

There is no complaints about the food. They have a lot of activites, which looks pretty goo. They have movies, wheel of fortune, arts, crafts, and exercising. It was the best value for the money. We picked this community because, I like the individual villas, which has up to 9 to 10 people, so it's a smaller community. I like the set-up. It's much quieter. Check it out. I would highly recommend.

The people are friendly, and they have rotating staff. With the care services, they do what they need to do. We picked thiscommunity because, of the location, and it's close to home.

This is the 4th LTC facility, my father has been a resident in. It is by far, the best facilty. They communicate extremely well and provide excellent care with compassion. We are so grateful.

We really like the size of Park Senior Villas, each of the homes have about 10 residents or so in them so the staff members are really able to get that personalized one on one attention to our loved one and the other residents. They have been great working with our loved one - she loves to dust and set tables and whenever our loved one was getting agitated they could redirect her attention and let her set up the dining tables or sweep the floors. It really makes her feel included which we appreciate. They have a lot of activities on their schedule but they don't always do what is on the schedule. The staff are just so awesome and we would recommend this community to other families.

I currently have my Mom at the Park Senior Villas in Chandler. They do an amazing job. I know everyone has different expectations, but I am extremely satisfied. Everything is kept sparkling clean. The activities director does a wonderful job. It's hard when so many people are compromised, but she goes out of her way to involve people. Yes, occasionally clothes go missing, but if brought to their attention, they are located and brought back. The people there really care, and God knows it is a thankless job. I give them high marks and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From [name removed] the sales manager to [name removed], the Director in charge, to [name removed], the medical director, they all rock! The attendants are all super respectful of the residents and families. The food there is delicious. I checked out many facilities before deciding on this one. None will ever meet every expectation, but you can find good ones, and this one is.

Our overall first impression with Park Senior Villas is that its just super nice and we really liked it which is why we chose it. The value for cost is good and they keep our loved one and the other residents super busy with all the activities.

When it came down to it we just went with another community that we felt met my loved ones needs better. The tour was excellent, there were awesome people running this place. I was looking for the level of the resident and what their level of care was in comparison to my loved one to make sure that she had someone around her also that was like her.
