Park Senior Villas

It's really pretty, clean, but I would like if they did more outings, especially because they mentioned it when we were interviewing places. If they don't do them, don't bring it up.

It is a perfect place for [name removed] because the caregivers are great and he only wants to interact with others at meal time.

What we like most about the Park Senior Villas are the people, we love the people there. They are so friendly and caring. That is the best feature and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Happy to have our mother as a resident there for her 100th birthday! She enjoys her life in this setting. Park Villa is an ALTCS facility, which we have become in need of at this time. Based on our review and visits at other comparable places, we feel Park Senior Villas was the top option of an ALTCS facility for her.

This is a good community. It's close to home. They're a little understaffed right now, but they're working through it. Overall, we're happy with it.

I was very impressed with Park Senior Villas, I liked it a lot and just got a good feeling the minute I walked in. The facility is beautiful, it is newer and very clean. From what I could tell they were going to be expanding as well. I was not able to see the memory care portion of the facility. They prided themselves on having a high staff to resident ratio which I found impressive.

They seem to be taking good care of my loved one. The community is able to assist with caring for my loved one with medication management, bathing, dressing assistance and more. The monthly rate includes the care, the room, utilities, laundry, changing of linens, transportation and all the meals are included. My loved one seems to enjoy the meals. The community does provide a list of activities available.

We chose Park Senior Villas because of the competitive cost, the convenient location, and my brother did a drive by and everything looked good. We were also in a time crunch and they had availability quickly. Based off our short experience, I would recommend them.

When we first took my mom there it was a different company, my issue was when the ownership changed, They never told us, we just noticed it. and how we noticed was that there was a huge turnover in staff. When I asked the one staff person left that we knew, she said that the company changed hands and she was frazzled over it. My mom has since passed away, The facility is beautiful, the food was very good, and it was very clean.

This was a nice informative tour. It was a locked facility so people couldn't wander off. It was a group of small homes with about 7 or 8 people in each home. The staff was so helpful to us and explained why it would be the place for them. Couples can't really go there it is just for individual people with memory loss.

The staff here is nice and friendly. My sister enjoyed her stay here but wished she was allowed to take her walks by herself when she wanted. Besides that though the facility was kept clean and the community seemed to be happy and well.

I toured here and I really liked it. The tour was great and I loved the set up. I just found out some bad reviews about the place and didn't want to have any issues for my friend.

I toured many communities with one being The Villas at Houghton. They all had their advantages and disadvantages. This community was nice, the tour guide that took me around was knowable and friendly. It was a good experience, but not the best for my loved ones.

We liked this community found and were happyh with the staff who were nice and professional. We think that she may have need more care then what she needed. They did not have as many activities that we were wanting. We would recommend this community for good care and a good value. Families would need to make sure that this is what they are looking for.

Loved the way this location showed. Grounds were not as beautiful as some other locations but the feel was much more homey. The staff was nice and the residents seemed happy and well adjusted. The price was average and the option for medicaid after a few months was a plus.

I'm not so good at rating things but what I can say is that the experience I've had with Pathways has been great! My Dad is still trying to adjust but in the process he has participated in some activities and maybe made a friend or two. He really enjoys the food and the cooking is the only odor you'll smell when you go to Pathways. I'd absolutely recommend them to a friend!

After we got her into her place, we found that there isn't a lot of communication between the staff and the family. They are all very friendly, but I have to dig for information. They don't say here's how she is doing and here are some suggestions. It's an incredible place, it's immaculate, and the accommodations, are well above what I have seen.

Overall everything with Pathways Assisted Living and Memory Care has been really good. They do seem to be a bit understaffed at the present time as far as caregivers go.

Pathways Started off as a great place for Mom.vBut in the last 3 months the director turnover and Care giver turnover is becoming an Issue. It was stated when I moved mom in that there would be two caregivers per house 8am -7 pm one during over night. That has changed now that other homes on the property have opened. Appears only one per shift. I have had to wait 7-9 min for access into house when I arrive to vist more than once. Also staff are permitted to wear Vulgar id layards in plain site.

So far they've done a good job here. The facility itself is very well kept and clean, and the staff have been friendly and caring. The care is adequate, and they seem to have a good variety of activities going on.
