Helping me figure out where to place my mom. I absolutely would recommend.

They give you all the different directors phone numbers who can be reached at any time. They bend over backwards to ensure your loved one is fully taken care of! I love that group enough to tell my kids after our first tour that that's where they can take me when that time comes! 5 out of 5 ??'s!

The staff was warm and friendly even though my mom was extremely difficult to deal with. Activities seemed in line with what my mom could do. She told me that the food was better than [community removed]. Her room was kept clean and the room was about 30% larger than the one at [community removed]. Overall a good experience even though she was only there for 13 days.

If you are looking for an outstanding, reliable, and caring facility, this is the one. From the first time my wife and I toured the facility, we were amazed at the set up and the thought that was put into this facility. The way that it is set up lake Main Street in a little town is brilliant. I don’t have enough characters in this post to go into details; you have to see it for yourself. The staff is very well trained and caring. My anxiety was through the roof, but they helped calm me down some! Cassarah and the wonderful and so pleasant to speak with. They helped us through every step of the process. From the tour, answering questions, introducing us to the leading/head staff members and even giving us a flyer with all the directors over certain areas and their phone numbers and emails. Even after I got my love one placed, they educated me on how to answer certain questions if my loved one asked me. If I need anything, they make it happen. This is the most wonderful place for my wife I think she is happier here than the rough start of her memory problems. The staff are so caring especially [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. They not only care about [name removed] put they care about me.

Its a provider at the community the care is top notch! The CNA's, and all the staff truly care! I love days spent here!

My loved one resided at the facility for the last 3 years. The staff have been wonderful, they have because part of our family. I am happy with our decision to moved my father into this facility.

We are in the process of touring facilities for my grandmother. She has Lewy Body dementia and requires more care than our in home caregivers can provide. We toured this beautiful building and fell in love! We are in the process of moving her in now! They are very educated on the different types of dementia and their care staff were friendly! We have had great communication from the management during this process and can't wait to have her here to experience all the activities offered.

I have begun touring for my husband (who has dementia) and I- [removed name] has helped us tremendously! She encouraged us to take our time with the decision. I loved the facility and everything they offered. We will have to downsize, like anywhere else but I believe we have found our home!

I have to say my mom is a handful!! They have done so well with her since she moved in! They were not worried about her behaviors and even invited us to different activities to "Test" the community before making a decision. I have finally gotten my mom back to being happy and enjoying her life there. They take her shopping, and you can tell the staff care.

I have never seen such an astounding community! The set up of "Main Street" is something out of a movie! They have themed rooms to benefit the minds of their residents, and I have seen many staff members using them!! They truly understand the type of environment needed for those with dementia!

I did a ton of research prior to moving my sister here. There are plenty of Memory Cares out there! This one by far is the BEST their pricing alone set them above everyone. I was blown away with the help I received during the move in process. They took their time to educate me and my family and did not pressure us at all! We are truly grateful to have found them!

Lovely building, Staff were friendly. We are looking for our mother and think with her wandering behaviors she would prosper in this environment! They are very transparent when it came to pricing, and care provided.

Carriage House provides a clean and very safe space for the residents. Would recommend to others.
