We feel that Copperfield Hill is the best place for our mom. It is a good fit for her.

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

No places perfect but the staff at the COPPERFIELD have been very accommodating very nice. It is so different from the experience from where Mom came from before. The nursing staff at the COPPERFIELD works with patients and where they're at and not trying to get everybody into memory care. I really like the layout of Mom's apartment. It's was very clean. It's very spacious in comparison to the other one that we had as well. The food is OK but they're very accommodating to the residence and kind and nice. And a lot of the workers that work there are super nice. I wanna say that too and I worked with [name removed] who's the nurse? I really liked her and you know I've just had a really positive experience there and I want others to know that not all assisted living is the same and you really gotta know where your parent is and initially we didn't know and the nurse and staff at the other place was so hard and just so ready to get her in memory care versus Giving her compassion and freedom while she can

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. And very patient! All of them are able to help with any of the activities. They all know who to contact for what as well. Very concerned about everyone.

The staff and residents are friendly and helpful . My mother likes living there.

I would rate them all a 5. This has been absolutely a great place for my mom. She loves it there. The staff are very caring and friendly. They show a lot of care to my mom. They really know how to talk with elderly.

My MIL is enjoying her new life at Copperfield. We just participated in the “Festival of Trees” event. All the residents and staff are very friendly. I was surprised at how many knew her as we walked around the building. She has only been there a few months. They are very attentive and take care of any concerns quickly. The layout of the building is so beautiful..

Reaching the nursing staff is sometimes difficult. Our loved one complains about the meals fairly regularly. While our loved one does not partake in the activities, there are several options daily, outings are offered and outside entertainment is brought in monthly. Hearing from others, Copperfield is a good value relative to others in the area

Copperfield is a welcoming community with lots of activities and opportunities to meet people. The flexibility to be independent then add services if/when necessary is helpful. The option of weekly outings is also a great bonus.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They seem to know all the residents by name. It is a very tight knit community.

Very good experience - The people & the staff are very nice. I do think people should know the average age of the residents before they move in. Average here is mid to late 80's. I am one of the youngest here. It is pretty clean, because of the cleaning staff always quitting or just not coming to work at all it could be a little cleaner. There is a new kitchen manager & he makes the staff mop the whole dining room every day. I am on independent living so I don't know the quality of care. But the maintenance staff is on the ball, you tell the office about a problem and it is fixed that day. My air conditioner broke on Labor Day last year when it was 90 degrees & they brought me a new one in 3 hours (it was 17 years old and broken)(5++). The only meal I eat is the free continental breakfast once in awhile because I like to sleep late. When I do it's ok. I don't go to a lot of the activities because I don't like bingo etc. They have excellent entertainment at the happy hour & other events. In the summer they have outdoor concerts that are very good. Overall I like it here & would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a place to live

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everyone I've talked to who lives here love the place! I'm pretty much caring for my Mom. I'm here every day. She's in Independent-plus meaning they check on her once a day and she wears a pendant to call if she needs help. She's used it a few times and they take 15-20 minutes to arrive. She can only eat soft food so it's soup, yogurt and banana, avocado. So she doesn't try to eat their meals anymore. She stays in her apartment pretty much all the time. I think the activities are pretty good though. The peace of mind is definitely worth the money!

My dad does most of the communicating, but he doesn't have any complaints about the staff. He says the food is just okay, but he is 97 so I'm not sure how his taste buds are. He likes the desserts. His clothes are washed, and bedding is changed and clean and washed. We have been very happy with his care. He likes it there.

I was very pleased with the care that my husband received while at the Cedars of Austin. The staff was very kind and met all his needs. Every day he had an activity that he would enjoy, from weekly bus trips, bingo, art projects, musical entertainment, and ice cream socials and gathering times with other residents. The facility is very nice and has a beautiful courtyard, allowing the residence to enjoy the outdoors. The Cedars also offered church services for the residence, inviting ministers to come and conduct services. Cedars of Austin gave my husband 15 months of quality of life that I could not have given him at home. I am very grateful for their care and love that they gave my husband.

The Cedars is in a location close to downtown and clinics. The apartment size and selection was very good. Facility has alot of activities for the residents to enjoy. My parents made their own decision to move in there.

Those living here are kind, helpful and friendly. The same is true for those who work here. Internal communication is available at various places and is clear and informative. Those living here are encouraged to participate in activities sponsored by the facility, and also those led by persons living here.

Copperfield Hill has been a great choice. So far my father is very happy and has made some guy friends. At 96, that is big considering when we go there to visit him he isn't a chatty person.

The facility is really good, my loved one is happy here and has fit right in. The transition went really well.

This community was really nice and we are still considering this location due to it being closer to our family it was a great tour and really in depth and very helpful.

We chose Copperfield Hills because I checked out other places and this facility seemed to have the best offered for what my mom needed at the time. The room sizes are just fine. All of the staff members are very friendly and their response for security is great as far as covid goes. I would recommend recommend them to others.
