The staff is the best. I chose this facility because of the location, the size of apartments, the food and the safety for the residents.

Unfortunately, over the last nearly two years my wife has experienced several hospital and rehab stays. Generally speaking they have not been good experiences. My concern when placing her in a long term memory care facility was her safety and her compatibility with the facility. Providence Place has exceeded our expectations. Their staff is very caring and compassionate. The facility is well managed and maintained. The kitchen staff is the best. They keep the residents engaged and busy. We are so happy to have found this place.

My Mom feels safe and has made many new friends. We love it that Mom is safe. She also has her dog with her. The apartment is just the right size. She enjoys having her meal with friends

What our family likes the most about this community is just how helpful everyone is there and the overall atmosphere of the community is very inviting. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

The staff were so helpful to family and mom especially when things were difficult during covid. Mom had insurance so the value for the money was perfect.

My loved one seems to like the food. They have activities, and something is going on all the time. It's affordable. The apartments/suites is slightly bigger, better laid out, and it's a good price range. The staff is friendly, and knows eveyone by name, and treats them well. I chose this community, out of all the places, because my loved one picked this one as first choice in the affordabilty category , and they had openings.

I believe this is a very good place to place a loved one that needs assisted living. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. This is suitable for most individual's pocketbooks. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are responsive to questions and concerns. They are good about keeping the family updated on your loved one's care. There is a sheet sent to the family with activities. Field trips, games, entertainers, card parties, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The community has transportation to doctor appointments and more for the resident's to use.

We chose Richmont Senior Living because the people could not have been any nicer, we were in within a week and everything worked out great. They are really easy to communicate with and they are very good about calling back with any questions or concerns. The director has been in my moms room a couple of times checking in on her, they are very hands on team. My mom feels safe here and I feel safe having her here. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My mother was moved to Richmont Terrace after a poor experience at another AL facility. The staff at Richmont welcomed my mom and immediately took care of her needs. I feel my mom is safe and her needs are met. My mom has made friends and all staff members encourage residents to be their best.

I would recommend Richmont. The staff is friendly and caring. They are doing their best to keep us safe during the pandemic. The food is good, and we go down to get breakfast and return to our rooms. Dinner is delivered to our rooms at noon.

Second: From the signing of the agreements, to the moving in process, and to the warm welcome, the Staff has demonstrated a high degree of excellence. Clearly their goal was to make us feel like we were joining a family rather than an institution that houses residents. Finally: We are particularly impressed with professionalism and compassion of the Executive Director, [name removed]. She is unwavering in her commitment to the care of the Richmont Village family. The commitment to excellence is reflected in her entire staff. It’s a pleasure to call Richmont Village “home”.

Grandma has been at Richmont Village for over 12 years. We continue to be impressed with the opportunity for her to be in independent living while feeling safe and secure. My Mother has been here for only one month. I observed daily for the first two weeks. I am pleased to say that this facility is clean, cheerful, stimulating and pleasant. The staff is caring, intelligent and helpful. The director,[Removed], is a very special, caring person. Alzheimers is a cruel and difficult disease. This memory care unit seems to be a good choice for Mom. She doesn't understand why she needs to be here, but the support and care keep her as mentally comfortable and safe as possible.
