I would tell others that the food here is hit or miss depending on the day, but overall it is very good. The staff members are awesome, I would give them a 5+. we used to have a lot of activities to participate in here, but they have been stopped so we are looking forward to having those back. I would and have recommended this community. Before I moved in here, I had checked out several places and to me this is the best value for the money.

The staff is good the place is clean. The food is not bad, it just comes oo often. I am not always that hungry. The room sizes are good, we have a two-bedroom apartment and use the second bedroom as a computer room. It is enough space.

We are extremely pleased with this community. They have continuously lived up to their high standards that were promised I couldn't have asked for a better community for my mom. She is doing extremely well here. She is doing all activities and attending all the social events she can. She loves the residents and the staff here.Everyone is so friendly and nice. She says the food is awesome. The community is always clean and well maintained no odors or smells. I would recommend them.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. It is a wonderful facility, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. She is happy, and I'am pleased with her move here. The staff is good. They have been attentive, and kind. She is limited to the type of the activities she can do, but they do a good job with keeping her involved in the community. We just had Easter dinner at the community, and the food was great. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

We met with [Removed]. Very informative and seem to have the needs of my dad in the forefront. New property, spacious rooms. Residents and staff seemed to be happy and interact well with each other. The location would be very convenient for us. Amenities were plenty and the cost is one of the least expensive for the services my dad will need.

My loved one is doing very well here at this community. They have provided me a peace of mind knowing she is safe and being cared for well. The staff is kind and always willing to help. The community is nice and open, there is a lot space. It has been a good experience, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us.

The staff here was wonderful and very helpful in the tour that I took of this community. They were very knowledgeable about the community and the residents. The community was nice as well and open. The price is the only reason why we did not go here.

The residents there were awesome. The food wasn't as good as we were expecting. My biggest concern was no back up generator for power as both my parents were oxygen dependent and needed electricity. Also there were no power/handicapped accessible doors with the exception of the front door. My folks could not access the courtyard or the decks to get fresh air because they couldn't open the doors. - building could use some modernization for health and safety of the folks living there. Meals should be re-evaluated as breakfast was the same every week and there was no evening meals.

I am currently a resident at Broadwell Senior Living Kearney and overall everything has been good for me here at this facility. The cleanliness and the staff are great. The care services and the activities are okay. This facility is just fine, I just don't fit in with a lot of the residents here. Senior living is very expensive. Overall, I would recommend Broadwell Senior Living Kearney to others.

This was a nice older facility, location was just too far for what we were looking for.

My mother was at this facility for several months. Our experience there was horrific. She fell several times, the food served was not appropriate for the elderly and those with dementia. It was also not nutritious. The staff that was supposed to help residents spent time on their cell phones instead of with residents. There was a bed alarm placed on my mother's bed that was connected to pagers that were not even working! So when she fell out of bed, she was left lying there until someone finally checked on her. The person in charge was never on-site so there was no leadership. We had several meetings with her to no avail. I called the owner to complain as well. When Mom fell again, I took her to the ER myself and she NEVER returned to that horrible place. I understand that [name removed] is now gone but she still works for [removed]. I reported the place to the State and they were cited for three different issues. I hope the change in leadership helped but since my concerns fell on deaf ears, I seriously doubt.
