My mom was only at Atria for about 3 months but we had a great experience over there. Super nice facilities and staff.

Peninsula Del Rey has great food, and a clean dining area. The staff are friendly and the residents are also friendly. We chose this place because it's as close to home as our home in Pacifica. Only issue was the location (not walkable to anything)

They have a great staff at Atria Mount Pleasant. My mother in law has made a lot of friends there. She loves the activities they have.

Life here is certainly different but in good way. The best is friendly residents. The staff is helpful plus. They do their best for you. Love not having to clean, shop or cook. No cleanup. Many very good and varied activities. Good place to be for senior citizens.

Helped us make the transition seamlessly. Very engaged with us and eager to assist. Food is excellent too! Studio was outfitted for us with snacks and supplies, very comfortable studio. Residents are friendly to my mother which makes it easier for her. One downside is we are contracted for level 1 care but my mother has declined all ADL assistance.

We were looking for a place in LA that our dear friend in Austin, TX could come home to. After visiting a half dozen communities, we settled on The Village at Sherman Oaks. We were welcomed by the Executive Director, and then experienced exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and personalized service from all of the staff, as our friend made plans and finally became a resident. She is very happy, and we are grateful that she is receiving exceptional care every day in such a pleasant setting.

I have nothing but good things to say about Atria Mount Pleasant! During our initial tour we were very impressed with the tour guide. She knew every resident's name and their story. She gave us suggestions of what to look for in a tour, knowing we would be looking at other places. She showed us all parts of the facility, including the memory care part, which other places didn't offer to do. Every staff member is friendly. We have eaten at Atria on numerous occasions and the food is delicious. We are impressed with the activities offered to the residents. Last of all, my step mom's apartment is quite large and beautiful!!

Wonderful staff. Answers ???? Quickly. Great food although sometimes slow to serve great activities I love it here and have made lots of friends. My family loves that I am so happy here too. Love!!!

Atria Mount Pleasant is a beautiful and well maintained facility. The staff are all super duper nice and so are the residents. There are a ton of activities all day and great parties and events. The majority of time, the care is good but they have had a couple of staffing issues and my mom had emergencies and they did not respond. She had to call 911 herself. But that was a singular incident. The food is pretty good, but they also have staffing issues with that. Overall, my mom is doing well there.

I down sized to the Villa and am extremely happy. Very caring staff, excellent menu, boat load of activities and loving neighbors. We’re all retired and lookout for each other, who could ask for anything more!

It is great but it is expensive! What I like, and I believe my Mom likes too, is the events they plan, particularly the exercise classes. She has definitely found community within the area of exercise. They also do a lot of events that include the family and community - example is this Saturday it's egg hunt, baby bunnies and snacks for all the family. The facility is clean and pleasant. The residents seem friendly. What we like least is the dining room. The meals need to be a better quality for the price of the facility. My Mom often cooks for herself rather than going to the dining room for healthier food sans fresher preparation. Not good value for money in this area.

You will love all of the employees and the facilities. The dining halls are 5 stars and bistro area is delightful. Staff responds swiftly to your needs and is very organized. Pets are welcome as part of the Atria family. Come join us at Atria.

My mother has been in independent living at Maravilla for about 5 years already. The grounds, landscaping, and staff haven wonderful. She likes all the walking paths, and has made good friends. There is a good variety of food in the dining room. My mom isnt tired of the menu after 5 years, so they are doing something right.

SpringRidge at Charbonneau is awesome! They all are so helpful and kind! They helped us navigate through our mom's adjustment and made things much easier for the family. Our mom has settled in and is very happy at SpringRidge. Very happy with the whole facility & staff! Very helpful & welcoming.

[Name removed], the driver and piano player and man about town, went above and beyond in accommodating my dad. My parents really came to rely on him for navigating my dad's transports while he was still using a wheelchair. [Name removed], the business manager, was so patient in helping Dad understand the bill. [Name removed] was just always amazing. Both [Names removed] were the ones whose kindness influenced my mom to choose Atria. [Name removed]was very responsive and always kind to my parents. Dining staff and Cleaning staff went above and beyond in making my parents feel at home during this crazy time. My parents' only real complaint was not enough variety in the menu from week to week, but they had survived on Costco take home for years, so this was a confusing complaint. They loved the soups and desserts; in fact, my dad wanted my mom to ask for the recipe for one of the soups so she could make it for him. She refused because she wasn't 100% committed to returning home. The only improvement I would suggest is an email explaining the cost and what was being waived versus a verbal explaining of it in the initial "booking. " I think if my dad could have seen on "paper" the free days he was getting, he would have been better able to make decisions without anxiety. Nevertheless, [names removed] really took their time to explain everything to all of us, which was much appreciated. They are doing better than I ever expected back at home, but when the day inevitably comes that they need to leave their home, I am pretty sure it will be Atria that they choose. They loved the people (staff and residents), the location, the activities, and the amenities.

The Piedmont at Buckhead is a great community to they have a very caring staff. They are getting a new chef. The activities are great. Thanks for your help. The Piedmont at Buckhead is a great fit!! It has compassionate staff, its décor (which makes the place seem royal) is nice , its location and its amenities has made it a place where our mom is happy. We toured many places and what matters the most is that we wanted a place where mom didn't feel isolated or lonely or in a place that felt depressing. Some places just feel depressing and sad. The Piedmont has a welcoming feel to it. We know mom will feel welcomed and safe. Taking care of the elderly takes a lot of compassion and patience and it's there. Thanks for your help and support in finding a place for mom!!!

[name removed] dislikes it there but that's not the fault of the place. She dislikes everything. I would highly recommend Peninsula Del Rey, it is like being on a luxury cruise ship!

Had a wonderful and informative tour with [name removed]. She showed us everything and answered all of our questions. The facility is lovely and very comfortable, has a homey feeling. My daughter and I were impressed enough I signed up for a unit on my second visit. I am looking forward to becoming a resident. [name removed] has touched base with me a number of times to answer any question and to keep me up dated on the progress to moving in. I have recommenced it to my friends and hopefully they can be there also.

Our experience thus far is definitely a 5! Cleanliness is a 3 out of 5, the restroom on the first floor was in serious need of sweeping and a toilet was in need of service. We especially liked being greeted by staff who seemed to know who we were visiting. Immediate attention was given to us for any request for information or service. Even though we are in IL, staff seems genuinely interested in the resident's health and happiness. The meals are delicious! Hospitality is outstanding, Service is great! There are plenty of ways to be involved within the community. So far, the experience is worth the cost.

We lost our dad in July of 2022, leaving my Mom to sell her house (it took almost one year) and find a suitable independent living community for her to be safe and happy in. The Village at Northridge ([name removed] and [name removed], especially) worked with us for one solid year to help us get Mom into Northridge. Their patience, kindness, and help will always stay with me. The process of selling and moving, especially after losing her husband of 73 years, was so difficult to navigate. But the people at Northridge worked with us, and kept reassuring us that Mom would be happy and welcomed at the Village. Well, here we are one year later, and Mom has been at the Village at Northridge for one week. She LOVES it! The food (she is very picky and accustomed to gourmet food having moved from the west side of LA) is fantastic, the people are warm and welcoming, and her apartment is adorable! She is really settling in, and is very happy! I haven't seen my Mom "happy" in over one year, and so I can'
