This is a great home with alot of activity and energy. The staff are very nice. The dining room and menu also look good. Didn't get a chance to see residents as it was in the evening. The rooms are all private, with kitchenettes. It caters to independent living and assisted living.

My mother is doing very well since her move into Heritage Traditions. The food is outrageously good. The cafeteria at the Heritage is better than any restaurant in Surprise! Both the residents and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The community is close top my home, and it has been a good experience.

My parents had an amazing stay at The Village at Ocotillo! The staff were very nice and polite. Whenever my parents had a problem, the staff took care of it immediately! This facility also had great food; it housed a four star eating facility! My parents had quite a pleasant stay at The Village at Ocotillo!

My mom is doing really great. She loves the community. They have a special diet and they go out of their way to her. The community is clean and the staff is outstanding. She likes living here and everything here is perfect for her. We would recommend every aspect of this community to other families for the great care and the wonderful value.

We toured Villa Hermosa for my mother. Absolutely beautiful community. The staff and residents are very warm and friendly. I learned about their CARF accreditation - very impressive. My mom is on the wait list!

Super place to retire to and live an active, safe life with old and new friends. A wonderful staff of caring folks.

I feel we are all here because we need help and are very well taken care of by the staff. Not everything is perfect for everyone, but we all should enjoy what we can and Not Complain,.

I have lived in other communities in Arizona. I will highly recommend this one to anyone who would be looking for a retirement home.

I love my apartment. I love the staff. I love the fact that I don't have to cook or clean and I have some wonderful friends here. Lots to eat, activities galore or your own wishes. Independent or Assisted Living is available. I have lived here 6 years, have no desire to move, so I'll stay here as long as my money lasts and the lord wishes me to remain.

The people are nice and the meals are great. I live here and just love it. The staff is nice and professional and the place is clean and lovely.

The Maravilla Senior Living Community has been excellent. The staff has been wonderful so far, and I love how clean the facility is. Overall, it's very nice and it has been a positive experience.

My 91 year old mother has been at Chateau on Capitol Ave. for about six months and has adapted well. She has made many new friends and is enjoying life there. The staff are very attentive and I'm impressed that every staff member calls her by name. It is a personal touch that I find endearing. Her room is always clean and she loves the food. I am comfortable with the level of care she is receiving and believe this move will add quality years to her life. My brother and sister have commented on the improvement in her health, attitude and her out look on life. Would recommend this facility to those who are looking for a quality facility to care for their family members.

They have been very good, very helpful. It's clean and the staff is friendly, and the people that come in have been very good. She needs to be fed and they have been very good with her. I have been very pleased with them.

From the start the staff was very helpful in getting my Mom settled. My Mom is living in a community which keeps her active and engaged in life. She unsolicited told me she is very happy and that the move was the best thing for her. She had to move 300 miles and leave a community she was doing very well in but at age 90, independent living puts a great deal of stress on all of the family. Now everyone, especially my Mom, has piece of mind. Now we can enjoy visiting our mother and not have to worry her about our concerns for her well being. That is if she has time for us, she has met many new friends and spends her time in their company. This was a good choice and an even better result.

Everything about this location seemed to please Bettie. She forgot about NEEDING a kitchen! The lobby, dining area and activity rooms are very nice. The view from the suite is excellent too.

Mariel Terrill is a wonderful sales rep!! Many amenities! I looked at a few others and they could not compare. No available parking, small bedroom (I have queen size bed). Love that I have my washing machine and dryer in kitchen. Sorry you do not have a linen closet for sheets, towels etc. Look forward to selling my home and moving in!
