We love it. My in-laws live there. The meals are prepared and the food is good and they have a little bus that takes them around. They have little outings, card playing, the movie theater - they love going to the movies and having their popcorn there. They've got a swim program going on and an exercise room. There's a lot going on! The apartments are just beautiful with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. They just feel right at home there. If you need care, you don't need to move. They'll come right to your apartment and you pay accordingly. It's a great place!

Therese was the BEST! Mom had a really nice experience with her and made it most appealing. The facility is well decorated - nice colors and felt very bright and uplifting. Rooms were good, mom wasn't wild about the full-sized kitchens taking up so much space in the rooms. This is in a great location to SF in terms of being accessible and being easy to visit. Mom preferred the courtyard view over the city view. Food was very good. Staff were all very nice.

We toured La Siena, both inside and out. This place impressed us the most. Would be up for high consideration.

The Director was friendly and informative; directed lots of questions directly at mom; common areas on first floor and a rec area on separate floor but we didn't see it. older bldg so not as spacious as MG but mom saw spacious as "Big". Floor plans/hallways might be confusing for mom; rooms were sized right. showers were walk in with a slight step; transp provided to residents for sunday services. meds can be set up by us and mom take them on her own as long as Dr says ok; 4 brnr stoves in all units; electric cadet wall heaters; anytime dining; attched independent living units may be option for mom until she needs more care - besides care when needed, we need to figure financial requirments for insurance; the Director was the first person to bring up diversity in [removed] 77 assist living apts/144 independent apts; 2 LPNs til 8:30pm (2shift with an overlap); RN works 2hrs/day 5 days a week and on call 24/7; Assist Dir is also an LPN; 3 caregivers per floor; 2 med techs.

Nice! I think she will really like this place. More in line with her lifestyle.

Truly enjoyed the tour and the lunch was amazing. We'd love to buy into the Cottages, but it's expensive along with the monthly rate, PG&E, food...The apts. were also workable..Pets welcomed with a deposit..still thinking about it all..May like to retour the cottage & apts..

I had an extensive tour and visit here on Friday, and this is a dream in reality place but it is quite expensive to get into it. This must be the gold standard of assisted living situations. It has everything I want in a last retirement home.

This facility was warm, inviting and fit the needs of our mother. The food was delicious in the restaurant as well. Our mother connected with staff and management and made the selection immediately to commit.

Ritz Carlton! Great property. Lots of activities. Pool. Yard. Good attitude. Large....239 appartments. Full kitchens!

Fabulous..very luxurious & staff seemed truly invested in the welfare & happiness of the residents..who seemed happy themselves. Quite upscale..feels like a Ritz Carlton or luxurious cruise ship. Quite impressed. The director who toured me, was very nice, patient & positive. Terrific experience.

We visited on June 21, had lunch and talked with director. She loved this place!!!

The staff really try - they are a little short staffed but I know that is an issue everywhere. They are trying their best to make up for that. It is not overwhelming but it is there. The thing that really stands out to me is that everybody is always all smiles. Not only the staff but the residents and that was what drew us into Atria. It was the only place I visited where everyone was smiling. I would absolutely recommend them to other families.

We really liked this community when we visited. It was clean and the person that took us on tour was sweet. They offer a pool and they have a spanish style courtyard. This community would have been our first choice, however they did not have any rooms available.

My aunt is doing very good here. It is a very clean and nice environment. The staff are very nice people. I have recommend this place to others. The meals are restaurant style with lots of choices and my aunt likes it. There are plenty of activities for my aunt.

We chose this community as it had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are open, caring and great at keeping an eye on her. The other residents are also good at watching out for her. The community is stylish, updated and they have an incredible maintenance crew. Mom likes spending time with the new friends she has made here.

I feel my mother is receiving excellent care. Her adjustment has been difficult for her and the staff have given her love and support.

So far a great experience for my parents. Moving is always a challenge. It is a matter of adjustment to new surroundings and schedules. The staff have been very friendly and supportive. Meals are reasonable, menu a bit limited for dinner. The facility is well maintained. The 2-bedroom unit is very spacious and has just the right amount of kitchen facility when needed. Since they just moved in, unclear is cleaning program and its quality. Thus far experience has been good.
