I have now lived at The Piedmont at Buckhead for 7 years. Lived in Manhattan (NYC) for 20 years and before before retiring in 2015, I visited 5 Independent Living Communities in metropolitan Atlanta. My standards and expectations were high and without exception, The Piedmont at Buckhead, topped the list. I have not been disappointed!

Overall as you enter Atria, you feel very welcome! The staff and residents are exceptional - requests for service is very prompt!

My wife [name removed] and I were the first residents into Mt. Pleasant Atria [date removed]. We have seen many changes and went through Atria's growing pains and to where we are today fully and finally at the top with our new director, chef, and activities director. At the height of the pandemic, Atria kept us safe.

Our first impression of Atria was how beautiful everything is - the setting, the layout, furniture, and all. Now that we've been here close to two years what we treasure the most is the warm relationship between staff and residents, the informality, and responsiveness to all our needs.

Atria is well staffed for the amount of residents here. Everyone is friendly, caring, and patient towards the residents. The staff are appropriately responsive to questions or concerns the family has about our loved one. The community is able to assist with medication management, bathing assistance, and dressing assistance for my loved one. WIFI and phone are an extra cost. The apartment, housekeeping, maintenance, changing of linens, laundry, all the meals, transportation, and utilities are included in the monthly fee.

Atria Mount Pleasant is an absolutely gorgeous facility. They were our second choice and really stood out to us, but unfortunately they did not have any availability at the time that we needed it.

Our tour with Atria Mount Pleasant was wonderful. Unfortunately the location was too far from family and it costed more than we were looking to spend.

I think it's a great place. They're very supportive and caring. They help us make the best of a bad situation. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. They're doing the best job they can do given the circumstances and challenges of caring for individuals with dementia.

The Peninsula is an extremely nice facility. This was my sister's second choice but the location is far from the city. She likes to walk places so that was going to be an issue.

we performed for the residents at the Chateau. The staff is wonderul and so are the guests. Friendly, loving, caring professional staff . The residents sang along with us and were living life to the fullest!

One lady had just turned 100, but honestly looked to be in her early 60's. It was a joy to share a day with them.

My mom has thrived since moving to Atria!

The food was good. They had a restaurant style menu in the dining room. The rooms were very comfortable. The only reason we moved my mom is she needed additional assistance that they couldn't match. They have kind, pleasant people working here.

The staff is great. The cooks and food have greatly improved from when we moved in. They have provided vaccinations to the residents. Our villa is perfect for us.

I toured this facility while looking for places for my Husband and I. The apartment they showed us was fantastic and I really liked how the rooms had a lot of soundproofing. The food here is excellent and they even have a lot of choices. This is the perfect community and they have a lot of activities like card games, board games, and trips to places around town. They also have a bus service to take you shopping if you don’t want to take your car. I would recommend this facility to other families.
