What we like the most about the River's Edge community, is that the staff communicates. They are committed to managing my Mother's health and care through hospice. The previous assisted living facility would not and made us move her.

The sales process was very welcoming and caring. Due to decisions by the health insurance provider very little time was allowed for our move in. The staff at River's Edge stepped up and accommodated an early move in. All staff interactions have been positive. The facility is clean and inviting and residents are always about and appear relaxed and happy.

The serene surroundings of Rivers Edge Independent and Assisted Living Facility makes you forget that you live in the city! With the ability to bring your dog to roam free in the dog park on site, picking fruit off the trees near the large pond or enjoying one of their many festive occasions with other happy residents, life at The Rivers Edge facility is sure to please. The staff is wonderful and accommodating how they ever they can to make each resident feel at home and safe. And the food! The Chefs food is amazing (try his BBQ!) With gates to surround this beautiful property bordering the river you can enjoy yourself on the property or be driven to escorted destinations that you and your neighbors have suggested. A place to enjoy life!

Very nice facility. Good sales staff. Nice apartments fresh smelling and clean. Director left after a few weeks. Not sure what happened but I really liked him. No perfect situation. Seems like a little short staffed. Staff is very friendly and nice. Just wish there were more of them.

The building is lovely, the staff top to bottom were so warm and friendly it seemed like a commercial. The food was fantastic and the apartments were so much larger than I expected. It doesn't get better than this!

The piedmont is such a beautiful and welcoming community that offers oustanding ammenties and benefits to it's residents.

I toured with The Maravilla at the Domain and it was quite a bit more expensive than the [facility name removed]. It is great for independent living being in the Domain with shops and restaurants a short walk away, but for Assisted Living it did not make much sense for my mother. The floor plans of the units at Maravilla were not nearly as nice as the ones at [facility name removed]. It is also a much larger community, and I thought a smaller place would be better for my mother. The staff were all very nice and helpful and not pushy.

I feel satisfied overall with the facility. My only complaint is when their main elevator breaks or needs maintenance, there are limited options other than having to use the stairs from ground floor lobby to first floor where the next two elevators are located. The other elevator that goes directly from the ground floor underground garage isn'tavailable for use unless you have a key and a code and it is not easily accessible early mornings or after hours. That's not a very efficient system. I would also say that I get the feeling they are either overworked or understaffed all around. Return calls take a while or not at all. The daytime receptionist is always helpful and courteous. The on site Physical and Rehabilitation service is always prompt to respond. I am satisfied with the services and help they have provided my Mom during her rehab from her fall and during the healing of her fractures. Peninsula Del Rey also had a very attentive and helpful sales associates named [name removed]and [name removed]

I fell into the SpringRidge activites based on my needs. The best activities fulfilled my urgent needs and more. I am flourishing here.

There are many activities in the community as well as outside with many and varied bus trips. We have many presentations with music such as piano and singing concerts. We have Trivia Bean Bag Baseball, exercise classes, Bingo and many forms of card games.

This is my home and I have enjoyed every minute. Lived here 10 years, would not move anywhere else. Wonderful people and excellent staff.

I don't like living here, I love it. There is so much to so, plus a wonderful dining room experience. Residents are friendly and caring.

From day one we felt welcome. Staff makes a concerted effort to know your name.

I've lived here for several years. I don't have to cook. They handle all the housekeeping. Very nice for us. Activities are good.

My happy place. It fills all my needs, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

The staff at The Piedmont are very friendly and helpful, from valet to dining services to activities directors and especially the care staff! They all seem to have taken great effort to get to know my Dad as a person and encourage him in this transition.

The last seven years of my life have been the best. Being single,, having some health issues , and after working in the retail world in New York City for the last 20 years, I decided I wanted live with older adults in an independent living community and found “The Piedmont at Buckhead!” I am one of the youngest at 77 years old and have found many older folks sharing my values and their life experiences! It is truly a gift ! I play Scrabble weekly and participate in monthly tournaments! The weekly Bingo Games are a lot of fun. Eating dinner with different residents regularly provide a time of sharing newsworthy events and personal stories with the residents!. Transportation is provided 6 days a week for regular Dr. & Dentist appointments. Weekly housekeeping is a plus which gives me time to read my “New York Times, and other items of interest! I count my blessings every day and look forward to spending many more days at The Piedmont at Buckhead!

My mom is very happy at the Atria. Not only is it a beautiful facility, but the staff is very kind and friendly. The residents are also very welcoming. The dining room is very good, even though they try get the residents to eat during specific times they seem to forget and my mom says it gets crowded. The staff is continuing to work on it to make it better. My mom has so many things to do all day and participates in the activities, painting, flower arranging, arts and crafts, bingo and two movies a day in the theater. Whenever she needs to go to the doctor they have a town car for her to take her at no extra cost. Several times a week she is assisted with showers and anything she needs. They come and do her laundry every week and return it perfectly folded. She fell one day and had to use her pendant to call for help. They came right away, alerted me (her emergency contact) and the nurses monitored her that day and kept me in the loop. I am very pleased with the treatment and the services at the Atria and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Although the staff is very very helpful they can be quite busy at times. Be patient they are doing their best to serve you. Sometimes it can take a little while for the food in the dining room or the wait at the front desk to sign in from so many other activities going on. Most importantly, dad was afraid to lose his independence moving into assisted living. But he now sees how independent he truly is and is able to have more freedom than stuck in his own home alone!

I had a very nice tour awhile back and was looking at their invitation to Home for the Holidays, it reminded me how much I enjoyed my tour and lunch. Food was so good, nice linens, wait staff was very helpful with what she would recommend. I really enjoyed the setting of this community, the grounds are beautiful, I like to garden and be outside, especially enjoy walking. Love the lake you can walk around, and the fun dog park where I can talk my sweet [name removed]. Glad I made the right choice. 10/10 love my new friends and that includes that amazing staff!!!
