I stumbled upon a company that gave execeptional support during a time when I didn’t know quite where to turn for home care. They were very attentive, available, and genuinely interested in getting my loved one the support and care I was looking for.

We've had our aide since December and have had a few substitutes. They are all professional and very kind. I'm very pleased with Options Care's home health aides and their administrative team.

Overall pleasurable experience dealing with both management and the caretaker. The caretaker Rohey was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend them.

This company is good at communicating with me. It keeps me informed when a caregiver needs to be out and they send another caregiver to fill in.

She is extremely pleasant and I do not worry when she is there. The important thing is that my son likes her and trusts her. Being autistic, he can be very suspicious and paranoid.

The administrators were kind, responsive and efficient. The caretakers were kind and attentive to my father. When the first caretaker had some scheduling difficulties, the administrators quickly found a dependable replacement, who was wonderful.

The supervisor who find a personnel to work with my brother. She was very informative and helpful in getting the right person for him. I would recommend them to others who are needing home care services!

This agency made our family feel welcomed and cared for. They were professional and informative about the services we would be receiving from the agency from start to finish everyday we spoke and now we have one of their best caretakers. I'd say they were very good. Also accommodating. You have some good people working for you. I was very pleased with the woman I had working with my mother.

I was happy they were able to drive me to and from my doctor's appointment. It was my first time needing assistance like this and I wasn't sure I'd find anyone. I'm just glad it worked out well.

I used them to find an advocate for a church member whose family and the rehab facility staff made her stay longer than it should have been (3 months). The advocate connected with the family and staff and helped to move the process along. Unfortunately, 90 days after returning home, she died. It was her treatment by the rehab facility and family, I believe, hastened her death. The advocate was great. The rehab staff and family, not so. Yes, I would recommend

Options for Senior America was very helpful in caring for our mother during this very difficult time. They were very professional, supportive and caring in the care they provided to our mother. The mother/daughter caregiver support worked very well for our needs in that they were able to step in for each other when necessary which prevented the need for sending a new caregiver for my mother to be introduced to which would have presented a problem for her. Overall the experience provided us with the best supportive care we could have asked for in such a sensitive situation. We are truly thankful for a job well done by both caregivers!
