Thank you and all your agency has done for our family. We are especially grateful for [name removed](the care provider). She is a godsend and has taken wonderful care of our mother during the most difficult of times.

We wish to praise The Care Coordinator ([name removed]) and the 2 care providers ([name removed]and [name removed]) for taking such wonderful care of Mom. The responsiveness of the staff and the compassion, dependability, and reliability of the providers have been excellent.

Our experience with Options has been excellent. The compassion, attitude, and interaction of the caregiver have been excellent. The aide they assigned us has been reliable, punctual, and compassionate. Always willing to help. Highly recommended.

The care provider [name removed] sent by Options to care for my mother is compassionate, dependable, competent, and interacts with my mother very well. We have had great responsiveness from both the branch office as well as the corporate office.

I can't say too many nice things about [name removed]and her team at Options in Burlington. After my mom passed away, my dad, who was suffering from dementia needed help with bathing, medications, etc. I live out of state and we really needed someone trustworthy to help us out. We started using Options in 2019 and continued until my dad moved into facility in another part of the state in 2022. During that time, the Options staff took extremely good care of my dad. They never missed a day, were always courteous, thorough, and very engaged; exactly what you are looking for in this situation. I would recommend Options, and specifically [name removed] office, to anyone who needs a similar type of care. They were fantastic. Thank you, [name removed]! We appreciate all your care.

What I like most about Options is the intuitiveness of the care provider [name removed] to do what makes mom comfortable. Excellent overall home care services.

What I like most about Options is that it eases the process of arranging for a home health care solution. Need to work on relief/back-up option when primary is unavailable.

Options has the best pricing for private duty care givers out there! No minimum hours either. They are always able to staff, even at the last minute. I’m happy to know they are available when I need them.
