Options for Senior America sent a caregiver to take care of my mother-in-law. [name removed], the caregiver, was compassionate, dependable, and competent. She had an excellent attitude and interacted well with my mother-in-law and the family. The responsiveness of the office staff is excellent.

What I like about Options for Senior America is their dependability and the fact that they have wonderful, excellent, highly qualified, and compassionate staff. Their quality assurance visits are beneficial and the care caregiver they sent us is excellent.

Caring staff. Helpful branch staff. They make every effort to make sure we have coverage. The overall quality of Options homecare services is excellent. So is the responsiveness of their staff at the branch and the corporate level.

I can't say too many nice things about [name removed]and her team at Options in Burlington. After my mom passed away, my dad, who was suffering from dementia needed help with bathing, medications, etc. I live out of state and we really needed someone trustworthy to help us out. We started using Options in 2019 and continued until my dad moved into facility in another part of the state in 2022. During that time, the Options staff took extremely good care of my dad. They never missed a day, were always courteous, thorough, and very engaged; exactly what you are looking for in this situation. What I like most about Options is that it eases the process of arranging for a home health care solution. Need to work on relief/back-up option when primary is unavailable.
