The caregiver, [name removed], they assigned to my husband is great. She is reliable, competent, and dependable, and interacts wonderfully with us. We are very happy with Options services and the responsiveness of the staff has been great.

What I like most about Options for Senior America is the kindness and respect we received from their staff. The caregivers were wonderful with directions. [Name removed], the main caregiver is exceptionally good.

Calvert Health Hospital gave us a list of agencies to contact. Options was the first one we called. What made us choose them was speaking to the coordinator. Your services are great and your caregivers ([name removed]) are superb.

We are very happy with the care provided by Demetria, the caregiver assigned to our care. She has been consistent and has a great attitude. The quality assurance visits that they make to our house are very beneficial.

I can't say too many nice things about [name removed]and her team at Options in Burlington. After my mom passed away, my dad, who was suffering from dementia needed help with bathing, medications, etc. I live out of state and we really needed someone trustworthy to help us out. We started using Options in 2019 and continued until my dad moved into facility in another part of the state in 2022. During that time, the Options staff took extremely good care of my dad. They never missed a day, were always courteous, thorough, and very engaged; exactly what you are looking for in this situation. I would recommend Options, and specifically [name removed] office, to anyone who needs a similar type of care. They were fantastic. Thank you, [name removed]! We appreciate all your care.

Options has the best pricing for private duty care givers out there! No minimum hours either. They are always able to staff, even at the last minute. I’m happy to know they are available when I need them.
