This was my first experience needing a caregiver service. I found a true gem! From my first phone call, I recognized what a wonderful company this is. They have it all: expertise, compassion, efficiency, reliability, excellent listening and communication skills, and I could go on and on. Their caregivers are dependable and handle even difficult situations with outstanding professionalism. Jered and the entire staff not only exceeded my expectations, they provided expert care for the resident while very kindly taking care of me, too, during a very stressful time. I wish I could give them all 10’s! I highly recommend this agency.

Their personal touch and sincere effort are very appreciated. My only recommendation is to make sure the invoice arrives before the payment is taken out.

I was 100% satisfied with the friendly and professional care provided by Options personnel to my Mom, [removed], who had been released from rehab and was back in her senior living apartment with my Dad, [removed]. I spoke personally, a number of times, with Options' President; she carefully sized up my Mom's needs, and artfully chose staff members who then were present 24/7 with my parents. Mom and Dad had never had 24/7 care before; I was very pleased with the professionalism and personal interactive skills displayed by the caretakers from Options. They were very willing to provide just the amount of care needed, and to be present less often as my mother's recovery progressed. I asked Options' President if I could give a rating higher than "5;" if I could, I would.

We have two caregivers providing live-in service for my mother. They split the week into 4 days and 3 days and have been very reliable in providing the service without interruption. The corporate office manages them well and we are very pleased with the service.
