Your office staff is wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about [name removed] and the lady who filled in for her - embarrassed that I forgot her name! The genuine compassion and interest from all involved, from [name removed] down to [name removed]. What a wonderful group of people to work with. My mother is so fond of the care provider. She was a great match.

We have two caregivers providing live-in service for my mother. They split the week into 4 days and 3 days and have been very reliable in providing the service without interruption. The corporate office manages them well and we are very pleased with the service.

I have had multiple care givers from Options to provide assistance and have been most pleased with the quality of personnel they send, their dedication and empathetic approach to providing loving care to those they assist. I give Options a 5-star rating because I mean it; truly an outstanding organization dedicated to assisting one care for a loved one. I promised my wife I would not put her in a home when diagnosed with Alzheimer's; Options has helped me keep this promise.
