Options For Senior America

Options is an outstanding organization to assist in home care for the elderly who need more than family can provide. I have used Options care givers over a sustained period prior to the COVID-19, and have taken up again for more help recently as we know more about this virus. The Options management is always most responsive to any request for help, even when not given much response time. I have had multiple care givers from Options to provide assistance and have been most pleased with the quality of personnel they send, their dedication and empathetic approach to providing loving care to those they assist. I give Options a 5-star rating because I mean it; truly an outstanding organization dedicated to assisting one care for a loved one. I promised my wife I would not put her in a home when diagnosed with Alzheimer's; Options has helped me keep this promise.

I can't remember where I got the name of this agency, but they have excellent customer service with respect to intake. The caregiver who was sent to us was excellent in all aspects.
