I was 100% satisfied with the friendly and professional care provided by Options personnel to my Mom, [removed], who had been released from rehab and was back in her senior living apartment with my Dad, [removed]. I spoke personally, a number of times, with Options' President; she carefully sized up my Mom's needs, and artfully chose staff members who then were present 24/7 with my parents. Mom and Dad had never had 24/7 care before; I was very pleased with the professionalism and personal interactive skills displayed by the caretakers from Options. They were very willing to provide just the amount of care needed, and to be present less often as my mother's recovery progressed. We have two caregivers providing live-in service for my mother. They split the week into 4 days and 3 days and have been very reliable in providing the service without interruption. The corporate office manages them well and we are very pleased with the service.
