My mom was visiting from India for my daughter’s wedding in Oct2019. She is 91 years old and I needed a home care service for her for the duration of her stay in the US. I contacted 3-4 agencies online. Options manager [name removed] reached out to me and very patiently listened to all my needs for my mom. He had a solution for all my needs and assured me that he can find the right care for my mom. Especially during the wedding days I needed 24 hour care for her. [Name removed] assured me that he will find me the right care for my mom even for the night and hotel stay during the wedding. I was very concerned and was not sure if everything will work out but [name removed] came to visit us in person a few times before my mom even came from India. We were amazed at how caring and understanding he is. I was very relieved after that and was sure things will be fine. [Name removed] is great. He's very knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. He answers every question you may have and anticipates ones you have not even though of. He even guided us to a place where we could get a wheel chair for my mom. True to his words [name removed] came through for us by finding two amazing ladies for my mom. The care providers he sent us were aware of their duties and their performance was excellent. Both caregivers were very responsive to my mom’s needs. She loved them both. Excellent overall quality of this agency's home care services. The care providers are competent, dependable, and have a great attitude and compassion. Cannot thank Options enough for the care they provided to my mom. Do not have words to express my gratitude

Options was sent to me by the VA ,not having family close they’ve been a great help . I have meals cooked for me with each visit . Staff cleans my living areas as well as take me out grocery shopping . This company has been a great help .

I will always be thankful for Options. When my dad suddenly passed away...my sisters and I tried to pick up the 24hr care my mom needed. With limited vision, diabetes, dementia and frequent falls...she could not be left alone. We heard about Options and they came to meet my mom and us...it was an instant connection. They became family...sisters...and daughters to my mom. They brought her to picnics..parties and holidays. She loved all of them. [Name removed] stayed all night with my mom the last time she was in the hospital. I can't say enough about this Agency. They will always be very special to this family.

My mother has had caregiving services from Options for Senior Americans for over a year now and we couldn't be more pleased. The caregivers are excellent and the whole staff is very professional and attentive to my mother's needs. She was determined to stay in her own home after turning 90 and no longer being able to drive. But that meant she would be living alone with none of her children living close by. I really didn't think this was a possibility until I heard of Options for Senior America. From our initial meeting and interview we were thrilled with all the services offered: transportation to appointments, church and social engagements, as well as help with grocery shopping and other activities, and all for a reasonable and affordable cost. We were matched with a primary caregiver who has been more efficient and caring than we ever could have expected. When my mother had a health crisis, Options staff were there to assess her condition and get her immediately to the hospital. If I had known that such a great service was available years ago I would not have worried so much about my mother being able to continue living as she wished in her own home. The best news is that my mother's health has actually improved with the help of Options personnel and she is happy and secure. We are so grateful.

We use options for my father-in-law, who resides in an assisted living facility. Not only are they very caring and attentive, every one of their caregivers has formed a personal bond with him and go above and beyond their duty sending us photos and keeping us involved when we can't be there

The services they provide are just what she needs to continue to stay in the Independent Living. I like how I can communicate at any time with them with questions, requests, and knowing any changes they may see with my mom. They are always consistent and go a little extra with helping her with her needs. I would highly recommend the Options team with your care needs.

They help and care for her so that she can continue to live in the Independent Living. The communication is great, I am always able to ask questions, make requests they always let me know if there are any changes in my mom. They go a little extra in helping her. The care providers performance was more than we could ask for. They work very hard all day . We chose Options because of their quick response time and availability. The senior advisor from A Place For Mom gave us a couple of names but we didn't have to call except Options. Overall excellent experience.

Pro-active in finding care givers. Responsive to phone calls and emails. We were very fortunate to get a wonderful lady care giver from them early in the requirement phase. Answers any and all timesheet, billing questions, and care insurance questions. Good company to do business with.

Optimal responses to chaotic situations; when in the middle of crisis it's reassuring to know that you have someone to help formulate and implement your plan B. Daily life is difficult for us, simply with me being a full time caretaker for my wife, taking care of day to day living. However that also creates it's own challenge, when you find your self a single point of failure. She offered experience and perspectives for what we had been thinking were unique showing us alternatives to address the challenges we were facing, as a single point of contact for all of these needs. By leveraging her experiences and bring to bear her skill sets demonstrating her expertise repeatedly and to good effect, [name removed] ook on the aspect of a Guardian Angel to help us with our insoluble problems. We have used Options service twice and were very pleased with the care and the attention my husband received. The staff was friendly and kind and professional . The staff was attentive and recorded times for meals and medications received. It was important for us to feel they were understanding of our needs and the communication was good. It is a nice service that helps not only the elderly but also the caregiver having a bit of time when needed. I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again when in need.
