Divine at Hillsboro St Inc.

The staff, [name removed], [name removed] and others have taken such amazing care of my mom. My mom is currently in hospice care there and unfortunately, her final transition is imminent. [name removed] stayed up all night with her and has been giving me regular updates throughout the day. She and [name removed] have gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable, safe and loved during her final hours. If I could give them a 10, I would. They are kind and compassionate with all of the residents. Their physical and emotional wellbeing is a top priority. I wish I'd known about them sooner.

So far everything has been wonderful! Staff is kind, welcoming, and so helpful. They love my mom, and treat her like a human being. I no longer have the stress that I had previously when going to the big facilities. I know she is being truly cared for in a respectful way.

Small facilities (capable of 6 tenants), very convenient to us in Youngsville, expensive but clean and reliable. They currently have 3 residents with one full time CNA. Quality care. They really don't do any activities (other than watch TV) although before we placed her there, they claimed they did a lot.

What we like the most about the Divine Family Care community is that [name removed], the director is involved and cares about her wellbeing. He has been there to take her out eat in a restaurant even though she is bedridden.

We had a difficult road with my loved one's condition. But [name removed], the owner, was very good to work with and very responsive. My loved one loved the meals they prepared. They were homecooked, with groceries brought in weekly. If you need personalized care services, they provide that as well.

I would recommend this community. I chose this facility, because they were new, very small (6 residents max) and when they moved in, they were the only 2 for at least 3 months .I picked the place out but all of my siblings thought it was a great fit for our parents.

Our experience with this place was awful. I moved my mother after less than 4 months. There were a few staff that were really good, but they are overwhelmed most of the time. There was constant staff turnover. My mom’s needs were not met. The food is terrible. I wish I could say more but it would go against the reviewer guidelines. This is not a place you want to leave your loved one.
