Avanti Senior Living

My personal experience I brought my parent to Avanti Senior Living over 5 years ago. The first thing to attracted me was the layout of the building. The layout is made where the living quarter hallways all lead to the main area. The hallway either dead end requiring you to go in the other direction or the halls circle back to the main area. The building is also all one level, so no elevators or stair climbing is required. (a big plus for older residents). The main area is large, well kept and still looks new. There is a lot of area and places to visit with other or be alone. The amenities are also good. The rooms are of different sizes to accommodate any need. Meals, snacks and events are included' The most important part is the staff. From front desk to administration, med techs and care givers. They have become loved by my parents and me. THAT IS WHAT IT IS REALLY ABOUT. THANK YOU STAFF!

I can make this short and sweet! Avanti Sr Living has exceeded every requirement we had for placing our loved one in a safe, lovely, immaculate, professional, caring, and skilled facility. The staff are accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to work with them. And our family member is happy at Avanti. We weren’t sure that he was going to be happy anywhere, so you can’t imagine what a load off our minds it is to know he is happy, secure, and well cared for. This isn’t my first rodeo with assisted living for a loved one, and it is never an easy decision to make or easy step to then take. But, Avanti is head and shoulders above the others with which I am familiar so I am pleased to recommend this facility.

Once she fell they wanted to Jack up the price by around [fee removed] month. Too high for what they were providing. Food needs more variety. Seems it was always chicken and burgers. I had to really get onto them to add fruit for breakfast and veggies at lunch and dinner. Mom gained too much weight because ice cream was served so often. She loved the smaller environment compared to [community removed]? On [removed]. I loved that place but it was too big for her. Overall, it was above average. We did not like the leasing agent.

I would highly recommend Avanti. People are awesome there. They all do there best there.

5 stars on all! We have had a very good experience at Avanti. They are caring and hard working staff, We have enjoyed working with all of them. The price and location were also great, they had just what we needed and were looking for for our loved one.

I would recommend Avanti Senior Living at Towne Lake to others! The facility is very clean and everyone is very friendly. There is excellent communication with the family. The food might need improvement, more variety, fresh vegetables and fruits. I would suggest more activities, but I know it is hard.

My mom is currently a resident at Avanti Senior Living at Towne Lake and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The staff and the meals are also great. I do feel that it is a bit expensive for what she gets. Overall, Avanti Senior Living at Towne Lake really is lovely and I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

Avanti is a beautiful facility. They admitted my husband right away (on a weekend) to get him out of a bad rehab place. They allowed him to stay in a respite room until I could get furniture in. That was most appreciated. No other facility was able to do that.

Avanti at Flower Mound is the nicest place I found. I looked at a lot of facilities before I chose Avanti. It's clean, visibly pleasing, and doesn't have the feeling that a lot of facilities have. Staff was amazing especial the front desk [name removed] amazing guy.

We had tried many places and that Avanti was the nicest with the best community of residence that are on [name removed]level regarding his dementia. He can interact with them. He has form very close friendships and feels very much at home. The location is perfect to our home in the Woodlands as well.

we are VERY pleased with Avanti Senior Living! We love it. The staff is amazing! Only issue I've had which seems to be consistent with ALL of my friends who have family here ... LAUNDRY! Things get mixed up and often go missing. I've taken it upon myself to do my Grandmothers laundry several times a week to eliminate this issue ... and yet "sometimes" items still disappear?!

The staff is amazing and we were they almost every single day for 11 months . We got to truly know the staff. We still stop by and say hi when we are in the area even though my family no longer lives there I would 100% recommend Avanti Senior Living at Towne Lake.

Avanti personnel went out of their way to admit my husband on a weekend, something ordinarily not done. It is clean, smells clean, and everyone was kind and caring. He was also allowed to use a respite care room until I was able to arrange for the delivery of furniture.

The staff truly loves my mom and myself. They treat her like family which I love. It does take awhile for us to get adjusted but I think that would be at any community. They are always available to talk things through with you. Have a lot of activities for my mom to participate in. They treat memory care patients better than any facility I visited.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean facility. My aunt says that when she first arrived the food was very good. She says that it is now just average. Not a big variety, the meats seem to be dry or over cooked, not much flavor. She says it's not terrible, just average.

Avanti at Vision Park is the nicest place I found. I looked at a lot of facilities before I chose Avanti. It's clean, quiet, and doesn't have the feeling that a lot of facilities have. There are some areas to improve: Laundry service (they lose things). Quality of food in the memory care unit should be better. But taking all things into consideration, they do a good job.

The staff is wonderful and the residents are all super nice. Everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. We really have no issues or complaints and would definitely recommend Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park to others.

We are very happy with the facility. I would love if they would hire more caretakers but I know that will only increase the cost

We have been very pleased with Avanti for my in-laws! Any few little snafus that we've encountered have been fixed promptly. We appreciate the fact that we work as a team to give my in-laws the best care possible.

We had a very nice tour experience with Avanti Towne Lake. The facility is beautiful and it looks like a very high-end hotel. It was fancy. We were looking for a place that gave off more of a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were many activities that we saw that our loved one was not going to be able to participate in. It was a great place but it just was not our style. If you like high end and fancy it would be a great fit for you!
