Very peaceful and friendly people

Our experience was overwhelming, we could not believe how beautiful the entire complex is. The meal we had was superb and the couple we ate with was very helpful to us. We cannot wait to be called to be a member of Mountain View Gardens.

[Name Removed] was our contact person who did a fantastic job of explaining the facility and spent time explaining it thoroughly to us. We were impressed with everything there but one of the main issues was that there are only a few 2 bedroom units and they don't know how long a wait might be. We definitely want a 2 bedroom and also a porch/balcony. We did put our name on a "wait list". The facility it's self was very appealing, clean, bright and the residents we spoke with were very helpful.

The Highlands is a beautiful community. They offer enough for an individual to be independent and feel that they are safe/cared for. It has a family feel and the people that work and live there are very kind. The distance from family was the only reason we went to one of their other communities.

One of the first things I love is I don't have to cook. The food is good however I don't like everything they cook but nobody likes everything we all have different opinions about food so therefore some like it and others don't but that's the way it is anywhere. Second I don't have to clean house. I don't have to wash my towels and my sheets since it's done for me. Third there are activities going on constantly so you can always have something to do. Right now there is music going on down in the lobby. you can go down and sit and listen or you can dance to it. One of the important things to me is I am right next door to my church and I can walk over for Live Oaks Church services and activities. I crochet items for the Samaritan's purse Christmas shoe boxes and I take it to the church. Several people here also crochet and when they found out what I was doing they started giving me things to put in the shoe boxes for the kids.

Staff was professional, knowlegable, personable and a lovely person. The lunch was amazing....delicious. Service staff was excellent. The residents were friendly and happy. The facility was immaculate, and grounds appeared lovely and well maintained.

Mainly the friendliness of staff and management but also it's a very beautiful and clean facility. My mom is in a studio and it's really big. Very open. There is a small weight room and a couple of activity rooms with TVs but that's about it. Trader Joe's does donate flowers there so there's an opportunity to get fresh flowers a couple of days a week which is really nice.

We had a very thorough and informative meeting and tour of Ashton Gardens with Community Sales representative [name removed]. [name removed] was professional, outgoing and friendly. She answered all our questions in a direct and straightforward manner. We were impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and residents we met. The shared public spaces were bright, airy and spacious and the apartments we saw were clean, comfortable and well maintained.

We like Magnolia facility so much. The person that assisted us ([name removed] ) was very helpful in explaining the facility’s services and features. We are very happy with the possibility of living there in the future. Thanks.

There are Plenty of activities, friendly staff, and the food is very good. The facility is clean and the rooms are a bit small. I would recommend the facility to others.

This was a beautiful facility with some great amenities. They had a singer when we visited and the residents seemed to really enjoy themselves. The rooms were clean and we fell in love with the dining room.

If it's within the budget meat should be available daily & an occasional steak.

The staff was amazing. They were very caring and helpful. The activities that were there amazing ,the holidays and birthdays were always celebrated. I always refer people to your facility when anyone is looking for a place for their love one.

Was a really nice place. Not assisted living but lots of supportive services if needed. Rooms were large. Residents and staff were friendly. Lots included in the room rate.

The facility is beautiful given that it's brand new. There are many different room layouts which provides people with options, and the rooms are very nice. The independent lifestyle is very nice for people who are ready to give up maintenance and responsibilities of a single family home but aren't ready for assisted living. There is help available from outside healthcare agencies for those who need assistance, and even with the additional cost of that it is lower cost than AL. They serve three meals per day and the food is very good. The staff is supportive of people's needs and good so far. Overall very pleased with our decision.

My mother in law loves the cleanliness of the facility, the people and of course her favorite thing is the meals. She said the food is so good that she is going to put on some extra pounds.

What we like the most about the community is that it is friendly, close to us and in a nice area. We would recommend Scholl Canyon Estates to others families.

Beautifully maintained, high quality of care, the welcoming kindness of the staff and ambassadors, quality of meals and activities, combined makes. This an excellent choice and I would highly recommend it.
