I give a 5, they supply 3 meals a day, bingo, crafts, and several things. We also have a movie theater.

The staff is extra friendly and is always willing to help. They encourage residents to interact with each other, which helps the resident feel that they are more at home. My experience with their food has been excellent when we have visited and had a meal there. There has never been a request for anything that has not been met. I have highly recommended this place to several people who are inquiring about living there. They get my highest praise.

We were all very happy with Magnolia Heights. The staff were very helpful and the place was lovely. My mom enjoyed it thoroughly!

Carolina Estates is absolutely "AWESOME"!!! They provide a full schedule of activities for the residents, also the food is great and you can come and go at your leisure...I HIGHLY Recommend it ??

The staff is great. She has not done any activities yet since she is having back issues. Apartment is great, she loves the girl, Ebony that cleans every week. Good is good most of the time.

The room is a one bedroom good size. But we asked for a studio they were suppose to give her but none were open at the time so we are getting cost of studio until her room opens up. Staff are extremely helpful and she says the food is very good. They have bingo, movie nights and bands lots of activities for them. They have a cleaning girl come once a week to change sheets on bed and towels also clean the place. They have a hairdresser there on Wednesday and Friday's

It's always clean. The food is great! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. She's met a number of residents and is very happy.

It's been wonderful. It happened very rapidly. I love Ivy Creek… I'm so glad I made the choice. I have a studio apartment… It's precious. The independent environment includes three meals a day… A caring staff and a whole lot of people that are terrific.

The facility is very nice, clean, and friendly. [name removed] was very kind and welcomed me for a tour whenever was good for my schedule. Residents were nice when I interacted with them. I'm not sure if it will be right for my parents quite yet, but I would feel comfortable suggesting this to them for consideration.

I brought my cousin for a visit and she loved it. We had a nice lunch and met the staff. She decided that day Steeplechase was the place for her. She has a first floor apartment with a living and dining area. It also has a large bedroom and bath. Just the amount of space she needs. Her apartment also has a direct door to outside which is perfect for her because she enjoys early morning walks. She also appreciate the access to the van transportation to the neighborhood shopping and bank. All in all she is very satisfied with her decision to move there.

The experience has been great, staff is attentive, caring and very friendly, food is outstanding, the facility is very clean. The apartment is perfect for my dad. I would recommend the community to others.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a wide variety of floor plans from studio to 2 bedroom so you can get a size that works for you. It would have been nice to have 1 more kitchen cabinet and a built in microwave. The dining room has had some issues with chefs and staff quitting so the food quality isn't always as good as it should be. But management is aware. Maintenance requests take a while to complete. I think 1 maintenance man in an aging property is not enough. Overall, my mother is very happy and has made a lot of new friends.

Very nice facility. Keeping it in mind! Especially impressed with the menu. Atrium seemed nice. Nicely decorated.

Very clean,bright and inviting, easy to navigate. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Location was ideal. The residents seemed happy as they were enjoying dinner with entertainment. Would recommend others to check it out.

I am very happy to call Salmon Creek Retirement Community my home. What I appreciate most about living here is the sense of community. There are so many opportunities to meet people, make friends, participate in activities, and—if you’re inclined—create something new yourself. I’ve particularly enjoyed being involved in programs that bring residents together for movies, social gatherings, and interesting conversations. The staff members are caring and work hard to make Salmon Creek a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Just as important are the residents themselves. We look out for one another, share plenty of laughter, and have created a real community. For me, Salmon Creek isn’t simply a place to live. It’s home—and I’m very glad I chose it.

The room is a great size. Just wish it had in room laundry versus community laundry. The food is fantastic. The staff is responsive and nice and they make it very easy to have additional in-home healthcare. I would recommend the community to others.

The gentleman gave a very nice tour of the place. I was looking for myself as well as maybe my mother. The cost was probably my main issues. But overall great place good vibes, and room was delightful.

Fairview is a lovely, clean, efficient facility! The grounds are beautiful with walking paved paths with flower and vegetable beds. It offers multiple choice of meals for the three meals served daily. And the meals are excellent. Snacks are available anytime, there's an ice cream machine, and a large full kitchen available for tenants etc. In the activity area. The apartments are cleaned once a week, with linen, sheets and towel changes as well.. Activities are various crafts, yoga, thi chi, cardiac drumming, meditation, book club, music performances, and we have a chapel here, which offers Mass on Sunday AM. A pool room, tables for puzzle making, a large TV room where there are tables for card playing. Cable is included also. Let's not forget BINGO...3 times a week. Bathrooms have walk-in showers and high toilets. The apartments are a very spacious size. Me, I have a large 2nd floor studio....maybe 500-550sf with a large corner patio. Also there are two laundry rooms on each floor. They also offer medical, supermarket, drugstore, and casual shopping trips. Well, not sure if I got everything in but I tried. I am happy here because it's within 30mins of my family, medical offices are just down the street, last, but not least, the management and the residents are really wonderful and very helpful. All the staff are pleasant and kind.

The staff was wonderful! The place was clean and inviting. The apt we toured was great! They were very accommodating when I explained my financial constraints. However, in the end, I opted to find a cheaper place to live. If I had a higher fixed income and fewer bills, I would have certainly moved to Camden Springs!!

Everything was a 5. Very happy with everything!!! I was there for a few months due toward temporary loss of my eyesight I had a 4th nerve palsy. 4 out of 100,000 get this. Needing a place to stay when I called to get information about Sanford Estates they sent [name removed] to pick me and move me since I could not drive my car or have any vision. The staff is excellent. The food was good. I have work in a Senior Living place for 5 years. So I have good understanding of what is required. The place I work at is very high end. It's [community removed]. I probably could have stayed there for a few days, but I needed a place for several months. The staff went out of there way to make sure I could get around. The apartment size was all I needed. Since it was the week of Christmas that I needed a move they furnish me an apartment with furniture. I have no family around and all of my friends were gone for the holiday and Sanford Estates came through during the holidays when everything was closed. I would definitely recommend Sanford Estates. The fact that Sanford Estates pick me up and furnish an apartment knowing at that current time my situation I can't see let alone drive and it's Christmas week nobody around and everything close speaks volume about Sanford Estates.
