It's one of the cleanest facilities I've ever been to. Staff is exceptional. Spacious apartments. Overall great fit.

This was our first stop, [name removed] took the time to ask [name removed] my neighbor about her and her family. He got to know her. We seen a few room options was offered lunch with the other residents. [name removed] did follow up next day to see if we had other questions. He also encouraged us to visit another place but no other place took the time to get to know [name removed] like [name removed] did. [name removed] did visit other places but thought that Providence Meadows felt like home.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly people, knowledgeable representatives. Nice experience. I would recommend and may consider moving here

Everyone has been really welcoming and friendly. The staff is really caring and helpful. My moms studio apartment has a lot more storage space than we were anticipating! They also offer weekly cleanings which is great.

My mother was very reluctant to visit any senior living facilities. I was astonished when she was excited and enthusiastic about every part of our tour, after getting her in the door. The sales associate, who never felt like he was "selling" was the nicest, great humored, interesting and knowledgeable person I could have imagined. The women we had lunch with and the managers of the facility were the best. No question, the people we met are the best selling point. But the rooms were bright and inviting- most with a balcony, the common places were really nice - the library with fireplace especially, the food was delicious, plentiful and many options were available, even the artwork on the walls impressed my mom quite a lot. It seemed like a classy place with honest good people.

Great place to visit. The tour was great, everything we needed to know to help make our decision. The lunch was very good.

It is a very clean and inviting place to love. People seem genuinely excited to be there and are very social. The rooms are fine but the amenities are amazing. [name removed] was wonderful and helped answer all our questions and concerns.

After visiting and having my parents stay at other facilities, I would give them a five in every category.

The facility was clean, Very well kept up. Mine was a video tour. I was impressed and intend to move there in the spring. My nephew and his wife who toured in person were also impressed.

I brought my mom to check out Camden Springs since she was considering moving to an Independent living place. [name removed] was wonderful, taking the time to listen to my mom’s concerns and asking what I think were the right questions to uncover my mom’s hesitation to move, especially when my mom was impressed with everything that Camden Springs had to offer. The residents we encountered during the tour were so welcoming and encouraged my mom to consider living there. Overall I was very pleased with our experience at Camden Springs.

The facility looked well maintained and felt very energetic. The staff is very friendly and the residents I encountered were very friendly and honest about the facility, providing positive feedback. Aside from some light-hearted fun about the quality of the food, overall our visit was very positive. It’s my understanding that the food quality has improved and the residents were in good spirits about the improvements. Only one small compliant about the condition of the men’s room on the first floor by the dining room. It needed some light plumbing repair of the urinal.

It was a great facility but was not the age in place living we were looking for as there was no memory care. Everything else was top notch.

Loves her studio apt, the other residents and amenities esp the movie theater. Absolutely recommend

I honestly did not know you could get a place like the Oaks. It has been the best place for myself and my sister. I would definitely rate all of those qualities,5. The managers and assistant managers go out of their way to make us feel at home. Yes, I would recommend this community to others, and I do

We really are very happy there. Well my parents are very happy there. It's clean and friendly. They have a great apartment. They're pleased with the food. They're pleased with the managers. They're pleased with what comes with it. Very nice situation so far.

Overall the experience was a very easy process. Informative, no high pressure. Incredibly flexible and informative. Many options in terms of unit size. 3 chef prepared meals daily are unique vs industry standard of two. The facility looks like a nice apartment community not a facility. It is conveniently located to shopping, hospital, Healthcare and community center. Inside feels like a very nice resort. Residents are clearly very happy. Staff is responsive and helpful.

Included much information and reading material to take home. Tour was very complete showing all areas of interest.

I currently live in an independent facility and after visiting Ashwood Meadows, I’ve determined that it is less expensive has more than the facilities that I’m used to, and the units are larger for less money.

The personal is a great asset. The facility is well maintained. The residents were happy. Keep up the great work. Excellent facilities. Good value for the money. The marketing director was outstanding The location is ideal.

This looks like a great facility for the next stage in the transition of aging. The staff that we met was very gracious and friendly. The amenities that are offered are what you would be looking for.
