It was a lovely facility with lovely people very clean that's what I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the whole facility and there are so many activities for my mom to do and all meals are included the they just had so many amenities which was really nice because she always has a choice and variety even for the activities and she really likes that there's a chapel on site so she's somewhere very nice and that allows me to sleep well at night knowing that she's in a safe clean decent place where the staff seem to really care and are very attentive.

It's a very friendly well-run facility. I like the activities and amenities available, especially the delicious meals. THe proximity to the Clarmont community playhouse is a definite attraction.

I would rate a 5 for all except care. I don't require any care. But they do provide exercise classes that fairly well attended. I do enjoy living here. Yes, I would recommend The Rio Grande community to other families.

The people were friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed a delicious meal with some of the residents. A positive experience.

Mom likes the people and is making friends. I think the facility itself is so lovely and charming - very sunny and nicely decorated, feels very homey and warm. Her apartment is small but cute. Also sunny, which is important in Maine! The one consistent complaint she's had is about the food. But honestly I think she's just sort of a food snob and not accustomed to what I would call dining hall food. She's had a hard time getting the staff to accommodate some of her dietary preferences. Mainly I think they serve a lot of fried food and it doesn't agree with her.

Hudson Estates is a wonderful place. The staff is amazing. They've been so helpful. The people are friendly, the food is delicious. I highly recommend

Support staff are caring, kind, and engaged since most of them live on site. It is truly independent living with onsite support available if needed. Apartments are spacious, clean, and affordable. The facility feels very homey, and easy to navigate. There are an abundance of activities, and transportation for those who don't drive is easily accessible. Definitely feels more like home with consistent staff who treat you like family. Food is okay, biggest meal is lunch, and there are no "on demand" options if you miss a meal.

I liked The Carriage House. It was well kept and had what I wanted. The pool looked so inviting. The apartments were nice. Everybody was so nice and friendly.

Great experience unfortunately my mom fell and had to move to assisted living after only 6 weeks. I like the fact that a lot of the staff lived on site and helped with the meals and we're invested with the whole facility because they live there as well.

My husband and I had a most satisfying and informative visit. The gentleman showing us around and sharing thoughts and information was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions in a kind and thorough way. We had lunch there which was satisfying. There were a number of choices for food. The time was informative and most enjoyable.

The management and staff were extremely kind and friendly. It is a calm and clean, happy place. We were grateful for the thorough tour.

They are kind helpful and caring. Apartment sizes are great and they have many wonderful amenities offered to residents.

I was very impressed, and have put down a deposit on an apartment there. All of the staff that I encountered there were knowledgeable and friendly. They had exactly the kind of apartment I was looking for, and I expect to be moving in within the next few months.

Enjoyed my visit. Was there over 2 hours. Had lunch. The food and service was good. All my questions were answered promptly. Everyone I met seemed to enjoy being there. I like that it is independent only and pet friendly.

What a beautiful facility! I was very impressed with all the amenities and the overall layout and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and caring, and I would feel comfortable having my Mom there. Unfortunately, we now need a facility that can convert to Assisted Living from Indepedent Living as Mom's needs are changing. If she was more independent, I would love for her to stay there. I'm giving a special shoutout to[name removed], the manager who met us and gave us the tour. Wow, she is incredible! Kudos to her!

Very nice tour. Nice place and the people there are very friendly. The Lodge is definitely a place for consideration in the future. My Mom liked it.

I would rate Scholl as a 5. They are great. The facial very clean, smells fresh, and they have weekly cleaning for all the residents rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Great tour, very nice place.,staff was great ,the residents all were very nice and all the building was very well lit.

No complaints. Clean happy with my room. People and staff are great. Food is questionable. Some days its good but portions are very small Other than that Im satisfied.
