Our tour facilitator [name removed] did an excellent job giving us a guided tour of the Palms Adult Living Facility. She asked us about our needs and our ideal expectations on what we need for my parents in this stage of their lives. The Palms facility is very beautiful and inviting. My parents really like the amenities they provide. 5

[name removed] and her staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The Woods is very well decorated - warm friendly atmosphere. the dining area and buffet was spectacular and the food was delicious, the tour answered most our questions and wasVERY informative as this was my sister first visit to an independent living facility. I enjoyed walking the path around the build and it was a beatiful walk - natural beauty as well as great landscaping of the facility.

We were immediately impressed by the warmth of the facilities, the friendly staff, and the cheery atmosphere. My mom immediately knew this was the place for her. We were invited to stay for lunch and the food was delicious!

Wonderful place and I'm happy I need to get back home so never leave. I like the hospitality and cleanliness. Kennedy Meadows is great it has all the amenities inclusive to what someone needs even a full salon for men and women - pool table, events and a good running vehicle to take you to and from grocery store, personal doctor visits and I have a movie cinema.

What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the warm and inviting atmosphere. Yes, I would recommend Sanford Estates to other families.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Stoneridge independent living community. [name removed] was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel truly welcome. The facilities are awesome: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a great atmosphere throughout. While it’s disappointing that it ultimately isn’t going to work out for my mother-in-law due to our specific circumstances, I was very impressed and grateful for such a positive experience. I would highly recommend scheduling a visit if you’re exploring options.

It's a lovely facility. Clean and bright and very home-like. It's definitely for the more independent resident and there's not a ton of programming. My mom complains about the food, but she has complained about the food everywhere for her entire life so I'm not sure this is an Ashton Gardens thing so much as it is a "my mom always complains about food" thing.

It was a lovely tour. Nice size heated pool, good fitness center, a really nice library with all public areas sparkling clean. Even a fire pit for cool evening socializing. However rooms only have a refrigerator and minimal storage. There is only a full communal kitchen on the first floor, but they do include three meals a day in the monthly fee.

I LOVE the many friends I have made here; Management and staff are exemplary; Housekeepers are very good; Soooo very much to do here to make it just a nice place to live; In house theater for movies (soft serve ice cream and popcorn provided), karaoke, activity room for trivia games, bingo, card games, pool table, chair yoga, Zumba, shuffleboard, painting, baking in main kitchen for residents, monthly meetings with managers and chef for suggestions on food and complaints about anything; incredible bus driver for doctor appointments (no charge), food stores, drugstore, banks, department store shopping and scenic drives, weekly trips to various restaurants for lunch, monthly special event luncheons and family and friends can be invited whenever you like for a minimal charge (no charge for special event brunch), apartment(s) to rent if family want to visit for $[fee removed] per night and ALL meals and amenities are included. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. DID I SAY I LOVE IT HERE!!!

We love Kennedy Meadows. Mom is thriving there the place is extremely clean and well kept and very friendly. I would recommend it to anybody.

What we like the most about the community is that the facility is nice and well kept _ the food is top notch and they pay attention to detail _ the residents r engaging and active _ a nice retirement life style

The shuttle is great for taking my uncle to his doctor appointments and grocery shopping. He loves the movie theater where they watch the football games also. He loves the food. There are plenty of activities for him to do. The apartments are beautiful. They keep the common areas beautifully decorated. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for independent living. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It has been an excellent experience. I also want to thank a place for mom. It made this process so easy. It did all the leg work so I didn't have to

It seems like a caring community that is interested in making Shads Landing a good place for the residents.

The community is very nice. We were scheduled to be on boarded with an apt and we were never onboarded and never informed the person wouldn't be there to do it. Otherwise the place is awesome and I would highly recommend it. The place is immaculate. The serving staff is great to. Everyone is professional in their appearance and friendliness.

It was more affordable than all of the other choices in town with almost all of the same amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

All 5's. This was by far the nicest place. Mom loves it and the staff is incredible The onsite management is friendly and engaging. They really made mom feel special. Plus she has made so many new friends already. And she never misses a meal or dessert

Heatherwood is an extremely welcoming and friendly place. It's very well kept, and run by dedicated, experienced staff who truly care about the residents. I recently toured the facility, and was blown away at the amount of care and effort that is put in to making the residents feel at home. I brought my dad back two days later, and he was also blown away. We loved it so much he committed to Heatherwood without even touring any other places. This is a great place for anyone considering a new place.
