5 for all. My dad is very happy, and they have been great to deal with. All the residents seem happy there. The facility is clean and well kept, the food is excellent, they have lots of activities and the shuttle takes them everywhere. The staff seem to genuinely want the residents to be happy.

It's recently built. Staff is nice. Does not require a buy in fee. Has nice extras like travel program with sister centers and rooms for guest. It is more high end for price but you get what you pay for.
What we like the most about the community is the people and the help. If you're asking me to rank the food, I rank the food and one between one and five as a two not happy with that answer number one is it's OK

We are pleased with our decision to move to Orchard Heights in Clermont, Florida. The staff are well trained in their duties and have a bonus of cheerful concern for residents. Many are long time employees at Orchard Heights. Food is very good with several options available at each of the meals. Extra items are available 24/7 in a refrigerator on the first floor along with a self serve ice cream machine. Daily activities keep residents involved in several different ways. Apartments are cleaned weekly. We are enjoying meeting new residents and making friends in this beautiful, cheerful community.

1 through 7 I can not say enough about this place, as this was a big step for our family, my father has been there for just over a year and is doing great. The money however is a little pricey in my eyes especially for not having a nurse on site. They should know that the staff that is there are great and very helpful but there is no medical staff.

The staff gets a 10!!! What we like the most about the community is that The resident managers living onsite! It is absolutely vital to their resident family! That's how they consider them. Recognizing when folks need help or step up services. Enforcing mandatory meal times for socialization. It is truly a family. I could go in and eat dinner with my mom every day, if I wanted to. To the point that the staff expected to see me and when they did, would have the things I liked ready for me. And this included the wait staff as well.

Cottonwood Estates has been great. It is a warm, bright and inviting place. We love that my mother in law can have her dog and has plenty of walking options. There are a lot of friendly residents and she is always eating with new residents everyday. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! They were so helpful in the entire process! They are very responsive and caring. My husband and I are extremely happy with the whe experience.

Hudson Estates gets 5s across the board. The food is quite good, even when they serve something I don't like, it is usually done very well. The room is nice and it is clean. The whole facility is nicely done. The staff is friendly and helpful even if they are short staffed on any given day. I highly recommend it.
