Heatherwood is an extremely welcoming and friendly place. It's very well kept, and run by dedicated, experienced staff who truly care about the residents. I recently toured the facility, and was blown away at the amount of care and effort that is put in to making the residents feel at home. I brought my dad back two days later, and he was also blown away. We loved it so much he committed to Heatherwood without even touring any other places. This is a great place for anyone considering a new place.

Willow Creek is a beautiful building. The staff that we met in our 3 visits over several months were very friendly and helpful. We like that there are managers living in the building. We witnessed fun activities. The residents were all very positive when we asked for their opinion of the place. My mother-in-law was very pleased. She also liked the 24/7 soft serve ice cream and the theater room.

The sales mgr has been very kind and has reached out to me on several occasions to check on my parents and invite them for a visit/tour and meal. While we were not able to accomplish that I was given a tour of the facility and my questions and concerns. The facility is clean and welcoming and apts a good size. My only concern is if independent living with onsite home care will be the best fit for my parents at their current age and abilities. Otherwise we would be looking at a move to this facility.

Expensive but probably worth it. Had a lovely lunch. Met friendly and welcoming residents. Staff appear to enjoy their work there. Sad to see sales director leave (it was her last day) when I visited.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Clean, comfortable and the amenities are amazing! We loved it so much that mom is on the list to move in!! Can’t say enough about the food variety and the community that exists here!

I have a dear friend living here. She is always treated with respect. The staff is always friendly,clean and caring.. The meals are always presented well. The food is fresh,plentiful, attractive and well balanced. The residents are offered to take more back to their rooms to snack on. If you are looking for independent senior living I highly recommend you check this place out. I am very impressed.

Ivy Creek is rated a 5! [removed name]coordinated our meetings, gave us 2 tours and we enjoyed a delicious lunch. [removed name] explained all the amenities and activities offered at Ivy Creek. The staff were very friendly and professional. The building facilities were clean and the apartments are spacious. I'm very happy with the services offered at Ivy Creek. I'm also rating a 5 for the activities, welcome party to make my parents feel very welcome and how Veterans are acknowledged by having a Veteran Wall to honor them. I'm happy that there is a physical therapist on staff as well as managers living the premises. Very helpful. I'm happy there is a "life alert" neck cord offered for each member in the community as well.

El dorado estates is a good facility. My dad has everything he needs and more, living there. Meals, transportation, activities, outings, housekeeping etc. Overall, I'd say his experience there is a good one

Diana was wonderful. She explained everything and showed us around. She answered all my parents' questions fully. The property was clean, bright, and cheerfully. We were greeted by everyone we met, resident or staff. And they seemed happy to chitchat. There are plenty of activities and transportation. Many included in price.

The facility was beautiful. Additionally, it was decorated for the Christmas/ Hanukah holidays and was lovely and inviting. The dining room was like a 5-star hotel. At dinner time, well-dressed residents began gathering at tables for 2 or more as servers assisted with their orders. Various residents greeted the facility manager (and obviously liked and respected her) as she was hosting my tour. There was no studio empty for viewing. I viewed a 1-bedroom, spacious apartment with large closets, a balcony and good sized kitchenette. I was impressed with the residence and all the amenities, transportation options, and on-site and off-site activities. The on-site resident manager was friendly and engaging. I would love to place my elderly relative in this residence, as it would meet his needs for socializing with peers and 24/7 on-site management. I couldn’t have been more impressed!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The friendliness here feels as you were home. Plenty to do. Properly sized apartments for one or two people. All amenities required for one or two people. The apartments are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. The apartments are cared for by them. Unfurnished, a few furnished. The only fault I have with my studio, the kitchenette is small. They furnish a microwave, leaving a small counter top.

We have found nothing to complain about! Our new home is extremely well run and the food is better than we have any right to expect!

It's a beautiful facility very clean, the staff is very nice. I'm not a resident. I just booked this for my sister-in-law. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community for their loved one.

The rooms were nice and bright which is a big plus for us! Lots of activities were planned and people were participating and in conversation with each other! We cannot afford this right now, but we are checking places out and maybe in the future when we are ready.

Friendly Staff, Lots of fun activities, great food, beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of common space to sit and relax. Clean, bright, roomy apartments.

It reminded me of a place my grandma lived at in Ohio and she was happy there for 17+ years till she passed. The gps will send you the wrong way, but other than that I think it's a great place and my dad has almost settled in and getting into some new routines, it's been a positive experience.

What we like the most about the community is that the residents were all happy. Several residents came over during the tour to encourage my parents to move there. The staff was lovely.
