We have been extremely pleased with Sandford Estates. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming from day one Mom felt comfortable and at home! The food is great prepared by an experienced chef who was a cruise ship chef for 30 years. Thank you for recommending Sandford Estates! We couldn't have asked for a better place for mom!

My sister is very happy at Sterling Heights. We're finding the staff the rooms and the food to be very good. It has a very family like atmosphere and my sister felt she fit in almost immediately. There are plenty of activities and the environment is very cheerful. We would highly recommend it to anyone. The starting prices for rent seem reasonable by comparison to other places of similar quality. The places we looked at in New Jersey were not half as nice for the same or more money.

My Aunt and Uncle are doing well at Steeplechase. They love the atmosphere, their apartment is cute, and the people seem very friendly. They're learning the ropes as far as getting around and using the bus. They have even joined in on some of the activities, which I think is awesome.

People are great. Staff and residents. They could clean the common areas, staircases and gym especially. The bus needs detailing.

renovated new. always clean, very responsive to assistance needs to puck up a spill etc. Very friendly, always greeted by name. responsive every time dad needed anything, always answered calls. office staff was very helpful. food was above hospital, they did their best to accommodate residents. Not good for a low sodium diet though lol The rate was high, as all rents are these days, not what I call affordable for average or fixed income residents

I can say again our interaction at Willow Creek was great. It was a very positive experience and staff were extremely supportive and helpful. I had to move dad to NC where I live and placed him 3 months ago into a nursing home due to decline in his health. He's doing good at the long term care at the nursing facility. Thanks again for your assistance in finding options for my dad.

Ashwood Meadows is a beautiful and safe community for independent seniors. The staff is so friendly and caring for each of them and their families. The facility and grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. My Mama says it feels homey and comfortable. The food is good and there are options with each meal. There are an abundance of activities and they offer transportation to shopping and appointments. My Mama and I highly recommend Ashwood Meadows!!

The place is beautiful and the service is excellent. My mom loves the food! She participates in some activities and has made a lot of friends.

Salmon Creek won me over by the longevity of the staff. Housekeepers have been working with the facility for 2.5 - 7 years. They must be doing something right to keep their staff. Managers transferred from another facility. But they too have been with them a long time. When I came to the dining room, it was abuzz with laughter and conversations. A place I wanted to be a part of.

Our loved one has now been residing @ Fairview Estates for a few months now and she loves it! The location, other residents, strong sense of community and delicious food have made for a wonderful new home. We couldn’t be more grateful and happy!

Colonial Harbor is more than a retirement facility. It is a community full of caring residents and staff. The residents are treated with dignity and like family. Colonial Harbor truly been a blessing to me and my family. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further!! This is it! ??

There were many options provided by the staff in our price range saving us hours of leg work.

The community is in a great location, offers a lot resources, outings, and activities for the residents. It is not appropriate for loved ones with any type of dementia or wandering.

My brother just moved in less than four weeks ago and already is calling it home. The staff made the transition very easy. Everyone there is genuinely caring and compassionate. Residents are very friendly. All the staff are great, especially [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. Highly recommended.

Maple Ridge was the best possible answer for our mother. She lived there for 2 1/2 years, and those are years we may not have had if we had left her in her home. Her apartment was pretty, spacious with lots of storage, and a very safe bathroom. The dining room was so nice and the food always delicious (she added weight back that was desperately needed). The entire staff was always gracious and helpful. The common facilities always kept clean and nice. The last months she was there, it was an incredible blessing to have access to the onsite caregiver groups.

The managers and assistant managers are amazing!! The food is delicious. It is kept up really nicely. I have zero complaints about it.

[name removed] is the manager at the Bend, Oregon location. She is an absolute angel. Mom has super high anxiety and requires constant reassurance. [name removed] is fabulous at managing her. besides that, the facilities look very nice, seemingly activities to do and a structured environment for her.

Olympus ranch was fine. The reason I moved. I wasn't ready for that lifestyle yet.

It's a great place, food is good, plenty activities if you want to participate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always clean and well kept up. I do not know places to compare it too , but when I am a ready to downside I would love to find a place like this.
