personal opinion, we just weren't aware or ready mentally for the cost. More of a sticker shock for us. Great atmosphere, was nice to be able to go eat lunch or dinner with family member, staff was welcoming/engaged and cared about the people. Facilities and activities were great and liked how they provided avenues for family member to get out and about.

New building, very safe, very clean, super friendly staff. A great selection of food for dinner, lunch and breakfast overall, feeling of happiness and welcoming. Staff has been super helpful with any issues that have arisen. I'm from where to move in furniture and uh if she has a problem with her cable, they take care of it immediately.

FIVE on all of them! They were great to work with and treated my Dad so well. He really loved it there. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Shads Landing to other families based on the experience so far.

5 on accommodations 3 on the residents(only a few) Current management staff is a 5. Seems I look like someone who lived here once. Was treated awful by then transportation and a handful of residents. I do recommend it food is fine and other residents love it

The place was beautiful! It was very clean, the people in the community were so very friendly and they reached out to the new member of the community and treated them like family. The Staff was excellent! They were accommodating, caring, and took care of anything that was needed to make my mother comfortable. I loved the dining area, it made it easy for everyone to be comfortable but also able to get to know each other. The activities were amazing, it seemed to fit anything that anyone would want to do. My overall experience with Colonial Harbour for my mother was great! I can't say enough about the Staff. I loved them, they were concerned, compassionate and made me feel so very comfortable with having my mother there. If my husband and I ever have the need for this type of arrangement Colonial Harbour will be where we'll go!

The staff and management teams are so friendly and helpful and patient!! The apartments are a good size! My sister had a large one bedroom, very nice!! They made everything easy. Very good experience!

I find Willow Creek is the place I’ve been looking for to spend my declining years. Right now I don’t need all the services they offer but when the time comes the facility is equipped to meet the needs of any homebound person. So far, the staff and residents have been welcoming and friendly. The building itself does not look so industrial and the environment inside and outside are very becoming, well decorated, spacious, and clean. If all goes well, it’s the best place in the area to spend my aging years..

Staff was wonderful , my mother in law was very difficult- [name removed] was a champion, she was very patient and understanding with our unique situation. They were all great.

Lots of apartment floor-plans to choose from. Shuttle is available. Nice place, my aunt and uncle are happy there. Monthly lease.

Meals and dining is a 3 because of the issues with staff and supply. Activities is a 3 because of the issues with bus or driver. Staff was helpful and friendly. There were issues with getting the cable to work in the room. It took about a week to resolve.

I will say that my mom loved SP Gracious Living. She was not able to be there but 3 months. She made friends. She played bingo and won so often that it gave her a thrill. She enjoyed the staff, the food and the other residents. She told me she wished she had moved there years earlier. Had mom not passed away, I am certain she would still be at Gracious Living and very happy about it.

The longevity of the managers, the great variety of food and always snacks, and the activity schedule is always filled with fun ideas.

A few things we like about the community is they listen to their residents desires, even when that is a challenge. With our current state of high food expense and difficult staffing, they are clear and kind.

Because I am a people person I like the people here especially the staff that exemplifies what it means to be diligent and dutiful. The apartment size is small it is a studio size but that's all that we could afford. They also have one and two bedroom sizes as far as we know of. The location of the community is in a nice quiet area and as long as we have lived in the Lehigh valley we never knew it was here and that's also what a lot of other people say.

From our first meeting, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Mom was reluctant to leave her home but when she saw the facility ( especially the dining room) she loved it. Her studio to perfect size for her. Great movie theater, activities and socialization. It has been great for her.

My mom seems to be adjusting, the staff were extremely helpful when she first moved in and that helped a lot. They buddied her up with several residents to help her learn the ropes. I believe she is beginning to actually enjoy some aspects of living at Willow Creek. A big adjustment for sure but she's doing well.

At my first visit to Salmon Creek Gracious Retirement Living, there was a feeling of 'coming home'. And it was not my imagination! Oh, I was impressed that the atmosphere was friendly, warm, even cozy. The furnishings were comfortable, dining room beautifully designed and arranged. There was no 'cafeteria' line, but instead lovely tables perfectly set for service , as in restaurants. Then, too, the kitchen was spotless, activity rooms clean and well cared for, 24/7 snacks , coffee, tea & fresh fruits. A posted calendar of events showed entertainers, activities, outings, various denominations of religious meetings, and that was only the start. A salon, fitness center, library, multiple laundry centers, TV room, tables for card games & puzzles, even a pool table & chess center, and a stocked kitchen for the use of residents...all available! Perhaps the best of all was the feeling of being welcome. Every person I met was smiling, friendly and helpful. When I left that initial visit, I didn't want to leave at all. With medical services only minutes away, and all emergency preparations in place , I was convinced this was the place I wanted to be. As life does, many events occurred which postponed my moving into Salmon Creek. Several months passed before it actually happened. But nothing at Salmon Creek was different. I've been here several months now, and every day is just as comfortable, welcoming, friendly, and interesting as the first visit. I feel so at home here. The staff is hard at work keeping our home operating safely & efficiently. They are truly our friends and see to our every need. I've made several friends already. If I ever feel bored, it would be my own fault. I plan to stay right here enjoying life and many new opportunities. Thank you Salmon Creek! Residents here at Salmon Creek have, included with the rental agreement a choice of many apartments with outdoor patio or balcony. We are able to have rooms cleaned free of charge, once a week. Three meals each day are served free of charge. And, there are several raised garden beds that can be used for growing flowers or veggies, as we wish!

I really can't give comments on staff. You were super helpful in an incredibly stressful and immediate need. I would recommend to others.

What stood out most is the good communication and quick tour scheduling. The apartment size is good for one person. The location is nice, residents are nice and food is ok.
