A lot of turnover in staff, plenty of activities games trips picnics trips to the doctors and food is adequate but most of all the people are so nice and friendly they make Ivy Creek.

My aunt loves the community. The staff are great. The accommodations are clean and well maintained. She loves the crafts, outings and morning exercises. She is extremely happy there. The only complaint she has is that the food is only mediocre. I've eaten there and it's totally fine, just not great.

Facility & staff treat everyone like family. Yes, we would recommend Osprey Heights to other families based on the experience so far.

I was very impressed with the staff! They could not be nicer and professional. Jessica was so helpful and answered all of the questions that we had! The facility was very clean and liked the location of the washer and dryer.

The contact person, [name removed]was very helpful and my brother really liked it when he visited. He says it is the best place he's ever lived at, the staff are attentive and helpful and he is become very comfortable there. Very pleased

It's been a good year. Stone lodge takes very good care of their residents. My husband's mother is happy there. He doesn't have to worry about her, she has a life of her own now, friends and neighbors. It was the best move.

I found everything to be clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The activities are well structured and they keep my mom busy most of the day if she chooses. She likes the food and finds that they offer a great selection.

I would recommend them to others and simply add, they have a very helpful and ready-to-assist staff. . I would rate Steeplechase as an overall 5 on a scale of 1-5. In relation to the overall process from Touring the facility to move-in to my mom's present experience.

Nestled among beautiful homes and apartments with lots of greenery off Holcomb Bridge Road and Scott Road, follow the brick, less than 2 miles from Georgia 400, Sanford Estates Gracious Retirement Living [removed] at 500 Walton Way, Roswell, GA 30076, is a vibrant independent living community of apartments that has been my home for nearly a year. Staff members are accommodating and kind, residents are welcoming and respectful. The general areas are kept immaculate and are beautifully appointed.Three Michelin* meals are served daily in the dining room, housekeeping is provided once a week, shuttle bus service is provided 2 days a week to local stores, 2 days for trips to the doctors, and an outing every Wednesday. Lots of opportunities to relax and have fun, including Bingo, Pokeno, Mexican Train Dominoes, social hours, crafts, movie theater, pool table, large flat screen TV, and puzzle room. I feel safe here, outside doors are locked around 9p and it's very quiet around that time for a good night's sleep! I've-fallen-and-can't-get-up pendant is issued to all residents. Should an emergency arise, the managers live onsite and are available 24/7. If more care is needed, reminders to take pills, help with laundry, a company on the premises can arrange for that type of fee-based care or outside help can be hired.

The facility provides daily activities in the Activity Room which are announced via the intercom. Many other special events are planned throughout the year. The facility contains an exercise room, a computer room, a chapel, a library area, a large screen TV area, a pool table area and multiple areas with tables and chairs where residents can play cards, do puzzles, do adult coloring/art or simply sit and visit with family or others residents. All areas are clutter-free and cleaned on a regular basis. The housekeeping staff provides weekly cleaning services for every apartment. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Colonial Harbor. From top to bottom the staff is professional yet friendly. They are always willing to assist with the resident's questions or concerns. They are excellent when interfacing with the resident's family when that is part of the equation as in our case with a 97 year old parent/resident. I failed to address maintenance but it should be noted that they take work orders seriously and work hard to make their resident's apartments a good and safe place in which to live. We have had good results every time we have needed maintenance.

Great value -not an assisted living facility but it's perfect for my dad's needs. He feels safe and it's one of the few facilities with outdoor access from the units. It's clean and we could not be happier

The employees at this place are excellent, they are all very sweet & kind people. If you don’t have memory loss this is an excellent place to live. They have exercise classes, crafts, a movie theater and outdoor seating. They also have a beauty/barber shop. They take residents to the store twice a week if you need anything & have outing to restaurants.

The staff is excellent, they have made my father fell welcome. I sleep well at night knowing he is there. They made the process seamless and I cannot say enough kind things

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They all seem to really care for each other there. Also, my mom loves that the meals are set as a community/family setting so everyone eats together. It makes it very easy to meet people that way and socialize together. Even though it is considered an independent living facility, they are a close community and do keep watch over each other.

Overall, it's been great. There have been a few issues with them having frequent staff turnover so that's why there are a couple of 4's. Since she's been there, they've had the manager team change 4 times and the Activity director 4 times as well as the Maintenance director 4 times. Mom loves it there though.

They listened and sent properties that met my mother's needs and budget. I have recommended.

We are very happy with the Savoy. My mom is making friends and the accommodations are top-notch. She seems to be very happy there.

She seemed very happy. Had 2 friends that visited while she was there; they would have liked to have placed their parent but dementia care needed took them another route. What I liked most about the community is the Overall cleanliness, bright atmosphere, smaller friendly community, facility set amongst trees, welcoming staff. Mom loved the food (especially being able to have soft ice cream 24/7).
