My aunt loved Linwood Staff amazing. Very tentative to your needs Plenty activities Her room was a studio but she had everything she needed Very clean inside and outside Food was good

I was given a thorough tour. No pressure. Magnolia Heights seems to be a wonderful place. Luxurious and welcoming.

Mother in law really loves Linwood Estates. She has made some new friends and loves everything about Linwood Estates. She especially loves the food. All of the staff are so helpful and kind.

The staff has been compassionate and caring. My mom doesn't like it there but I think it's a nice place. She will not get involved or hardly go eat in a good attitude. It's a lot of money to pay when the person isn't happy. Yes I would highly recommend it. My mom has not tried to like it. It has a great vibe and the food is good!

[name removed] was very gracious in showing us the facility. We enjoyed the tour of the facility. we were impressed by the outdoor accomodations and features. The meal schedules are appropriately timed. The dining area large enough and conveniently located in a common accessible, open area of the building. The gym is adequately equipped. I can see myself enjoying regular use of its facilities. The decor, layout and atmosphere are attractively presented.

[name removed] is so awesome! We call her our newest family member. We appreciated all of the feedback about the building operations as well as the available services for my uncle. We immediately decided to apply for residency.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Ultimately my mother chose another facility, but not because anything was wrong here.

Everything at Capitol Ridge is great. Food could be better.

I am very happy with the Highlands and mom is as well. It's very clean, people are super friendly. My mom just has a studio apartment but that's all she needs. A ton of activities but she is currently not participating in any.

Everything is excellent: food, ambience, attentiveness and caring attitude of staff, cleanliness of the public areas as well as of the individual apartments. In short, this is a remarkable residence. The managers, [name removed] and [name removed], are exceptional, devoted professionals.

Over all, l had a very positive experience. I decided to rent a one bedroom apartment there for a few months. If all goes well I may make this a permanent residency.

I loved this place. I'm counting the days to when I can live here. The food smelled so good as the menu was iimpressive. There is a movie theater and library and lots of things to do. I'm hoping my mother-in-law can get to a point where she could stay here and really enjoy it. I'm going to take my dad on a tour soon.

The managers [name removed] and his wife were absolutely lovely. So friendly with the residents and welcoming. I would love to place my mom here when the right room opens up.

So far it is all working out well. The size of the apartment suits him. Being smaller than the big three-bedroom house he came from, it's easier for him to get around. He's made friends, joined in some activities, and is much more engaged with people than he was living alone. Not everything about it is perfect. But, overall, it's an improvement in his life and now being near family has been the best change.

I would rate everything a five. The facility is excellent and the staff are top notch! The couple that manage the place are super friendly. They live on site and get to know everyone who lives there. They will help you whenever something comes up. The other staff are friendly as well and treat the residents with respect. We have had a few meals with ours uncle and the food is amazing. I would re ommend this place for the food alone. Every time we visit, they have activities going on and the residents really seem to enjoy them. They have a beautiful lobby with lots of great seating. Some of the residents seem to enjoy spending time there so they can interact with people as they come and go. The building is always clean. The rooms seem to be set uo well with adequate space for all of their needs. Highly recommend this place!

Each deserves a 5. This is a great place to live. Every staff member is really good and the overall population of residents are helpful and like family with one another. Our managers are always available and Lisa is a person who follows up and makes sure we are encouraged and our concerns are heard and resolved. We have gray activities and they focus on health and happiness.

They were very easy to work with when we moved mom in, and they all got to know her quickly. Everyone seems very welcoming. There are a lot of choices for food, but mom complains often that they run out of the popular things quickly. The apartment size is perfect for her and it is very convenient that they have outside services come in to the facility for healthcare and therapy so she doesn't have to drive to appointments.

Cottonwood Estates is a very clean and safe place to live. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. What more could we ask for? You'll like it here! Yes, I would recommend Cottonwood to others.

[name removed] is fabulous. Exceptionally kind and helpful. The facility overall is very clean and well kept. Staff seem very kind to residents. The apartment my mother is in is very nice. Staff were very helpful in getting her cable and WiFi set up. They were also accommodating with the things my mother requested help with. My mother fully engages in the activities, has made many friends and is much more social than when she was living alone in her own home. It has been a very positive experience for my mother and our family.
