I've had a great experience at Marlton Gardens. The staff is excellent—they're friendly, genuinely care about the residents, and make sure you have everything you need. The room size is perfect for me because I don't need a lot of space. They also do a great job keeping the community clean, and my room is cleaned every week. There are several activities offered every day. I haven't been able to participate yet because I'm waiting for my feet to get better, but I appreciate that they're available. As for the food, there are good days and bad days, but overall I've been happy with my experience here.

They were awesome, my mom has been living there for 7 weeks tomorrow. She is acclimating nicely and everyone especially the staff is very kind! I've already recommended Osprey and A place for Mom to several of my friend, who are in similar situations.

The staff becomes extended family. Very helpful and caring. Housekeep and cleanliness, rooms are cleaned every week, including personal laundry A vast variety of room sizes from studios to Casitas. Garages are a available. A fair amount of activities from chair yoga, card clubs, and other planned activities, like painting and crafts On-site worship services. Quiet TV rooms, theater and computer room. Large library. Again, the food is freshly prepared, menu includes a vegetarian daily choice. 3 course meals . We had two visits both included meals and a tour. No high pressure. A wonderful feeling of upscale hotel and feeling like home.

Mom loves being there. The residents there seem much more lively/vibrant than other places we looked at. Activities are available for participation all day long. Management was helpful with ideas for additional resources if needed in the future. Seems very clean and the one bedroom apartment is perfect to have a private bedroom and small living room for visitors. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vibrant community.

The staff was super welcoming, invited us to the patriotism lunch, served well by staff, great food & then moved onto a tour with [name removed]. The facilities are excellent, with provisions made for usage, space, & lifestyle of residents’ needs. We enjoyed our visit at Whispering Pine!

I think I found “my” place. Of course it was the one I resisted for months until I started considering what I would really serve me! Duh.

I have toured 2 other facilities thus far, & this is the top of the line. All the staff & residents rave about the care & options available here. A friend of mine joined me on my 2nd visit here & was also thoroughly impressed with what is offered, included & the cleanliness of the entire complex.

Experience has stayed the same. It's a wonderful place! Overall just a great place and my parents are very happy there! I would recommend to others.

Whispering Pines is a warm, welcoming community. My husband and I toured it in December when we were visiting my son and his family in Raleigh for the Christmas holiday. We especially liked the way the staff worked closely together and created a home-like atmosphere. The variety of room layouts was the most we’ve seen in our search. For the time being we are staying put in our Massachusetts home but will definitely keep this gem in mind.

My wife and I recently toured this property and were pleased with the condition of the facility, the staff, and most of all [name removed], our tour guide. I highly recommend anyone interested in living more "carefree" to visit the facility and take the tour. We have visited other facilities and left with great memories of the tour, but this one was different. [name removed] did an excellent job of answering all our questions and it was amazing watching her interact with all the residents - it seemed that she knew everyone and call them by name!

Thanks to [name removed] for making our tour enjoyable and informative. The Lodge was clean and well appointed with helpful amenities for aging residents. Everyone was friendly and some residents offered to show us their apartment. It's definitely on our list of possible homes!

Residents and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is tasteful and there is a variety offered at each meal plus an all-day menu. I haven't finished moving in yet, so I'm not here full-time. I love my apartment, but the more I bring in the smaller it gets! It is still sufficient though. All in all , I'm glad that I'm moving here.

Excellent facility and we received a great tour. We are very impressed with your facility. Unfortunately, my parents are not seeking any help from me in relocating them to an independent care facility.

I really like this community. The only thing that I see right now is there’s not very many people my age which is 72.

Was interested in this place but not ready to move from my home at this time. Had lunch and spoke with some residents at that time.

The staff and people is what made the experience good. The location is great and the residents are all so friendly. My dad really loved the library in the building

A beautiful place to visit and it was cleanand the food was terrific. I will be staying there come, August.

We were impressed by the tour of the facility. The facility was clean and well decorated. Residents seemed happy and engaged in available activities. The managing staff was very open and friendly which helped with asking questions. It was evident the Management Team was knowledgeable and bought a plethora of information to discussion. NICE welcoming facility and staff with amenities that would be attractive to active adults.

The building was clean and recently updated. We were treated to a noon meal. It was good - not processed/frozen/ reheated stuff. Amenities like the theatre, laundry room and activities are appreciated.
