My brother who is living there right now says 5 for all! They were really welcoming and took great care of him! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. It was a good experience. [name removed] who we dealt with for admission was fantastic It is reasonably priced compared to others. [name removed] were no hidden fees! It's an intimate setting, clean with kind people working there

The staff was caring, professional and friendly, the meals were excellent with several options, and the many activities for the residents helps brighten their day. It was very clean and comfortable for our mom. I would recommend Serenity Care to anyone seeking care and assistance for their loved one. Yes- I have recommended them to many friends who were seeking care for their parents

My mother has lived at Serenity Care Kingston for the last few months and we are extremely happy with the care she receives. It is a beautiful facility with plenty of activities for your loved ones to enjoy. The food is very good and the staff are very kind and caring. We highly recommend Serenity Care when searching for an assisted living facility.

I would definitely recommend the place. I want to thank A Place For Mom for helping me. I was so mixed up and didn't no what to do for my cousin. He couldn't go back to his house and my husband suggested I call you. I just want to thank you all for your kindness, and patience.

I believe the decision to go to Serenity was the best for both my dad and us. He can still remain as independent as possible while still in a structured environment which gives him that extra push to be as active and involved as possible. We, on the other hand, realized that we would not be able to provide this for him if he still was in our home due to our own health limitations.

I had a family friend who lived here until health issues led him elsewhere. However, I still visit the staff occasionally to bring treats and say hi. There are wonderful people here. The place needs some tlc outside mostly but it’s a gem hiding in Scranton. Caring staff, good management, and close knit community.

The staff welcomed you as family. Very kind & professional. Would highly recommend this facility. They are also remodeling the whole building. New furniture, paint etc. While the other places were good, Serenity was the welcoming of everyone. They spent a lot of initial time answering all questions. All of our concerns were put to peace. To add to this all of the care that they provide as come to be. It wasn't just talk to get us there. My Aunt tell us all the time how happy & safe she feels. Also they are very welcoming to family & keeps us up to date about everything.

My father was very apprehensive about moving into a personal care home. The staff at serenity wyoming were amazing. They made him feel comfortable and safe so quickly. I will always be grateful to the staff. Unfortunately my father's health declined rapidly and he was only able to stay for a short time but it will absolutely be a place I recommend to anyone who is in the need of a personal home for a loved one.

They all seem to really care for and enjoy the residents. I don't know if I've ever any of the staff in a bad mood or disgruntled. They always welcoming when I'm there. I would recommend the memory care part of this facility.

I can not say enough about the wonderful staff! Their compassion and genuine, loving care means the world to my mom and to me. Knowing my mother has such wonderful caring people around her everyday is extremely comforting. They have truly created a family atmosphere in all they do. Each staff member work very hard at and take great pride in their jobs, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. I am so very grateful my mother is surrounded by such thoughtful, kind, and warm-hearted individuals. The renovations to the facility are beautiful. There are always fun and engaging activities planned, the food is very good, and the facility is always very clean and well kept. I am truly thankful to everyone at Serenity Care Mid Valley for all they do to create such a welcoming, loving environment for my mother.

Activities every day kept her involved and the staff was professional and amazing. They went over and above to provide quality care in a beautiful environment. Meals were excellent. A Place for Mom was extremely helpful in finding Serenity Care. We were lost as far as finding somewhere safe and comfortable for our mom. When the nice gentleman called me I felt relieved that we had an option for Personal Care. Then when I spoke with [name removed], he explained everything perfectly and actually made the calls for me. I would recommend A Place for Mom to anyone needing advice and guidance in placement for their loved ones. Thank you.

Our family just likes everything about Serenity Care Mid Valley. We have had a great overall experience with the community - it is newly remodeled and clean. The staff members working there are great.

Very happy with our experience with Serenity. The first time I met the administrator [name removed] it just clicked. She is truly an asset to this facility. And the same goes to the other staff members- you can feel it the minute you enter the door! We are very happy with our choice!!

We picked this community, because of the value, dedication of staff, and proximity to her home. The staff were wonderful! I'd say it's a good, safe and reasonably happy place. We picked this community, because it's fresh remodel and the fact that residents are visible doing activities or getting therapy--they are active.

The facility was recently remodeled in the last year at Serenity Care Mid Valley. The staff was professional and caring to and for the residents. I do feel like they could have gotten more, if not all residents involved in the activities.

My tour of this community went well. It is a nice place with kind people. The community looked nice and very well maintained.
