New Perspective Senior Living

I've been living in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. I love having all my meals in our beautiful dining room, plus housekeeping, laundry, and lots of activities to enjoy. I'm so happy and blessed to have lived here for a year now.

Honestly I would give all 5's. I have been pleasantly impressed over the last year!!! My loved one has been at The Winds of at Mattern Orchard for 1 year. I am very happy with the facility! There is plenty of activities., the food is good, the room size is perfect for my Uncle. They do keep the place clean and everyone is very friendly!!! At Christmas time they had a wonderful party for residents and family members. This summer they had another great get together. I looked for 6 months before finding The Winds., my family member was moving from another facility. But we are very happy here!

Beautiful, I recently toured for indepedent living and had lunch. Food is great, so many activies, spacious apartment.

All of the places I viewed that day where absolutely wonderful. I decided on a different location because it had an outdoor pool. Other than that, I loved this facility.

I am very pleased to have my mother living at Salida Woods. The care she is receiving is wonderful. The staff is very response to my mom as well as to me. She is on a one bedroom apartment which I think is very spacious. She has found the food to be plentiful and pretty tasty.

I give all of these an A, lovely people very clean food is very good really and good quality. I have no complaints im very happy other then this extra charge. I would recommend Hawthorne Woods community to others based on the experience so far. I have peace for my mother she safe clean well fed and payed attention to

Facility is new and beautiful. It reminds me of a fancy hotel. The outdoor courtyard is like a resort. There are giant windows looking out to the courtyard. Residents seemed happy and active. The only negative I saw was lack of activities. The list of activities for the day I was there was: breakfast, lunch, hydration, dinner, TV. I have not seen meals included in the activities list at any other place.

They were very attentive and answered all questions. It was very nice and clean looking. Friendly people

I moved into New Perspective North Shore two years ago and it has become home. I have met friends that I enjoy dining with everyday. I love the buildings common areas and I enjoy sitting in the lobby when I have time. I especially enjoy the live music they bring into the community and enjoy the pub every week!

Very knowledgeable staff. They explained the process thoroughly empathetic and kind. They made my brother and I feel heard and informed.

Everyone loves my mom. The food is good. Her apartment is just right for her. There are plenty of activities for her to do and she does them. Westlake woods is very clean. Few stains on the main hall carpets throughout the facility but other than that, good.

I met with [Name removed] and she was great to talk to , took a tour of the building and really enjoyed it I like the location and have scheduled a second appointment this coming Friday with my brother. Aaron from new perspective called me yesterday to check on my recent tour also. so that was very nice. So we will meet her on Friday also. And I look forward to my second visit.

[name removed] and her staff are awesome. We had prepared a ton of questions in advance of the actual tour, submitted those in writing. They answered every one. So getting those answered made the tour icing on the cake.

The community is beautiful, and welcoming. what stood out most was the staffs' interactions as I walked through the community. Lots of smiles and fun in activities. It's clear they care about the resident's engagement.

Toured Salida Woods and a handful of other communities in and around Mentor recently. This community is the one our family agreed will be perfect for dad. We can see him making friends and enjoying the common areas, especially the courtyard. The team and gentleman we met with was very welcoming and put all of our concerns to ease about planning a move.

From the moment we walked into Salida Woods, we felt a sense of warmth and genuine care. The staff greeted us with kindness, and it was clear that residents here are treated like family. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure mom feels safe and is joining in on the daily fun. We don't have to worry like we used to when she was home alone.

The tour was thorough and all of our questions were answered. We received some good advice from the facility that helped us make our decision.

I recently toured Salida Woods with my mother as a possible place for her. I found Salida Woods to be such a welcoming and homey place. We were greeted by[Name Removed] who answered all of our questions and eased my mind about what kind of place Salida Woods is. And it seems welcoming, active, safe, clean and homey.

Very pleasant the staff were very helpful above all they were very caring my family, and I feel really happy that we found a place for our mother and know she will be in good hands there.

My Uncle is a resident here and I’m overly impressed. I was impressed the very first time that I walked into the building. There’s a lot of staff turnover but that’s in every job. Everyone has been kind, personable and attentive towards my uncle and the family. I would highly recommend this facility to families for their loved ones Keep in mind it’s not perfect but when I leave from visiting I know that my uncle is in good care. I’m able to sleep without worrying about his safety as I did regarding his previous residence. Thank you Beechwood Commons’ staff for looking out for my Uncle.
