Very pleasant the staff were very helpful above all they were very caring my family, and I feel really happy that we found a place for our mother and know she will be in good hands there.

My Uncle is a resident here and I’m overly impressed. I was impressed the very first time that I walked into the building. There’s a lot of staff turnover but that’s in every job. Everyone has been kind, personable and attentive towards my uncle and the family. I would highly recommend this facility to families for their loved ones Keep in mind it’s not perfect but when I leave from visiting I know that my uncle is in good care. I’m able to sleep without worrying about his safety as I did regarding his previous residence. Thank you Beechwood Commons’ staff for looking out for my Uncle.

The staff has been very helpful from our initial contact to move in to today. each week there are activities that my mom looks forward to participating in. the building, grounds have always been clean. among the deciding factors for us to move mom here was room size and cleanliness. also, we noticed a lot of people around on our first visit-staff and residents.

Answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. Clean facility. The layout for memory care was desirable with a bright common area

[name removed] and her staff are fantastic. From the minute I walked into this facility, you could tell how much they care about their residents and the facility. [name removed] provided the initial tour to me, and then accommodated a second tour with my parents along for the visit.

Great people, great facility. Very helpful. Lousy parking, which they already knew. There are multiple New Perspectives locations, and the New Perspectives - Roseville and New Perspectives - Rosedale names are so similar, we went to the other one and got confused and frustrated and were late. Maybe provide an address in the text reminders so a quick tap gets your GPS going? Or nearest major cross-street? Thanks for all you do!

A 5 in every categories! The house was warm and inviting. The staff was compassionate, patient, and dedicated. St Croix Hospice and New Perspective focused on my mom's comfort, dignity, and care, for which our whole family will be forever grateful.

I have lived here for three years and it has become my home. I love the activities and going on outings. I especially enjoy going out for meals at restaurants! I enjoy the meal times with my friends daily.

The space is bright and cheery and up to date. Dining area feels like a cozy café with good acoustic and the distance to the apartment from elevator is not a long walk. Amenities and activities are more than what she could possibly use. The main reason we chose this place over the others is that the residents engaged with Mom each time we visited. It felt like a nice transition from living alone

What we like the most about the community is just how nice and efficient the staffing was, and yes we would recommend New Perspective Silvis to other families based on the experience .

New Perspectives is an absolute gem. A gorgeous facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff, a bistro where you can order off the menu if you like, community rooms, tv room, classes, an outdoor space, spacious apartments, and all for less money than what we were paying at a subpar facility!

This place is fantastic, scratch made food lots going on beautiful rooms and facilities. My mom has dementia and is in stage 2 care there which is wonderful she is just not laying around in a nursing home with no one paying attention. Thank you I was so happy I cried at the dedication my heart is now at ease

A very nice and clean facility offering a good place for assisted living for a parent. Seems to offer what I would want for my mother but at this time did not have respite care open for her, would consider for future placement if avaliable.

What we like the most about the community is that it is a smaller community, very homey and friendly. Yes, we would recommend New Perspective Rosedale to other families.

I thought New Perspective was a place that my mother could thrive. It was clean, bright, and pretty. The people there seemed happy too. The space is kept well and I felt welcomed on my tour. They seem to have a variety of fun activities for seniors and I also noticed that families were there visiting their loved ones and felt welcomed.

They were wonderful to work with. The entire staff was caring and thoughtful.

The facility is very beautiful and inviting. There are many alcoves in the hallway in route to the apartments that offer games TV some fireplaces. They have a lovely dining room restaurant ordering, the residence participate in Daily scheduled activities with special event nights. I would recommend Westlake Woods to anyone in need of such a facility. The staff are knowledgeable and trained in many areas, they are compassionate patient and caring. They have a nursing staff then counselors. I trust my loved one in their hands.

[removed name] was a great listener and very informative. The facility was extremely clean and staff were friendly. We were extremely impressed with everything. The food looked fantastic and made me want to stay for dinner that night.
