1) we have been there just a yr and I feel the staff are very attentive and listens to our concerns of our loved ones 2) the facility is always clean and never has any bad smells. 3) very friendly staff 4) again the staff has been great to work with! 5) [name removed]has been great to work with as well 6) I have never eaten there but my mother dislikes the food. I am going to have to eat there one day 7) I think the activities are appropriate for the needs of the residents and always a nice variety of activities. 8) it's expensive no doubt. What we like the most about Azura Memory Care is it is very friendly and my loved one was very comfortable. It eases my mind, and if you can afford the community we would absolutely recommend them to other families!

The staff is very friendly and every time I come to visit my mom is out of her room and engaged in some type of activity. She never complains about her care. I'm very pleased with the care she receives at Azura.

They worked with each person's individual needs and were very patient with them, they stressed it was a home and family - not clinical at all. They were always positive and cheery for the residents. Yes, we would definitely recommend Azura Memory Care to other families.

Azura Memory Care Oak Creek gets 5 stars for all categories. Everything there is geared towards helping the family as well as the residents. The staff have been great with their communication to family.

I think that I was pleased with the care. As I observed others I noted that there were many different reasons for admitting their loved ones and I cannot speak for all (or most) of them.

I would recommend Azura Oak Creek as the best place ever. It is the best care in the Mulwaukee area by far! Loving, caring, nurturing staff. They took phenomenal care of my 99 year old father.

Mom was extremely well cared for. The Azura team worked closely with us to base care on the most complete picture of her needs possible. They maintained communication with us at every stage of her journey.

While no place is perfect, the people were very nice, they seemed to have genuine interest in helping my mom and showed compassion. While the main areas were clean, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness of my mom's room, especially her bathroom. The staff was really nice and caring. I wasn't impressed with the food although my mom never complained about it. I feel Azura was a good fit for my mom and I believe she was happy living there. I also felt that my mom was safe and well cared for. I just want to add, Azura was a great place for my mom!! When my mom went under hospice care the end of April/first of May, Azura provided that increased level of care for an entire month before increasing her monthly costs. They provided compassionate care both physically and financially. I'm so glad I moved my mom to Azura.

Azura in Oak Creek and A Place for Mom made the decision of where to move my husband as easy as possible. Azura has taken very good care of my husband for almost 4 years and my brother for more than 2 years. My sister-in-law and I are very pleased with our choice of Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

We moved our loved ones from another facility. Within 10 minutes, the staff immediately noticed a fairly significant need that had been overlooked. The quality of the care drastically improved for my loved ones. It is a home, not a facility. All of the staff seem to know what is going on and are quick to give an update. As family members, we also feel a part of the community!!!

Azura of Monroe has friendly and caring staff. I have seen how they interact with my mom and other residents. They are caring and responsive the resident’s needs. I feel confident that mom is safe and is respected. I am so glad our family chose Azura for mom’s care. They are awesome!

The main reason we chose Azura Memory Care of Oak Creek was because of the overall cleanliness of the whole facility. The staff has been awesome and very friendly.

My mother went to Heaven last June. I loved all the people at Azura in Oconomowoc. From the secretary to the kitchen staff and all of the in between! Very clean facility. Staff cares for everyone! No one is alone . When I left Mom to come home I know she was in good hands. I even go in facility to visit workers when I am in Oconomowoc. I traveled 35 minutes each way. Everyday except weekends. When my Mom was there. What a special place!! Thank you A Place for Mom for guiding me there.

Last April my mom moved to Azura in Kenosha. I have been very happy with the care she receives there. I had worried about the "fit" for mom since memory issues were not our biggest concern at the beginning . But we both grew to love the residents and staff. The building is very nice and very clean. Mom's room is generously sized and fits a bed, lounge chair, dresser, wardrobe, and two night stands. The staff seems to genuinely care for all the residents and work hard to create a homey atmosphere. The food is also very good -- not like hospital food. Mom still wants to "go home", but she wanted that when we cared for her in the house she lived in for 60 years. I am comfortable with my selection of Azura for this final phase of her life.

Great Nurse, wonderful Activities Director, attentive Executive Director and caring CNAs. My wife has actually made progress, physically and mentally, in her first two months there. It is a good size for a home, I think.

They are overwhelmed not having a director at the moment. Staff are great with residents. The facility is wonderful. My mom was really going down hill with her Dementia and she is thriving! I could not be happier. I know they are struggling not having a director at the moment but I feel they really are trying their best.
