Azura Memory Care Oak Creek gets 5 stars for all categories. Everything there is geared towards helping the family as well as the residents. The staff have been great with their communication to family.

I would recommend Azura Oak Creek as the best place ever. It is the best care in the Mulwaukee area by far! Loving, caring, nurturing staff. They took phenomenal care of my 99 year old father.

While no place is perfect, the people were very nice, they seemed to have genuine interest in helping my mom and showed compassion. While the main areas were clean, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness of my mom's room, especially her bathroom. The staff was really nice and caring. I wasn't impressed with the food although my mom never complained about it. I feel Azura was a good fit for my mom and I believe she was happy living there. I also felt that my mom was safe and well cared for. I just want to add, Azura was a great place for my mom!! When my mom went under hospice care the end of April/first of May, Azura provided that increased level of care for an entire month before increasing her monthly costs. They provided compassionate care both physically and financially. I'm so glad I moved my mom to Azura.

Azura in Oak Creek and A Place for Mom made the decision of where to move my husband as easy as possible. Azura has taken very good care of my husband for almost 4 years and my brother for more than 2 years. My sister-in-law and I are very pleased with our choice of Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

The main reason we chose Azura Memory Care of Oak Creek was because of the overall cleanliness of the whole facility. The staff has been awesome and very friendly.

Great Nurse, wonderful Activities Director, attentive Executive Director and caring CNAs. My wife has actually made progress, physically and mentally, in her first two months there. It is a good size for a home, I think.

Azura Fox Point is an incredible community to be apart of! The caregivers are very loving and caring towards the residents. They have great activities during the day that will keep your loved one engaged and connected to others in the home.

My husband and brother in law are residents of Azura Oak Creek. I visit at least once a week spending time just visiting with my family, the residents and staff. This way I get to know what goes on, see how residents are treated. I am so thankful my husband is there. I see nothing but respect and love provided in a safe warm environment. I can no longer care for him, I know he is where he needs to be in a place I feel is our extended family.

Caregivers always want to help, listen to concerns and wanting to make a difference helping assist residents receive the best care. I’ve experienced a number of times caregivers in hallways and common areas acknowledging all residents directing them safely to and from the activity room as well as greeting new staff and family members.

The staff, cleanliness, warmth and activities make Azura a very special place for people with Alzheimer's disease. There are a few people who could improve their attitude, but on a whole the staff is outstanding.

This is a fantastic facility, they are very thoughtful to patient needs, very very compassionate. Somebody is always there for help in any situation, always put residents first!

We are pleased with my mother's care. It is obvious the staff truly cares about the residents. We were nervous to put mom into a home, but have been thankful for their care and consistency of support.

Azura is a great place, they surpass other assisted living with their cleanliness, friendly staff, activities, dining, and care. They provide all-around comfort and I am more than satisfied with my experience at Azura.

We toured Azura Brookfield and it was impressive. Great staff and the amenities felt homely! We really enjoyed the activity schedule, and the homes were very clean and spacious. All of the residents seemed to be in high spirits!

I visited this facility when it first opened and was amazed at how far care homes have come! Everyone was so friendly and it felt like living at an upscale hotel. The residents seemed as engaged as they wanted to be and I observed the caretakers interacting like family! The decor was reminiscent of things that would make it feel like home for this age group too. Very impressive!

Our family recently moved my mother into the memory care home at Azura Brookfield. We have been so happy with how quickly she has acclimated to her new home and surroundings. The entire staff is very organized and welcoming and caring. Everyone from the president, medical staff, maintenance is so helpful and responsive to her needs. She is participating in baking and exercise classes, and seems comfortable going to the main living room for evening group activity. She says the food is wonderful! Thank you to everyone at Azura for helping our mom!
