Azura Living

My husband has been in the Honadel since March 2022. He has had good times and bad as he learned to live in his new home. The care and love he has received was so wonderful I can’t express how much I appreciate the care. I have witnessed how the caregivers take care and are so loving to the residents.

Oak Creek Azura rose to the challenges of caring for senior clients with dementia during these very trying times of COVID.. The staff are always friendly and willing to address any concerns family members may have. I’m impressed with all the creative activities that clients participate in whatever their status of disability. They always make an effort to keep families apprised of their loved one’s condition and daily routines. I’ve consistently observed the care and compassion all levels of staff show the residents and am reassured my mother is receiving safe, attentive care.

My wife has been a resident for about 18 months. My impression is that the staff members are very well-trained to deal with dementia issues. They are also very attentive to the needs of the residents and demonstrate a very caring attitude to everyone.

My mom has been living at Azura for the last 5 years. The staff are wonderful and caring with my mom and all the other residents. They have some wonderful activities and great food. The help my mom gets is fabulous!

The facility is newer and has fewer residents, making it feel homey. The rooms are well designed and have their own washer and dryer. The staff does my mom's laundry, they fix mom's hair and paint her nails, she's really cared for. Mom is happy with her room and all the nice staff who care for her. Azure provides housekeeping. The facility is kept clean. All the residents have their meals at one large table, which makes meals feel like family dinners. If a resident doesn't feel like coming out for a meal, they serve them their meal in their rooms. There is no extra charge for this service. They also manage all of my mom's medications. We would recommend Azura to other families.

The community has become my family's second home.

To Whom It May Concern, My mother has been a resident of Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek, Wisconsin for about two years now. It is a lovely, clean facility that is well-maintained. She has her own room as do other residents. The food is excellent and the staff does its best to give excellent care to all the residents, some who have very challenging physical and mental conditions. I have never seen or heard any residents treated or talked to harshly. On the contrary, the staff go out of their way to be kind and caring. Daily activities are provided by creative personnel who ensure all the residents can participate in some way. I'm always kept current of any changes or issues regarding my mother. Appropriate Covid precautions are promoted to provide a safe environment. I would highly recommend Azura Oak Creek Memory Care.

The home is always clean, odor free and decorated for various holidays. Our loved one is well cared for and seems quite content when we visit.

This is the fourth facility my uncle has been at. It is by far the best overall facility he has been in. Staff is very caring and cooperative. They keep the facility very clean. My mom lives at Azura Oak Creek. The staff are all wonderful. The living quarters apartments are always clean and my mom loves the food. They have great activities for the residents.
