Azura Living

It was hard to judge due to Covid, but based on phone callas and zoom calls, we were thrilled with Azura. Our loved one was at a point where he couldn't understand the video calls, and the staff did a fantastic job trying to keep him focused on the laptop and engaged in talking to us. They were very friendly, very nice, and followed up with us after our loved one passed away. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. They were fantastic the way things went. They're a little higher priced, but we were very happy with them. They provided great individualized care. If something were to happen with other loved ones in the future, I would want them to be cared for here.

I would highly recommend this community. The staff have been working with my loved one with their emotions. The community will bring in outside help when needed. It is individualized care. The staff is kind with my loved one and explaining what is happening with my loved one to me.

I have been thoroughly impressed, grateful and satisfied with the skillful, professional and compassionate care provided to our mom before and now during her new life there. The staff have been so helpful and kind during the initial transition and continue to keep us included and updated on her care and ways to keep the quality of life as high as possible. Needs a much better phone system.

Wonderful staff, very responsive to questions and communications. They try very hard to involve my mom as much as possible. I'm very involved to the point of being irritating and all staff still is supportive and polite. I would highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this facility. The employees are always pleasant and willing to help. I'm always updated with any changes. There are always activities for the residents to participate in. I just wish at this time they would allow some kind of outside visit.

Once my mother adjusted, she seems to really like her Azura residence. The staff are caring and cheerful and compassionate, they have activities for the residents. The food is excellent, and the facility itself is modern, nicely decorated, and clean.

Due to the pandemic, I have not been able to see my sister since March. I have received numerous phone calls with updates on her condition, appropriately. I don't feel that skype of window visits would be beneficial to her because of her Alzheimers. I think she's in good hands and I appreciate the care that she has received. I would like to thank all the caregivers and staff that have facilitated this.

So impressed with Azura and your staff. [Name removed] has gotten more care there in two weeks than she did at St. Francis Place in 59 days!!! Best decision I've ever made thank you so much.

We moved my mother into this facility in December of 2019 and we have been super pleased! First off the facility is more like a home than a care facility. The staff is great they have worked with my mom to get her feeling better, eating better and having a better overall quality of life. My mother enjoys all of the staff and their thoughtfulness which is displayed daily. The bottom line is I would highly recommend this facility.

All they do is memory care, and it shows. Seem to deeply understand the specific issues that come from dementia, and very willing to do everything they can to make the transition as smooth as possible.

This is a brand new smaller community and dad loves it. The kitchen is close to the front so it always smells good in here. It is very homey here there are always snacks available. The staff is very nice and seemed concerned. They accommodated my dad's room size. It overlooks the courtyard area. It has 3 large windows in his room which is nice the whole community is so bright and cheery. They have 2 sunrooms which will be nice during the summer. They also have a nice spa that he can get his haircut at. It has a full time nurse on duty during the week. I would recommend this to families.

While looking at different places for my love one I really liked how homey atmosphere of this property. I would have really enjoyed if my love one was here. I recommend this place to other families that are looking into their options for care facilities.

So far we think we have finally found a good caring place for our mom. Azura Memory Care of Oak Creek is a beautiful and new community. My mom had a hard time at the last community she was at, and it didn't last very long. We are pleased and hope she continues to thrive here under the caring and friendly staff that they have. Things are going so much better here and it is such a relief to know that they are working with her. She seems to be fitting in and she is engaging with the people around her. The staff encourages her to participate in whatever is going on. They seem to respect what the residents need in their different levels of memory care. I'm very pleased that is closer to my home and I can visit her often. I would definitely look into this community to see if it is the right fit for their loved one.
