Azura Living

I am so happy I found Azura and was able to place my mom here! My mom is a very active person and Azura makes sure to plan lots of activities for all the residents. I'd love to see even more outings, as I think that really helps elevate spirits for all. Recently, they fulfilled my mom's wish to play tennis again through their MOSAIC Dreams program, and the day and outing were fabulous - heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make that a reality! (Now she wants to go golfing - any takers?) My only wish for all residential care facilities would be a more stable staffing situation, but these are the times we live in and everyone is doing the best they can. Thank you Azura - my mom now considers you "home".

Our family is so grateful for the loving, compassionate care the staff gave to my Mom. The staff always made sure that Mom’s needs were not only met but done with patience, kindness and genuine caring.

My cousin used to work here and my 53 year old Aunt who had an aggressive rapidly progressing form of dementia lived here up until Thursday [date removed] when she gained her angel wings and they took such great care of her and everyone loved her it only sucks that it's an hour and a half from my house in Minnesota but if I ever have another family member that needs to live in a memory Care facility I would definitely recommend this one thank you for taking such great care of my aunt Deanna and it sucks that she was only able to be there for a short amount of time because of the late diagnosis we will be forever grateful to the wonderful aides would loved to and adored her!! Thank you for being an extremely fabulous company

Amazing well trained staff with deep compassion and a heart for those with memory care issues. I have instructed my kids that if ever I need to be placed in an assisted living facility, put me on a plane and take me to Azura in Eau Claire Wisconsin. I am so grateful to them for the superb care they give my Mother in Law during this difficult phase of her life.

I am so very grateful to the incredible staff at Azura for the genuine love and professional care they showed our mother for the last 8 years of her life. Our family was so fortunate to have found such a wonderful facility for mom. Her loving husband of 72 years visited her at the home every day like clockwork. All 8 of her children, most of whom lived out of town, visited every chance they could. As hard as it was on all of us to witness mom's eventual decline due to this dreaded disease, we are all so thankful to all of you for the sincere kindness and warmth you showed her each and every day. She developed such unique and special relationships with so many of you and I know she felt very much at home during her time there. You are a remarkable group of people and provide a truly amazing environment for those in your care. I highly recommend Azura and I thank you once again for the high quality of care and genuine friendship and compassion you have shown mom these last 8 years.

It is often said that home is where your heart is. That is why Azura has been "home" to us for the past several years. It is the enormous hearts of all the staff that have made my mom's final years such a comfort to not only her, but to dad and all of her children. We are eternally grateful for the tireless care that you provided for her. Azura was mom's home....not just another facility. We knew the staff by name and by sharing family stories. It was truly a blessing to find such wonderful care for mom. God Bless You All!

There are no words that can truly express the gratitude I have to the fabulous staff at Azura. They were truly the home away from home for my mother for many years. The amazing and dedicated staff treated her with the utmost respect and love and cared for her in such an intimate and personal way. It was truly a blessing to our family to have found Azurá to help take care of her. Thank you to all there for making the end of my mother’s life nothing but dignified and peaceful. To love a person is to see all of their magic and to remind them of that when they have forgotten. Azura...... you and your staff lovingly did that......Thank you!

The dreams program at Azura is very wonderful! It was such a great excursion for my boat loving dad and friends! He enjoyed getting out on the lake again! Thank you for arranging the trip for my dad!

The facility is clean, staff very friendly, rooms are very nice, and they attempt to keep residents engaged in activities. In regard to "value for cost", I really have nothing to compare to, as I selected Azura due to positive comments I had received.

Amazing place, amazing people. As my mom's Alzheimer's has progressed we have had her in care at a few other places in the Madison area, and the care and respect she receives at Azura Stoughton is heads and shoulders above. The facility is light and bright and well maintained, and the meals really tasty. We never visit at the same time, and no matter when we drop in she is always clean, dressed, and engaged, enjoying herself. Her room is neat and tidy and smelling fresh and her clothes are laundered. The team is compassionate and treats all the residents with dignity and respect. You can tell they love what they do and know it makes a difference. They plan fun activities on a regular basis and special events that are really a hoot (Elvis impersonator anyone? Cowboy sing-a-long? Just examples!). They keep us up to date on her changing needs and status. They are always available to answer a call and provide information just to ease my mind. Highest recommendation.

I have worked in a couple of other memory care facilities and this one is by far the best I had ever seen. I had to unfortunately place my father in a memory care facility and there was no question that Azura in Beloit was the place for him.

I have searched multiple communities and this is the best of the best. The caregiver's were very engaged with the clients and so compassionate. I could have sat there for hours watching the interactions.

This is truly the top choice in Kenosha for memory impaired people with high medical needs. The staff clearly cares for each resident and treats my loved one as a member of their family. A 5-star experience.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. In my opinion, a well run facility.

You can instantly feel the warmth in the facility, as soon as you walk through the doors. The residents are always clean, happy, and the care team is wonderful.

The home is in wonderful starting from the director to the caregivers.
