I was introduced to Azura Brookfield by a friend when my mom needed additional care and support. The facility was immaculate and the staff were really friendly. We’re so happy that we chose Azura, which was a great fit for my mom.

Azura was my first choice in looking for a resident for my parent. I'm glad, I 'm sticking with my decison.

I would recommend Azura Brookfield to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. My mom lived at Azura Memory Care in Brookfield and she received excellent care there. I feel the caregivers truly cared for the well being of my mom and were very kind to her and us as family. Even during a pandemic, where we visited through a window, or in a room 6' apart, I got to know the staff and they were always kind and attentive to my moms need's. My mom had daily behavioral sun-downing and the caregivers handled this very well with efforts of comforting and redirecting her in a kind manner. I often worked directly with Justine at Azura. Justine's opinion, knowledge, and kindness in making us as a family aware of what my mom needed in each step of my moms journey was priceless. I visited this facility after watching it be built from the ground up and am so impressed with the beautiful welcoming physical building-warm colors, decor, and era collections on the walls that would resonate with residents. My interactions with staff were especially impressive. They seemed to be both professional and caring toward the residents, making them feel at home. I observed several seasonal activities going on as well as support for families who had someone in the last stages of life. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to check out Azura of Brookfield!

My mom has been at Azurá Brookfield for a year now. I would recommend Azura Brookfield to anyone. I looked at several facilities prior to taking my mom here. It is a beautiful and clean facility. I visit my mother every day and I’ve come to know the staff quite well and they are wonderful and amazing people who show so much kindness and love for my mother. I can see my mom has grown to love all the staff there and feels happy, safe and at home at Azurá.

This was the best place my uncle could have been in. Gave him dignity through end of his life.

I attended a dementia simulation tour that Azura held at their Brookfield location and was extremely impressed. Not only was the simulation very thoughtful and educational, but the facility is immaculate which is common within the Azura homes. Top notch amenities and staff, and the care and pride they take in caring for their residents is apparent.

We were so happy we found Azura for my mother. The staff were exceptional--the caregivers, the nurses, the director, even the maintenance man did everything they could to make my mother comfortable and feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for better and would highly recommend Azura for anyone looking for a caring place for their relative.

I am so happy I found Azura and was able to place my mom here! My mom is a very active person and Azura makes sure to plan lots of activities for all the residents. I'd love to see even more outings, as I think that really helps elevate spirits for all. Recently, they fulfilled my mom's wish to play tennis again through their MOSAIC Dreams program, and the day and outing were fabulous - heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make that a reality! (Now she wants to go golfing - any takers?) My only wish for all residential care facilities would be a more stable staffing situation, but these are the times we live in and everyone is doing the best they can. Thank you Azura - my mom now considers you "home".

When faced with the difficult decision to put my loved one into care due to his rapidly progressing Frontal temporal dementia, it was the staff at Azura that was an answer to my prayers. At only 58 years old, he was not the typical “dementia” resident. He was challenging, everyday. The entire team at Azura helped in his care and made a conscious effort to give him the best quality of life possible. The facility is beautiful and well kept, but it was the time and effort put into my loved ones care that shined. I am forever grateful for the love he was shown as this staff of strangers became like family to him in the 8 months he was there. Azura has a fantastic program and tailored plan of care to help each residents’ needs, and they became experts in handling my loved ones challenges that changed daily. I was very impressed with this community and their fantastic staff were very knowledgeable. They had no availability when we need them.

I was able to tour this facility when visiting Milwaukee and was amazed at how far memory care facilities have come! Such a homey feel for the residents and the caregivers seemed like they really cared and wanted to be there helping. There were activities going on and caregivers doing their best to engage the residents. Highly recommend giving them a tour if you have a loved one in need!

I have visited Azura Fox Point on multiple occasions and could not speak more highly of the community. I would most definitely recommend this facility to my friends, family, and colleagues. From the moment you step into the community you are greeted with a smile. Management as well as the carestaff, provide compassionate and person-centered care to their residents. The staff are ready to collaborate and are motivated to maximize the quality of life of the amazing residents they care for.

I provide home health therapy services to some of the residents at this community, so I’m there 3x/week and I love the true home atmosphere that they create in their space. The residents are free to roam from place to place, without being forced to stay in one location. The design of the facility itself, along with the well-trained staff, allows residents to feel as independent as possible while maintaining their dignity.
