My dad more and from Ohio. We could not take care of him as we needed due to work. We found Novellus Clairemont online and immediately was welcomed in. They were able to more in my father in 5 days. We appreciated the prompt service and loving attention to my dad from the staff. We are forever grateful to Novellus for the dedicated service.

I toured this community for my mother and I will be depositing this week. I was very impressed with their resident happiness factor and the vibe was really nice. Residents seemed genuinely happy to be there and the staff were very nice and respectful. It made my mother feel at home

I recently moved in and am so happy here. The service has been amazing. The staff is very respectful and the place is very clean.

[name removed] , the Community Relations Director was a big help, in fact all the staff are personable & helpful. [name removed], activities director, plans wonderful activities for the residents. I like the way the various variety of events are posted in the lobby to encourage participation.

I have been living here for a few years and I absolutely love the community. The staff is so friendly and I get great care here. I'm happy to call this place home.

I wanted to write this review on the behalf of the new ED and staff. Immediately he fixed the billing issues. I had been waiting months to resolve. I'm so glad he's here for my mom.

I am a resident here and I wanted to send my sincerest thanks to the new ED [name removed] and RSD [name removed] they are truly a breath of fresh air that we needed.

When it comes to the quality of care - short staffed, missing items after passing, treated differently after went into hospice. The administrative staff- slow to respond. We would not recommend this community to other families, short staffed, treated my dad not too well so expensive

Everyone at Novellus is so warm and welcoming. Staff is really friendly and helpful, residents seem happy and are smiling. Its clean there and people are always out and about, talking with each other.

I visited this community and was so happy to see residents out having fun! It felt like a family there. Staff were friendly and they had a calendar full of fun things to do. I would definitely recommend this community!

All the staff members from the business office to the daily caregivers are very nice. They care about the needs of the residents. Provide group events to get everyone out of their rooms during the day and evening. They plan weekly outings. The caregivers are happy to work there so, no constant turnover like other assisted living places. Very good security procedures to protect your family member from strangers coming in. Temperature screenings done for all visitors so no germs are brought in to keep the residents, staff and other visitors healthy. Common areas always decorated for the current season adds a lot of cheerfulness to the place that feels like you are in a home.

[name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]all helped to facilitate moving my mom into Novellus. Not a small endeavor as I am in Ohio and they are in California. They all are superstars! My mom is happy and thriving there!

Is recommend, definitely and I would tell and have told people (family and friends) how happy my brother is and how helpful everyone was to me while transitioning him to his new home. Made a huge difference especially under the pressure and stress with everything else going on in his life. There were 4 key factors as to why we chose Novellus: 1) remodeled updated apartments , 2) patient to patient ambassadors , 3) location - in a hub where it's close to medical facilities and medical providers in addition to all the retail my brother is accustomed to, 4) ability to select a primary care physician at location. Eased the stress for my brother.

Some staff have left but so far replacements have been very good.When considering cost, include meals, laundry, rent insurance, utility's. I picked this community because of the location, and smaller size.

Novellus has some of the most caring staff that work incredibly hard to make Novellus a comfortable and happy home for their residents. They are truly so kind and make everyone feel welcome and like family. It’s truly beautiful how compassionate they are!

This facility has some of the most lovely staff members! You can tell they truly care about their residents. They are very communicative with families and service providers which results in A+ care. I have no current knowledge of the food services, as I do not interact with that part of the facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Novellus Clairemont. We moved my mother (102 years old) there six months ago after living on her own and it has been a fantastic experience in every way. All of the staff members are extraordinarily kind and helpful and go out of their way to take care of her. They are patient, responsive, and look after many details, including picking out a cute outfit for her to wear every day. The residents are very friendly and have made a point of saying hi to my mom and calling her by name even though she doesn’t see or hear well. My mother is delighted to be there and keeps saying she is living in luxury. The dining staff is amazing, providing wonderful meals and special treats. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent and do a beautiful job. The cost is very reasonable. I absolutely would recommend Novellus Clairemont to anyone.

It's so nice of Novellus to take care of so much for us. Everybody is so nice. We got a great move in deal. Novellus has really exceeded my expectations. Novellus feels homey, and the other residents have been friendly. They met all the needs for my family member. I am happy we found such a nice place for her to live.

We are very happy with Brookdale. Especially with the care. Bingo is the only activity that my mom has done. That's by her choice. She's still weak but getting stronger and will enjoy other activities they offer there. When it comes to the meals the reason we did not give it a 5 was only because my mom is such a light eater and is sometimes served way too much food.

All of my daily and weekly CHORES are taken care of. Enjoying the varied activies, some of which I would never have imaged that I would have taked part in while living independently. Very friendly staff.
