[name removed] , the Community Relations Director was a big help, in fact all the staff are personable & helpful. [name removed], activities director, plans wonderful activities for the residents. I like the way the various variety of events are posted in the lobby to encourage participation.

I personally have not been there yet, but will be visiting on the 19th. But when I've had questions or needed assistance, I've received prompt replies from Shanel. Most importantly I'm basing my rating on my father...he's happy and that's what matters!

I have been living here for a few years and I absolutely love the community. The staff is so friendly and I get great care here. I'm happy to call this place home.

I wanted to write this review on the behalf of the new ED and staff. Immediately he fixed the billing issues. I had been waiting months to resolve. I'm so glad he's here for my mom.

I am a resident here and I wanted to send my sincerest thanks to the new ED [name removed] and RSD [name removed] they are truly a breath of fresh air that we needed.

I HAVE LIVED HERE 2 YEARS, AND I LOVE THIS PLACE, IT IS ALL LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP AND TRUST, EXCELLENT STAFF! ALWAYS HELPFUL AND POSITIVE! Activities happy hour and music bingo [name removed] is great, Caregivers are so nice, [name removed] always helping, [name removed] is great!

My sister moved in a couple of years ago, and I have to say the staff is just great, they go above and beyond to help, As we walk into the facility we are greeted with a smile making us feel welcomed and at home. The community is clean, smells great, they have different meal options, all delicious,. At first I was hesitant due to the size of the place, but I am glad we chose this place, Sis, loves it here and loves her music! The community is small, residents are happy and the staff is caring, This is a vibrant place, Sis and I call home.

i felt like i was home when i first arrived. there were staff to welcome with warm greetings and a big Welcome sign on my door. the staff is phenominal. very caring and always make me feel safe and well cared for all the time. i trust them with my life and know they are genuine in their concern. There are a great many activities that allow us to choose for ourselves and enjoy. Mostly, i just want to share that, i know this is my home and my family. . we are a community and we do watch out for each other and make sure that life is moving forward.i am a nurse and worked for 50 years in acute care facilities. and i want you to know this is the best staff i have ever had in my life!

There are many choices of activities available including musical, craft, and holiday parties. The staff is very attentive with a smile. It is kept very clean and they have security in place. They have remodeled and it looks very nice. The meals are delicious with many choices.

What we really like the most about Novellus Cypresswood's is that the med techs and caregivers really care about the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

When it comes to the quality of care - short staffed, missing items after passing, treated differently after went into hospice. The administrative staff- slow to respond. We would not recommend this community to other families, short staffed, treated my dad not too well so expensive

Everyone at Novellus is so warm and welcoming. Staff is really friendly and helpful, residents seem happy and are smiling. Its clean there and people are always out and about, talking with each other.

I visited this community and was so happy to see residents out having fun! It felt like a family there. Staff were friendly and they had a calendar full of fun things to do. I would definitely recommend this community!

All the staff members from the business office to the daily caregivers are very nice. They care about the needs of the residents. Provide group events to get everyone out of their rooms during the day and evening. They plan weekly outings. The caregivers are happy to work there so, no constant turnover like other assisted living places. Very good security procedures to protect your family member from strangers coming in. Temperature screenings done for all visitors so no germs are brought in to keep the residents, staff and other visitors healthy. Common areas always decorated for the current season adds a lot of cheerfulness to the place that feels like you are in a home.

[name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]all helped to facilitate moving my mom into Novellus. Not a small endeavor as I am in Ohio and they are in California. They all are superstars! My mom is happy and thriving there!

I toured several places both large and small as well as personal care homes and I immediately notice this place was different although the decor is outdated, the friendliness draws you in. I then understood the referral specialist recommendation to go see this place. The greeting at the door was warm and friendly. During the tour the staff greeted residents their names. Residents were friendly and both stated the food and the staff were great. The apartment size was standard but the inviting atmosphere was calming.

I am so glad our family picked Novellus, the staff is very friendly (everybody speak with a smile). The staff has been amazing, patient, and caring. My mom LOVES the activities. The best benefit is the apartments are private with their own private bath. It's truly a blessing to have found this place! We love it.

The family night dinner was outstanding! I've never seen assisted living done so well before. The food was delicious and the musician was amazing. I enjoyed the harpist player. The picture back drop was beautiful. We enjoyed an extremely nice dinner environment and took pictures. I've shared the photos and most people can't believe the pictures were taken at an assisted living place. I was very impressed. It's a 10 out 10 I highly recommend.

The staff and facility were welcoming, compassionate and professional from the moment we.walked in and throughout. They were able to address all our questions and concerns and give us the confidence that our family member would be safe and well cared for. Highly recommended with no qualifications.

They are all fantastic. [name removed], the Director, is amazing. She runs a tight ship. She and the staff were very responsive and care deeply for the residents. The residents are all lovely and because the place isn't huge everyone has a chance to establish personal relationships. The staff and residents become like family. They were a true blessing to me and my mom.
