Novellus Living

[name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]all helped to facilitate moving my mom into Novellus. Not a small endeavor as I am in Ohio and they are in California. They all are superstars! My mom is happy and thriving there!

I toured several places both large and small as well as personal care homes and I immediately notice this place was different although the decor is outdated, the friendliness draws you in. I then understood the referral specialist recommendation to go see this place. The greeting at the door was warm and friendly. During the tour the staff greeted residents their names. Residents were friendly and both stated the food and the staff were great. The apartment size was standard but the inviting atmosphere was calming.

I am so glad our family picked Novellus, the staff is very friendly (everybody speak with a smile). The staff has been amazing, patient, and caring. My mom LOVES the activities. The best benefit is the apartments are private with their own private bath. It's truly a blessing to have found this place! We love it.

The family night dinner was outstanding! I've never seen assisted living done so well before. The food was delicious and the musician was amazing. I enjoyed the harpist player. The picture back drop was beautiful. We enjoyed an extremely nice dinner environment and took pictures. I've shared the photos and most people can't believe the pictures were taken at an assisted living place. I was very impressed. It's a 10 out 10 I highly recommend.

The staff and facility were welcoming, compassionate and professional from the moment we.walked in and throughout. They were able to address all our questions and concerns and give us the confidence that our family member would be safe and well cared for. Highly recommended with no qualifications.

They are all fantastic. [name removed], the Director, is amazing. She runs a tight ship. She and the staff were very responsive and care deeply for the residents. The residents are all lovely and because the place isn't huge everyone has a chance to establish personal relationships. The staff and residents become like family. They were a true blessing to me and my mom.

Completed a tour with a love one. Everyone was friendly. It was a very welcoming experience and I absolutely LOVED that they have a hydration station on the front porch and the memory care garden has raised wood planter beds.

The place do a good job making sure the residents are cared for. Their activities and especially the food presentation is top notch hands down! If you looking for great care, events, activities, family inclusion and delicious food….THIS IS THE PLACE!

Is recommend, definitely and I would tell and have told people (family and friends) how happy my brother is and how helpful everyone was to me while transitioning him to his new home. Made a huge difference especially under the pressure and stress with everything else going on in his life. There were 4 key factors as to why we chose Novellus: 1) remodeled updated apartments , 2) patient to patient ambassadors , 3) location - in a hub where it's close to medical facilities and medical providers in addition to all the retail my brother is accustomed to, 4) ability to select a primary care physician at location. Eased the stress for my brother.

Absolutely loved the home like feel. The people greeted me with a smile. I love the activities calendar and app! There was a charming resident that was sitting in library and she shared with me that the staff is great and the food is amazing. I loved she spoke so highly of the staff and was willing to answer my questions. The building is older but the atmosphere is that of compassion and kindness.

From a family member perspective it think they are a great facility. The staff always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

Staff 10/10. Meet all of my expectations. Staff ready at the drop of a hat to assist. A phone call away. Staff make sure everything is ready and available for the new resident. Provide all types of service. Even if you door dash or send an Amazon order staff will make sure it’s to resident. Resident tjeee are very friendly. The very first day we came I knew this was the place for my Aunt. Very helpful.

Mom is delighted with her new apartment. The focus on community is genuine and heartfelt. I wish we had moved her sooner - she is really enjoying her new friends and it's super easy for her Kingwood friends to visit . She is having a wonderful time and I feel good knowing that she is safe.

My mother lived in the building for 9 years; she recently passed on [date removed]. The staff is the best. They stayed with me every step of the way. They are an extension of my family. My mother loved loved loved the staff! I am going to miss every single one of them. Thank you for everything you guys did for my mom. Thank you to the management company Novellus, words cant express how appreciative I am. I'm going to miss them so much!

Some staff have left but so far replacements have been very good.When considering cost, include meals, laundry, rent insurance, utility's. I picked this community because of the location, and smaller size.

I would recommend to others. Also, management and staff are dedicated to compassionate care and proactively communicate well with family.Very earnest qualified management and support staff are very much appreciated. Staff are very attentive and sweet to my mother.

A friend stayed there after surgery because she needed a place for assistance during her recovery. She had nothing but good things to say.

Novellus has some of the most caring staff that work incredibly hard to make Novellus a comfortable and happy home for their residents. They are truly so kind and make everyone feel welcome and like family. It’s truly beautiful how compassionate they are!

This facility has some of the most lovely staff members! You can tell they truly care about their residents. They are very communicative with families and service providers which results in A+ care. I have no current knowledge of the food services, as I do not interact with that part of the facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Novellus Clairemont. We moved my mother (102 years old) there six months ago after living on her own and it has been a fantastic experience in every way. All of the staff members are extraordinarily kind and helpful and go out of their way to take care of her. They are patient, responsive, and look after many details, including picking out a cute outfit for her to wear every day. The residents are very friendly and have made a point of saying hi to my mom and calling her by name even though she doesn’t see or hear well. My mother is delighted to be there and keeps saying she is living in luxury. The dining staff is amazing, providing wonderful meals and special treats. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent and do a beautiful job. The cost is very reasonable. I absolutely would recommend Novellus Clairemont to anyone.
