The hunt began when my uncle required further care. We went to several locations, but the moment he stepped inside Brookdale Clairemont, he knew it was the place he wanted to call home. There was a good vibe in the air. There were a lot of things going on. They were quite friendly. The social gatherings are a lot of fun. They form lifetime connections and receive 24-hour assistance. My father even begged me to relocate him here from [removed] so he could live with his brother, but the location is too far away from us for that to happen.

We did not plan well and A Place For Mom helped immensely. We needed to move dad from Wisconsin to San Diego with only a few weeks notice I initially toured facilities I found on Google and they were all very expensive, or after touring we would realize the facility could to accommodate my dads needs. We called A Place for Mom and they referred us to places we had not heard of. Initially I thought they wouldn’t work but after touring Brookdale Clairemont we were sold! Thank goodness we found a great place that we could afford in a short period of time.! We’ve been here almost 2 months now and still impressed with the great service he is receiving. I’m would highly recommend adding A Place for Mom to your search to find places you did not know about! Thank You!

I have been living at Brookdale Clairemont for 4.5 years. I am very comfortable here. The facility is a decent size...not too big, not too small. The food is good. The activities and outings are fun. Staff are caring and kind.

My dad was in this facility for approximately two years. He was in memory care for a year of that time. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. The care team was amazing. They always kept dad clean and kept me informed of any setbacks. They were also very compassionate and truly loved him. The activities coordinator was superior. Always keeping the seniors engaged from games, entertainment or just conversations. The chef always made great meals and would check in on a personal level with the seniors too. I really appreciate this community and how they pulled together to help take care of my dad in his time of need.

I am impressed with the food. The activities is good. The value for the money, it's higher than it should be. I picked this community because of the ambiance, location, staff, security,patient care and the communication of the staff with the residents, and loved ones

We toured with Atria Kingwood and it seemed like a wonderful place. IT was a very nice and settled, calming facility. The staff all seemed to be extremely loving and caring.

The two big things for us they helped make our decision on Brookdale Clairemont was the price range for the quality of care. Also how the interacted with our family when we initially toured and how they still continue to communicate with our family now that our loved one has moved in. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely 110% recommend this community to other families.

The staff is great. They demonstrate kindness and flexibility. Everybody has a smile on their face and is kind. The whole place has a positive atmosphere. It's a safe place for my loved one with dementia. He seems to like the food. And I have peace of mind knowing he's well cared for there.

We thought Brookdale Clairemont was nice, and we enjoyed the tour. It was just a little farther from our desired location.

If I could rate their friendliness higher I would. The process was smooth for us. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would recommend Atria to others for their loved ones. This location was close to the same neighborhood that my loved one was used to and this was an added bonus for us.

Atria was an extremely nice facility but way out of our price range.

Thank you to the entire staff for all you do. We appreciate the love you have for the residents. Its been a tough year for everyone, but especially for health care workers/administration . Thank you for taking such great care of our Aunt.

I recently visited the facility and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff. They were able to thoroughly answer my questions and address concerns. The building was clean and I no longer have any hesitation about placing my dad here. Thank you for leading a great tour.

When my grandmother needed to go into assisted living care, I tried a couple different reputable places, but there were always numerous complaints. She was extremely unhappy. When I found Atria, not only was it significantly less expensive than the other places, it was far more active and exciting for her! She loves it here. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The social calendar is full of awesome activities daily. Bingo is her favorite! She's finally loving life again, which was something I was beginning to think was no longer possible for her. Thank you, Atria staff, for bringing my grandmother's joy back and for providing exceptional care during her final phase in life!

So thankful for the staff/caregivers at Atria/Cypresswood. Always willing to take the extra step when it comes to our loved ones. Special shout out to the caregivers in the Memory care area as I know it's a thankless job sometimes. I love each and everyone and thank you for taking care of my loved one and keeping me informed on her needs.

It’s not easy to look for a home for my mom, but this place was very nice and well kept. The residents looked happy and taken care of. Staff was very friendly and I noticed they called the residents by their names. This location definitely checked off many of the must have boxes and is on the top of my the list.

I would just like to commend [name removed] on the great job she does to make me and my family feel comfortable leaving nana in her community. She has always made sure that we understood everything when there are any changes in effect at the facility. She truly is a gem

The community has a great positive energy. We love what we do and the service we provide to our residents. I would recommend Atria Cypresswood because Atria takes care of use while we take care of your loved one.

We chose Atria because they have long tenured staff, the residents are always happy, and I’m not worried about my mom when I’m away. I would highly recommend this facility.

I visited a relative in the community and am pleased with how much I felt like I was at home with friends and family. The staff is very caring and attentive. Glad to have found this gem in Spring, TX so that I can visit often.
