Farmington Hills Inn

It's been to long for that, but we were happy with everything. There were also a lot of covid outbreaks, so dining was very limited.

Today is [time frame removed] since mom moved to Arbor Inn. Love knowing she is WELL cared for! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They can feel confident they are doing the best thing for their loved one by placing them in Arbor's care.

My mother calls me often complaining about the food doesn't always go by the menu my family and I brings her food at least three times a week because she's hungry The staff is extremely nice they do correct problems when they occur

My mother lived at the Arbor Inn for over 10 years. Not only did she feel like the staff was family, but they treated my whole family has part of their own. To the point that when my mom got transferred to a higher level of care facility and passed away a few months later the Arbor Inn reached out multiple times to check on us and my mom and visited her at her new location because they truly cared. The staff is amazing and worked to provide my mom with personalized care.

5 for each. We luv Arbor Inn! Staff is compassionate and helpful. Our mom loves and trusts each staff member to help care for her. They always offer suggestions and help us navigate thru the transition Couldn't ask for better care!!

Attentive staff, clean environment.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. There is no shortage and everyone made the point to know my dad's name and mine! - impressive. They seem eager to help. Shannon, the director, is impressive too and really does great with my dad, who can be difficult I've seen a person scrubbing the walls. I think they try but it's older building. Carpets likely need to be replaced and walls painted Food appears to be lacking. Quantity and quality. I've visited during lunch. Very light and appears not a lot of choices

The staff has really taken the time to get to know my mom and her individual needs! They're very attentive to her and listen to any questions or concerns I may have. They are always very welcoming when I visit and I feel like my mom is in a very safe secure and caring environment! I couldn't ask for more at this stage in her life!

Everyone at this facilty is amazing! They all help and give our mom amazing care. Our mom tells us it’s a great place and she feels safe! Anytime we have questions, they always take the time to talk to us! The facilty is always clean!!!

The facility works to accommodate needs of the residents and of the families. They work to provide appropriate care through outside contractors (dental, physical therapy, health). All of these care takers seem concerned about residents overall health and welfare.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Arbor Inn. Her experience at this facility was great! For the short time that my loved one lived at this facility, we found the staff great and the facility quite good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. I would recommend The Arbor Inn to family and friends.

We toured The Arbor Inn and everything was great! Our tour was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, food, and activities all seemed great, also.

I would recommend it overall. I would just like them to involve my mom in more activities.

I was admitted on [date removed] after researching online for an assisted living facility. I found The Arbor Inn to be reasonably priced and good value for the money. All the staff here have been helpful to me and the kitchen has been accommodating my renal diet of no beef or pork. The surroundings are pleasant and staff keep everything neat and tidy as possible. I would recommend The Arbor Inn to anyone looking for assisted living.

Good community with a nice visit with the Director. It didn't have the homey feeling we were looking for.

The staff was awesome and so accommodating. What I truly appreciated is when our family did have an issue with a particular staff member, the management team/staff were receptive to our feedback. We really loved the facility.

Everything has been very good with The Arbor Inn. No complaints at all , the staff is caring and truly have been wonderful for our loved one.

The value for the cost is what drew us in initially to Farmington Hills Inn. The care was accommodating and they were very on top of their game as far as what needed to be provided. It is a very friendly place and the staff were patient, kind, and caring with the residents. I would definitely recommend to others.

we toured the Arbor Inn and really liked the community. the lady who assisted us was very helpful and informative. we chose another community because Arbor Inn could not accommodate my loved ones needs. although we weren't able to place my loved one here, they still helped us navigate some things and provided advice on which direction we should take. I learned some new things!

My mom was in the memory care unit and I thought they did a great job with her care. We really liked their medical staff on site and I would recommend to other families looking.
