Farmington Hills Inn

We toured The Arbor Inn and everything was great! Our tour was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, food, and activities all seemed great, also.

I would recommend it overall. I would just like them to involve my mom in more activities.

I was admitted on [date removed] after researching online for an assisted living facility. I found The Arbor Inn to be reasonably priced and good value for the money. All the staff here have been helpful to me and the kitchen has been accommodating my renal diet of no beef or pork. The surroundings are pleasant and staff keep everything neat and tidy as possible. I would recommend The Arbor Inn to anyone looking for assisted living.

Good community with a nice visit with the Director. It didn't have the homey feeling we were looking for.

The staff was awesome and so accommodating. What I truly appreciated is when our family did have an issue with a particular staff member, the management team/staff were receptive to our feedback. We really loved the facility.

Everything has been very good with The Arbor Inn. No complaints at all , the staff is caring and truly have been wonderful for our loved one.

The value for the cost is what drew us in initially to Farmington Hills Inn. The care was accommodating and they were very on top of their game as far as what needed to be provided. It is a very friendly place and the staff were patient, kind, and caring with the residents. I would definitely recommend to others.

we toured the Arbor Inn and really liked the community. the lady who assisted us was very helpful and informative. we chose another community because Arbor Inn could not accommodate my loved ones needs. although we weren't able to place my loved one here, they still helped us navigate some things and provided advice on which direction we should take. I learned some new things!

My mom was in the memory care unit and I thought they did a great job with her care. We really liked their medical staff on site and I would recommend to other families looking.

Moved my grandma from another very expensive place nearby to this location. Most senior living places are astronomically expensive, but Farmington Hills Inn is good for average people who don't have a million dollars banked. Staff was always polite and communicated very well with me while caring for my grandma. The building is a little older and the rooms are a little small, but the care was always really good, which is what truly matters. I ate their multiple times with her and the food was usually great, especially the soup. She didn't like participate in many of the activities, but the calendar always looked full. I would use them again if needed.

The meal and dining service was great, they would make our loved one whatever she wanted. They were very accommodating and the staff members were all very outgoing. The rooms are very neat, our loved one had a private room. Unfortunately she passed away last month, but the staff was really excellent during that time and made sure she had everything she needed. From the administration to the house keeping they were great all around. With covid they were very accommodating with letting us speak to her over the phone, and when weather allowed it we were able to come visit. They were very health conscientious. They treated the residents more like family

We toured a few places before choosing Farmington Hills Inn and I'm thankful we did. My entire family owes the Farmington Hills Inn for all the help they gave my grandmother. She always spoke fondly of the staff and I always had positive interactions with everyone there. The building was always well-kept and the residents were well cared for.

Never lived in this community until I moved to Arbor Inn. I am happy living here. The staff and aides are extremely helpful and nice and friendly.

We had a great experience at The Arbor Inn and I think it was an awesome place. My husband needed more care and they were the ones who actually recommended that we move to someplace with more advanced care. We ate here many times and the food was very delicious, the meals are chef prepared. The staff members here were excellent, they were very caring people. Especially the girl we talked to first was very reassuring and very informative, especially with VA. I would highly recommend and have.

We chose The Arbor Inn because of the value for your money and the staff members that we initially had contact with were really great. The room my mother has is plenty for what she needs. I have eaten here once and the food was ok, but my mother is not real happy with most of the food and the way it is prepared. Overall, I would recommend, it is much cheaper than most places we looked into.

I would recommend them. It smelled really good which was important to me. The food was chef-prepared and very good. The room sizes were adequate. My brother had a shared room. It was cost-effective. They did a great job during Covid -19 to keep everyone safe.

It is very good value. They are not as upscale as some of the other communities. They gave my mom the care that fit her needs completely. My mom thought the food was good. I would like to see bigger rooms but for her purposes, it was a good size.

You can trust that they will take good care of your loved one. The room sizes are good. The layout of the community is good. They have a nice outdoor secured courtyard for the residents to use. The staff is friendly and they communicate well with the families. I would highly recommend Farmington Hills Inn.

There have been multiple time that I asked staff for their help with one thing or another. Everyone tries so very hard to meet my needs and those of mt mother. My family feels confident with the care Mom receives at Farmington Hills Inn. We would recommend them to others without hesitation. In fact, we have become friends with several other family members. It's a nice feeling, especially when we visit.

No institution has ever cared for dependents like the Farmington Hills Inn. As far as I'm concerned, their standard of excellence for compassion in working with the elderly that should be replicated as an industry standard. I hope someday that I have the benefit of residing in such a quality community as Farmington Hills Inn. I cannot speak highly enough of management and the manner in which they tenderly cared for my loved one each and every day. Please consider utilizing the quality services of the Farmington Hills Inn.
