The best part for my dad was that he can go down and order the food he wants like a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many choices, and he never has to eat cold food (unless it's meant to be served cold). The administration staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They paired him with an ambassador that invites him to activities so he's included. Also cleaning staff is amazing, they clean his room once/week and even change the sheets.

All of the staff are kind and helpful. The food is excellent. It is very clean. Administration is first rate. They are expensive.

[name removed] (sales) was excellent and gave us a wonderful tour and experience. She made my dad feel welcome and put us at ease that he would be well taken care of and happy at clearwater. The food is also excellent!

Definitly a place to consider in my hunt for a place to move to as i become more uncomfortable and feel less safe living alone. The accommodations are very nice and the staff very friendly to be around.

It is the best place I found. If a person needs a lot of assistance it may not be best choice. Sometimes admin is hard to reach. Facility really clean. Housekeeping services minimal. It is a function of how willing the person is to be involved. It has a lot to offer. No onsite medical facilities. That would be a plus. Upscale environment and many opportunities to socialize and participate in activities. Probably not the best for someone with heavy medical needs or lots of assistance

5 for each category. I've been extremely happy with all aspects of my wife's life at Clearwater. It took her awhile to acclimate to being there. The staff was very helpful getting her adjusting to her new environment...Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff very helpful in all departments. Good attitudes and always pleasant! Lots of things to do although my Mom doesn't like to participate at this point. We are trying to get her feeling better. Food options look great I have only tried the tacos and they were good! She has a problem with eating and her taste buds at the moment so everything taste off to her no matter where it is from. Different size rooms to choose from! Nice size bathroom area. Kitchen is perfect. Room size average. Everything clean and well kept.

I love it here. It's exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to others.

They gave me a great first year deal and I like the way it was set up. I would recommend it to others. The staff is great.

The staff has been terrific (especially [names removed]). All staff communicate with the family timely and really seem to care. I haven't personally tried the food but have been told it's good. Apartments are clean and nicely laid out.

Friendly, helpful, accommodating. The Director of Events is wonderful with coordinating activities to keep them busy

The facility is wonderful but the staff members are outstanding as a group and individually. They provided care with compassion, attentiveness and most of all humor when it was appropriate. They were prompt and caring when special needs arose. They provided support for me as the resident's family member that made the situation bearable.

The staff is very helpful and patient with the residents.

We thought it was fantastic! Very accommodating to the needs of residents. Very prompt when called with a problem. Very sweet and loving with residents that needed those hugs. Weekly PA was amazing. Very helpful and gave out her cellphone for amy questions/concerns. Front desk always welcoming and Occupational therapists were so helpful. Facility has LOTS of activities every day. Weekly list posted on elevator doors and put on each resident's room. So many exercise options for every level. Great music and entertainment that cater to the appropriate age group. Very impressed with the entire facility.

Great food. In fact it's probably the best place for the food in comparison to other similar facilities. My problem is I recently had to my gall bladder removed bebecause of the inability to digest fats and sodium. The activities are plentiful and varied enough to appeal to a wide audience. But then I only have a masters degree from UC Berkeley, which may be a little too far afield for this place . Oh and bring lots of money for this place because the rent here is out of this world.
