I needed a place closer to me for mom. Clearwater was by far the nicest and most beautiful place I visited. The staff, the food, the amenities, the design, the other residents and the accommodations were by far the best for us! My mom loves the place!!! Thank you [name removed] and your staff for all your kindness in making my mom feel welcome!

This was a beautiful and friendly location. My loved one was already at another community, or I would have chosen this community.

I would recommend you look into Clearwater at Riverpark as this is an amazing community and place. This has allowed my loved one to live in a fun and independent community. Social hours, musicians, arts and crafts, movies, outings, and more are some of the activities for the residents to participate in. The food is amazing! We are able to enjoy meals with our loved one at the community and enjoy the food as well. They are even willing to adapt to dietary restrictions. They have a gym and beauty salon on site for the residents to take advantage of.

Overall, my loved ones have had a lot of people reach out to them with friendship and to welcome them. They have enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. LivGenerations is understaffed, but everybody is right now. They haven't done a lot with activities due to Covid. But the ones they've had are great. There has been a little bit of lack of communication around details regarding medication distribution. I feel like I'm a little bit too involved in that. But overall, it's a really good value.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. I would suggest that you go and look at it. At first we were not going to go into this area but once we went and meet with staff and seen the actual site we decided this was it.

LivGenerations community is beautiful and clean, and everyone is very friendly. The care from the care givers is spot on There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. The meals and dining is very good, and our loved one is happy there.

Clearwater at Riverpark is an excellent and wonderful facility, it is relatively brand new. It is very clean and the staff members are extremely friendly, we have had such a positive experience so far.

My mother's move from a retirement community into Clearwater at Sonoma Hills went so smoothly thanks to Melissa, Rebecca, Miguel and the entire staff! They were there every step of the way to help our family get mom situated in their brand new, state of the art community. The residential floor plans, decor, amenities, grounds, cuisine and attention to their residents needs are what you would expect from a fine hotel. We had no idea how wonderful an assisted living community could be!

The staff at Clearwater have been very attentive and professional and kind to my mother and my family. All the employees we have met have gone out of their way to make my mother's stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff have been welcoming and competent and I feel good knowing that mom is in their care.

This place is gorgeous, in a great location and well laid out. But what makes a difference is that the staff treats residents with care and dignity. It is the little things, like reaching for a hair brush after dressing, that set them apart. Thank you!

Clearwater is a wonderful place to live. Enjoy the excellent food, spacious surroundings, indoor and outdoor living areas, activities too numerous to mention, all managed and run by a youthful, energetic, creative and "can-do" administration and staff. The prices are reasonable and well communicated, always, in advance.

The staff is knowledgeable, curious, energetic, and upbeat. The community is new and they want to make the community great. They have a courtyard for the outdoors. I would recommend this community to others

As I was looking for a new place for an elderly parent, and with new requirements for daily living, found Clearwater at Riverpark. Met with [names removed], went over all the current and new requirements, to which each and every one of them was discussed AND addressed once the move-in happened. The community is absolutely beautiful, staff are super nice, the activities are of interest to the residents, and the food is really good (I admit that when I visit, I'd rather eat there then one of 10+ places within walking distance).

Before COVID we were absolutely thrilled it is a lovely place, and the administrator was so nice, and given the circumstances everyone really did the best they could. Once COVID hit there was only a few confirmed cases, but the residents were confined to the rooms which we did not think was emotionally healthy for our loved one. While our loved one was there he really enjoyed visiting with all the people.

Super nice place and Alfred was just incredible giving the tour. It really came down to cost vs what you’re getting and I felt we could get the same level of care at just as nice of a facility elsewhere

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! Virtual tour was great. Amazing amenities - dining, fitness, pool, beautiful apartments with great quality and spacious kitchen. Perfect size for my mother-in-law. Just an amazing facility and affordable given all the options there.
