My wife and I are so extremely happy that we selected Welbrook to care for my father. The facility is top-notch, and on our first visit, we were surprised by how "non-instatitutional" it looked. The facility is more like a nice hotel than an assisted living center. The staff at Welbrook is wonderful. Always caring and friendly, every visit we make, they fill us in on how my father is doing, and let us know what's been happening. If you're considering using Welbrook, do yourself a favor and schedule a meeting with the staff, take a tour of the building, and ask all of your questions. In my experience, the excellent staff is always willing to help however they can.

One of the questions I asked before I placed Faye was can her sister stay in her apartment they said yes but when signed paperwork to admit they said no .

One of my favorite things about it is outside patio and alot of activities. keep busy.

Welbrook has exceeded all of my expectations. I am telling other family members to consider staying there!

It's a very homey place. Give them some time for the staff to get to know your loved one. It takes some time to get into the groove of things. Overall it has been a good experience. They are understaffed. My loved one has a fantastic bedroom.

Our loved one has only been there for a couple months now and is still adjusting, but so far we have been pleased with the facility. The staff members are nice and usually they are quick to respond, but there are always room for improvements.

Every facility has issues but when it's important the staff does an excellent job. During the covid19 pandemic the staff quickly implemented safeguards to protect the Seniors. I know this for a fact because my Parents live there. Thanks Generations !

My wife and I have recently placed her mother in Welbrook's Memory Care building. This is our first experience placing a loved one in any such facility. Needless to say, first the search and then the admission process has been both time consuming and emotional. Mom has only been resident at Welbrook for one week, but already we're convinced we selected the right home for her. From our first tour of the facility through the entire assessment process, Welbrook personnel took care to answer all our questions and guide us through the admission. These past few weeks, looking in on Mom, we're already so impressed with the level of care and attention paid by the building's staff. Every resident's situation is different of course, and the staff has paid particular attention to Mom's individual needs. We're off to a great start at Welbrook!

They were building a new community when my daughters toured Welbrook. It is a nice community and my husband was on the waiting list. The staff were nice during the tour. We however were not thrilled with the pricing system so we did choose another community.

They are having some growing pains right now because they are new. They do not have enough staff. It is not a big problem, but it shows some. The food is very good, the people are very friendly. The residents seem very happy.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. All of the staff have been very helpful and [name removed] is a superstar!

I am a little put off by these places that look like cruise ships. Clearwater has everything for active retirees. It is a beautiful Place. For people who need assistance or have dementia, I am not convinced they want or need pubs and movie theaters. Clearwater is new and seems empty. In my husband’s case, for whom I am looking, a fishing lodge atmosphere would make him more comfortable. Lots of people hanging out together would make me more comfortable.

Incredibly friendly staff. [name removed] is amazing. She is at the main desk. There is a lady at the memory care desk that told me that my mom cannot get mail there. I found out that is not true. The pool area needs TLC. They put in a maintenance request. My mom's dresser was wobbly. I had to tell them to put in a work order. The director is incredibly helpful! They didn't know that my mom was hospitalized for a UTI recently.

There has obviously been some recent restructuring in management and it's a bit of a mess. It has also seemed like they were a bit understaffed, especially on the 3rd floor, not as much in memory care. But it seems like they're figuring it out and most of the people we've met have been incredibly accommodating and helpful.

I would state the place is clean, caregivers are wonderful, meals are really good. families need to stay on top of communication as there is a lack of communication at times from administration when issues arise.

The food is excellent, the grounds are well kept. There are many activities. The staff is friendly. But they are short staffed so the response is slow and there are gaps in the service.

Newer facility, clean and well maintained. Staff is energetic, upbeat and professional. Food is very good.

The staff is kind and caring to all residence, the food is good, offering weekday specials for variety. We have exercise classes and weekly entertainment. There is independent living or for individuals needing help with pill taking or bathing, those needs can also be met. It's a lovely place.

The facility is great. Includes a Pub and first class dining room. Also a gym, small theater, art room and multi purpose room. And a pool & Jacuzzi. More activities than you can do in a day. The staff is super friendly and they try very hard to please. The food is top-notch and includes 2 dinner specials every day in addition to a fairly extensive menu.

Everyone is nice and as helpful as they can be. The facility is clean, they feed them well, and if the person is an able body they have plenty of activities.
