Clearwater Senior Living

The food was great, and everything was well. This was before COVID. The community is clean inside and out, and everything was taken care of. The people are friendly. The staff tend to bend over backwards to assist residents. Clearwater was the highest on my list, and this is a brand new community. They have a monthly calendar with lots of daily activities for residents participant in.

This community seems to be better than average. I visited a number of communities and this was one of the better ones. We have been happy with her there. She says the food is pretty good and they offer a variety. We chose this because of its location, it is close to our family and it is in a nicer part of town. Her apartment is spacious enough for her. I would recommend this community to other families.

It is a lovely facility. It is hard because of the changes with Covid-19. Food is okay, we expected little more. It has a functional layout. Just like anything you really have to look around and in the end there are still good and bad aspects. They have lovely but outdoor space but is rarely used by the residents for activities.

My mom has lived here for the last two years, almost since they opened. It's not perfect, but the issues are mostly minor and administrative. The facility is beautiful, the apartments are very nice, the food is very good (I've had a few dozen meals and nothing was ever bad, much was excellent.) The amenities are great, and the events schedule is packed. The service at meals is a little slow (but most people aren't in a hurry). The staff turns over quite a bit, and the best ones get moved to the next Generations that opens, which is unfortunate but understandable. They don't do a great job or orienting the newcomers, I've found, so their peers end up do that job. Seniors don't always like to ask, so over-communicating up front would be better. Overall they do a nice job and it's a shame that only complainers have filed reviews. The place is nearly filled and most residents like the community. I do not know about the assisted/memory care facilities; my mom is active and (so far) I help out when she needs it. She chose Generations because when she does need assisted care, later on, she won't have to change apartments.

Everything is going just fine! The facility is clean and we really like the staff. The meals are also great for my loved one, and there are plenty of activities to choose from We have no complaints so far!

I liked this bright community for care. Very clean and nice. This location was to far for me to get to my mom. The staff was nice. They had a nice menu. It felt like a resort that was large. They had nice activites available. The staff were nice and caring. It found it to be smaller but very nice. My mom would of like this community and we would recommend others to come for a tour for care and a good value.

The staff was very professional and helpful. It's relatively new and it shows. It's not cheap but it seems to be priced competitively. Mom has decided to have in-home care.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went well, and this is a nice community. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff I met was friendly and nice. They answered my questions and were informative as well. It was good experience, and they treated us well.

My loved one absolutely loves the food she thinks it is outstanding. The staff is also very loving and makes sure my mothers needs are being satisfied. The quality of the building is beautiful, everything runs smoothly like clockwork. I would defiantly recommend this place.

The staff was very patient and welcoming with my father . The staff take care to keep clients engaged and active as much as possible. Welbrook has a full activities schedule including walks and a variety of games. On weekends Welbrook brings in singers and musicians to perform for the clients. On Sunday afternoons there is also a sightseeing drive in one of the facility's vans. The food is good and there is always plenty of it. The facility is brand new and has been kept very clean . The staff do a deep cleaning of rooms once a week. Overall we are happy with the care my father is receiving, and he appears to be enjoying Welbrook more as he gets accustomed to it.

Everything is going very well for my parents since their move into Welbrook. I really do feel they are taking very good care of my parents and their needs. It is a brand new facility so everything looks fresh and clean. The staff has been great very helpful and kind to my parents. My mother does not like the food and she has expressed her concerns about the food. It is a smaller community so they are not so overwhelmed. It is a welcoming community and I would recommend it.

They are very helpful when I am there. My loved one is not there now, but I have been having some issues though, and I really would have liked some better suggestions from them on how to handle the problem.

I would definitely recommend this community if they could afford it tends to be on the expensive side. However, the price is well worth it for my mom though I have seen her improve by at least 50 percent since she moved her. Mom had wanted a private room which is hard to come by and they had availability of a private room which was wonderful since it was a must have on our wish list. She is making friends that are of the same culture as her she is being more social. She is happy and enjoying the food. The staff is wonderful very friendly and helpful. Outside and inside are clean and well kept.

Reconstruction inside the Clearwater Agritopia building has been ongoing since [date removed]. The reconstruction project has included electrical, plumbing, and structural changes, the vast majority centering around eating and food areas. Seven months of dust, debris, respiratory problems, and inconvenience of residents continues today. Ownership/management tells us “thank you for your patience” and ignores health concerns, while raising our rent. It is my opinion that the owners of Clearwater Agritopia care more about [what the facility looks like to] outsiders, than the residents who live here. They Continue to be indifferent to the health of the residents during the reconstruction.

This was for memory care , not the assisted Living side. Likely a different experience. I moved my mom out after 1 month. Wasn't a good fit. Felt too impersonal , staffed a patient ratio inadequate. Not recommend for memory care , but the larger faculty ( assisted living side )seemed well organized, very nice facilities, restaurant , activities. Very nice

Food was OK but unimpressive. The main problem was when it came time for placement they had a flu going around in the memory area, but they put my wife in there anyways and she got the flu and that was a step towards her dying, although she was pretty bad when we put her in.

I thought that for $[removed] a month, My mom would have clean floors, tasty food even though she was on a soft diet. I thought she even though she was bedridden she would get outside more with a wheelchair. I thought that they would keep her from getting dehydrated or getting bed sores. I didn't think she would need hospitalization for lack of care (based on the hospital's statement). They didn't kill her but they certainly didn't help her much either. I can't drive by the place without crying. I could not give them a recommendation.

Well I've heard they are short staffed which accounts for the employees not doing their weekly sweeps of the rooms, won't get into specifics, they don't even supply toilet paper for the guests which is crazy!! Lack of communication I found problematic. She's doing well there but I wish I had known this beforehand.
