Clearwater is the greatest place EVER! If you are smart you will move here. The apartment sizes are absolutely huge and we have the best staff in the world.

All staff members are professional and friendly. Very welcoming atmosphere. They communicate all concerns or changes to family. The facility is immaculate, the food is excellent, and activities are available all during the week.

The facility is beautiful and the staff was welcoming and professional. My brother is very content at Clearwater Pinnacle Park.

Mom barely eats. Her meals are soup and deserts. I think she has been assessed higher than she should be. They give her one pill a day. I think initially she was going to get more medical attention. I do not get a weekly or monthly call from the medical, nursing or hospice staff on her condition. I need to talk to management about that. I visit her every other day so I can assess how she is being cared for and how clean she and her room are, It's a very good place. I'm glad and relieved that she is there. My mom is not easy and they all managed to win her over. Her clothes and bedding is always clean. Her hair is washed. It's all wonderful and as advertised.

All 5's! But we had to take my dad out because he escaped from the fenced memory care area by going around a corner, dragging a bench to the fence and using it to climb over the fence. He is very spry. The found him wandering in the parking lot and ascertained what happened from security camera footage. They told me they couldn't accommodate him. After trials and tribulations, he is now staying at his girlfriend's house with in-home care 4 hours a day. And his dementia has improved significantly! Probably because he's taking his medicine and eating properly. Also because it's not Alzheimer's.

Friendly residents who make you feel welcomed. Lots of activities, but I prefer not to participate in most. Beautiful setting.

Clearwater at Sonoma Hills is a wonderful, clean place with a friendly and caring staff. My mother has adjusted well and now calls it home (even though, of course, she would have preferred to be in her home.) The med techs are conscientious and are quick to call me with a question or to confirm an order. They always prepare her meds for me if I'm taking her out for the day or weekend. It is also very clean and her one bedroom apartment is new and nice with a full fridge. They have cleaning and laundry services as well as a salon for hair and nails. Breakfast, lunch and dinner vary quite a bit and they always have options if you're not interested in daily specials. My mom loves getting dessert every night. Even the waiters are friendly and most important, everyone knows my mom's name as well as who her family is. It was the right choice for us. Overall, it's a very nice facility with very good and friendly staff at all levels. I now have peace of mind knowing my mom is being taken care of and is in a safe place.

We chose Cleawater Pinnacle Peak over others we saw because it was very clean, the staff were friendly, and we got to try the food during the tour and it was good as well. The staff have been very personal and supportive. They made the whole transition easy. I would recommend Clearwater Pinnacle Peak to others looking.

They have been wonderful with my Aunt and Uncle, who are having a hard time adjusting. The staff has been so kind and patient with them. I would highly recommend Clearwater at Glendora.

I recommend it because staff took good care of my mom and it was always clean. I'm very happy with my choice with this place. There were choices and they catered to personal likes. There are three meals a day and healthy snack in afternoon like avocado toast-staff did have communication with the family.

My mom was only at Rancharrah for a few months before she passed but they were wonderful. The paperwork process was easy. She made friends quickly and immediately started being more active. She was calling me 3-4 times a day before living there and that was cut down to a few times a week because she was enjoying herself. The staff all personally knew her. They were consistent in medication considerate which she had started to fail at herself. She enjoyed the outings, activities, and crafts. After her passing they gave me the time I needed to collect her belongings and were very considerate. I would move her there again in a heartbeat.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought this was a very nice tour experience.

We love that all of the staff members know all of the residents, and we love how all of the residents are very invested and involved with one another. There improvement can be with the meals and dining - that they could have a better variety and quality of their menu. However based on our experience we would recommend the Clearwater at Riverpark community to other families .

My loved one liked the facility. It was a beautiful community. Everyone was nice. It was clean. The staff was wonderful.

I needed a place closer to me for mom. Clearwater was by far the nicest and most beautiful place I visited. The staff, the food, the amenities, the design, the other residents and the accommodations were by far the best for us! My mom loves the place!!!
