In the weeks since my parents moved in to Clearwater Agritopia Assisted Living, I’ve spoken with many residents, and every single one has shared how much they love living there. Now, I understand why. Every staff member we’ve encountered—whether from dining, culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, healthcare, or administration—has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. The amenities are outstanding: restaurant-style dining, a movie theater, art studio, gym, cozy gathering spaces, and regular social activities. Most importantly, my parents are supported and safe, with consistent management of their medications and help available at the touch of a button. Clearwater Agritopia has given our family peace of mind and a sense of home. They’ve created a warm, welcoming, and joyful environment where our parents can thrive.

I cannot say enough about how much our family appreciated all the warm care and consideration that Clearwater staff showed to my elderly aunt during her time there. From the moment you enter the premises, there is a welcome feeling of relaxed luxury that comes from the thoughtful design, with outdoor walking paths, greenery such as olive trees and shaded patios w bbq grills and lounge areas. Our favorite dining spot was the "pub", an indoor dog-friendly space which allowed my aunt to spend time with our family pets...no airplane food here! Having a chapel on site was such a unique amenity that brought us comfort as well. The best feature, however, is the staff, all of whom I felt did their best to make residents feel at home while partnering and communicating with family to provide the best care possible. Clearwater's people, policies and environment have created such a positive space, which translates to and is felt by the residents and guests alike. We treasured her time there.

5 for everything except money, but they are more reasonable than anyone else. They have been absolutely patient, helpful, professional and caring. Food is excellent, well balanced and flexible as to individual needs. I'm very happy with them

The staff is fantastic and very involved in all aspects of care for the residents. There is a focus on activities and stimulation for physical, mental and social engagement. The facility is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and homey. My Mother is so happy she made the decision to make Clearwater her home.

The 4 represents concerns with cost of living related to services and not happy with patients access to multiple meds on their own and improper storage of said meds. Staff and room are beautiful; facility is amazing and tenants are friendly.

What we like the most about Clearwater at Sonoma Hills is that it has an upscale feel, plenty of amenities like hair salon, restaurant, and gym. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My dad is not much of an activities guy so I can't speak to that but the staff from the aides and nurses, restaurant staff, maintenance to executive staff have all been fantastic. The facility is always pristine and up to date.

I’m so grateful for A Place for Mom and especially for [name removed] , who was incredibly helpful and compassionate during a really difficult time for our family. Navigating assisted living options for my mom was overwhelming—there’s such a steep learning curve, and it’s incredibly time-consuming and emotional. [name removed] truly understood what we were going through and made me feel supported every step of the way. She took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and guide me with patience and empathy. Talking to someone who genuinely cared gave me the strength and clarity I needed to make the right decisions for my mom. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. Highly recommend this service to anyone facing the same situation.

My in-laws have landed in a safe, welcoming, and warm environment after losing their home to a hurricane. They rave about the food, which is no small feat for my MIL who is the pickiest eater I've ever met. Residents & staff have gone out of their way to welcome & accommodate a couple with very particular personalities and medical issues. Realizing they lost everything in the hurricane, residents were quick to offer furniture & wouldn't take no for an answer. This move has been a major adjustment, but I can't think of a friendlier environment in which to make this transition. I visited several comparable facilities & Clearwater is by far the best!

The facility does look beautiful… And most of all the workers are very kind. Food gets a 3 based on what my mother says. I haven't eaten there except once or twice.

I’ve only been here one month. I’m impressed by how kind and helpful the staff are. I feel as though I’m living at a 5??????????hotel, all staff as well as residents show such respect and kindness. Best decision I made since the birth of my sweet daughter.

My husband was in another facility which was just ok, with some specific concerns. The difference is like night and day with Clearwater. The staff is energetic, positive and willing to go over and above to care for my husband and move forward with any of my concerns. I tend to ask a lot of questions but I have NEVER been made to feel like a pest and they address every concern. The facility is beautiful, open and airy and the food is unbelievable. He is thriving there as he feels valued.

Over a year ago I started researching senior living places. I studied numerous brochures, and actually visited 10 places. After living for 49 years in our home, this move was going to be a huge change for us. I kept in contact with Aleathea while Anthology was under construction. We were so impressed just walking into the lobby that very first time that we knew it would be our “forever home”. It is light, bright and cheery! Not only the staff but also the residents are so welcoming. The food is way too good here! The kitchen staff go out of their way to please you. Everyone knows your name after a very short time, and we are all “family”. There are so many activities here, and they provide entertainment on a weekly basis. The staff goes out of their way to assist you with anything you need. We felt we were 1-2 years away from moving, but after touring we actually moved only 10 days later. We absolutely love our new home. ?? It is perfect! Stop in to see us while you are on tour.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean and she loves the food! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

it is very expensive but we would absolutely recommend Clearwater Ahwatukee community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Staff is very friendly knows everyone by name and is conversational. I'm basing the view on what my mother is telling me. I haven't eaten the food recently... I do know the just went through a change of chefs so the concerns may be a moot point.

It's a truly amazing facility. The staff, the food and the attention to detail was all top notch. Mom passed away there on [date removed] She was comfortable and in peace. I'm very grateful to you. I visited her daily so I know how they worked with confidence. I ate many meals with her. The food was stellar. I would say 5 in all categories with the exception of the activities. Mom never participated or left her room. Her level of care was high. She had total nursing assistance and she was visited by a hospice nurse once weekly to ensure she was taken care of properly. Although the cost was high, it was fair for her level of care. Her clothes, hair and bedding was always clean. The staff was truly amazing. I'm so thankful that she could stay there.

The residents are friendly to new comers and welcome them. Caregivers are competent.

The staff was very attentive, plenty of activities, nice floor plan layouts for the apartments, easy move in and move out. Pets are allowed, so of course there are going to be issues. But if the staff is made aware of any problems, they are addressed right away. All staff members were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Care is not really provided, other than the cleaners, handymen, food servers or activity directors. But these individuals were all very professional. The dining room is beautiful. The pub is nice. The variety of menu items tended to get repetitive though. There were a great variety of daily activities available. The value was just ok. What I didn't like was that you were "allotted " a certain amount that went towards food. But it was a "use it or lose it" type of program. In our case... we would have preferred the option to opt in or out of this feature. We were not able to use the dining to the fullest so we lost out many months on a large sum that was mandatorily included in the rent. We would have preferred to have a lower rent and just cook for ourselves.
